The hotel good for what I paid for - air conditioning worked, staff was helpful and friendly, nice pool in the roof. There standing shower looked slightly dirty so I used the hotel provided slippers to shower. My only complaint is that the hotel corridor smells like smoke even though there was a no smoking policy in the rooms.

屋上のプールからドラゴンブリッジが見え、週末のファイヤーイベントが楽しめました。ホテルの目の前にはガイドブックに載っている「コムガー」の店がありました。ホテルは中心部に位置しているので、いろんな場所にアクセスできる良いホテルです。

11月にダナン一人旅で利用しました。（女性）すべて良かったです。スタッフ、部屋の広さ、清潔感そしてコスパ。小ぢんまりとしたホテルで滞在中複数のスタッフが顔も覚えてくださり、居心地よかったです。スタッフは一生懸命親切にしてくださいますね。朝ごはんもおいしかったです。特に女性のlanさんは完璧でした。今回の旅行がスムーズで良い旅行ができたのは彼女のおかげです。 Grabでエラーになった時も、ここはこう・・とサポートしてくださりました。Grabは初めて使用したので、何か変なメッセージが出ると不安になってしまいますので助かりました。ちなみにホテルでGrabを呼ぶとだいたい2分以内にきます。プールとスパはコロナの関係でしてませんでしたが、もともと利用するつもりはなかったので支障ありません。また、朝食はビュッフェはやめていていましたが、これもビュッフェじゃない方が良いので良かったです。ローカル料理かオムレツかを選べるようになっていて私はローカルにしたので、毎朝フォー、ベトナムコーヒー、フルーツをいただきました。朝6j時半からです。朝食の場所に行ってから作ってくださいます。ベトナムは外でのグルメも楽しみの一つなので朝ご飯を食べすぎるのも避けたく、このような朝食はちょうど良いですね。部屋は一人でしたがダブルで広く、大型スーツケースも十分置けます。シャワーの水圧は十分でます。エアコンはちょうど良い感じに効きます。外は静かです。こぢんまりとしたホテルは壁が薄くて隣の声や外の車の音とか聞こえるイメージですが、それはなくて大丈夫です。夜寝たら朝までぐっすり寝られました。場所は便利な場所ではありますが私は方向音痴なので、到着した夜は道に迷いました。でも翌日からGoogleマップを使用したら実際には便利な場所だったことがわかりました。一人旅で街をウロウロしたかったのでこちら側の場所でよかったです。週末ドラゴンブリッジの火を噴くショーをみて、その後徒歩で帰りました。（本当はGrabを使用したかったですが、変な場所でまっていたからか運転手さんが私をさがせなかったようです。だから徒歩で帰らえたのは良かったです。余談ですが私は空港で電話番号つきのSIMを購入して日本で使用しているiphoneに挿しました。すごくスムーズで便利でした。ちなみにハノイとかでしたらSIMやさんは多数ありますがダナンは1か所だけです。それで現地でGoogleマップやGoogle翻訳を使用すれば完璧ですね。Grabの運転手さんは、ほぼ英語は話せないので・・。ダナンはSIMかポケットWi-Fi必須です。ホテルに持参して良かったのは100均のS字フック。バスルームで何かをかけておくとか。セフティボックスも使いやすかったです。アジアは時々使いにくいセフティボックスがありますので・・エレベーターはすぐきます。ホテルは朝食付きでこの場所でこの価格はとてもお得です。これ以上安いところは24時間のスタッフではなかったり清潔感に欠けるかもしれませんね。新婚旅行でリゾート感あるホテルに泊まりたい方には不向きです。私のように一人旅やホテルでの滞在時間が短い友達やご夫婦との旅行だったら安くて清潔で便利です。しかも快適なスタッフ。参考にしていただければ幸いです。

오래되서 시설이 엄청 좋진않지만 직원들이 다 친절하고 가성비 정말 좋은 호텔입니다!! 다낭시내 쪽에 위치해서 한시장 용다리등 돌아다니기에도 너무 좋아요 다낭 갈때마다 가는 가성비 갑 호텔이에요!! 루프탑 수영장도 가격대비 너무너무 좋고 조식도 예전보다 좋아졌네요! 다음에 또 갈 생각입니다ㅎㅎ

We stayed here over Tet and had a pleasant stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend the noodles. The room was very spacious with nice views. Great rooftop pool as well. Nice location easily accesible to the river and beyond.

The staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is ok. The pool i small and shallow. Some rooms is very humid..our room had a some mould in the celing...this hotel is a bit overrated and overpriced for what You get..

スイートルームに泊まりました。良かった点 1.チェクイン時スタッフは明るく英語で対応してくれました。ウェルカムドリンクも美味しくいただきました。 2.朝食の料理は美味しかったです。 3.屋上には素敵なシティビューのプールがあります。不満点 1.チェックイン時、部屋に冷房は入っておらず驚くほど暑かったです。冷房は家庭用のもので冷えるまでに時間がかかります。 2.冷蔵庫の中にはビニール袋に入った氷と、凍った謎の茶色い液体が入ったペットボトルが横倒しで入っていました。 3.窓際には鳥の糞らしき物が転がっていました。おそらく換気のために開けていた窓から鳥が侵入したのだと思います。 4.シャワーのお湯を出そうとすると、茶色い液体が出てきて、ケチャップの最後を出すような感じに勢いよく出ては途切れます。水にすると普通に出てくるので、真水でシャワーを浴びました。 5.金庫が故障していました。 ※あくまで一部屋の状況ですが清掃や確認は行き届いてないと感じました。

Friendly, caring, welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast. I like the dark pink sticky rice with black beans and shredded coconut. Sometimes they had the sticky corn with shredded coconut, chicken noodle, glass noodle with chicken, and the famous beef noodle pho. Stir-fried mixed vegetables with fried tofu was yummy too. I also like the rolled rice sheets with pieces of fried fish paste. They upgraded my room without my request and without additional cost. That was amazing! The pillows, bed, sheets, towels, and the bathroom were all clean and comfortable. Shower water temperature, airconditioning were all working normally. The roof-top swimming pool was clean with comfortable water temp, but small pool. What I especially like was that the room was quiet because I'm a light sleeper.

This property has a really good location, you'll be able to walk to quite a few sites easily. There are also many restaurants around. Even though the room I stayed at would use a revamp, and a few things could be fixed, the helpfulness and genuine friendliness of the staff made up for it.

とても良いホテルでした。またダナン宿泊する際は利用したいと思います。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。例えば、ホテルで両替するよりも近くのコン市場の金券ショップで両替する方がレートが良いと教えてくださったり、近くのスーパーを教えてくださったりしました。朝食もとても良くて、特にフォー、その場で作っていただけるオムレツ、チャーハン、ベトナムコーヒーが美味しかったです。部屋もとても綺麗で、名前入りのウェルカムボードも用意していただきとても温かい気持ちになりました。近くにご飯屋さんも沢山あり、ホテルの下のカフェの方も親切で、ココナッツコーヒーとフルーツジュースもとても美味しかったです。ただ、ボックスティッシュがなかったことと、シャワーがほとんどお湯が出なかったこと、各部屋のWi-Fiではなくフロア全体のWi-FiしかなかっためWi-Fiが弱かったことが残念でした。立地もよく、どのスタッフの方もフレンドリーで対応が良かったので、ダナンに行く際はまた利用したいです。

スイートルームに泊まりました。良かった点 1.チェクイン時スタッフは明るく英語で対応してくれました。ウェルカムドリンクも美味しくいただきました。 2.朝食の料理は美味しかったです。 3.屋上には素敵なシティビューのプールがあります。不満点 1.チェックイン時、部屋に冷房は入っておらず驚くほど暑かったです。冷房は家庭用のもので冷えるまでに時間がかかります。 2.冷蔵庫の中にはビニール袋に入った氷と、凍った謎の茶色い液体が入ったペットボトルが横倒しで入っていました。 3.窓際には鳥の糞らしき物が転がっていました。おそらく換気のために開けていた窓から鳥が侵入したのだと思います。 4.シャワーのお湯を出そうとすると、茶色い液体が出てきて、ケチャップの最後を出すような感じに勢いよく出ては途切れます。水にすると普通に出てくるので、真水でシャワーを浴びました。 5.金庫が故障していました。 ※あくまで一部屋の状況ですが清掃や確認は行き届いてないと感じました。

Friendly, caring, welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast. I like the dark pink sticky rice with black beans and shredded coconut. Sometimes they had the sticky corn with shredded coconut, chicken noodle, glass noodle with chicken, and the famous beef noodle pho. Stir-fried mixed vegetables with fried tofu was yummy too. I also like the rolled rice sheets with pieces of fried fish paste. They upgraded my room without my request and without additional cost. That was amazing! The pillows, bed, sheets, towels, and the bathroom were all clean and comfortable. Shower water temperature, airconditioning were all working normally. The roof-top swimming pool was clean with comfortable water temp, but small pool. What I especially like was that the room was quiet because I'm a light sleeper.

We stayed here over Tet and had a pleasant stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend the noodles. The room was very spacious with nice views. Great rooftop pool as well. Nice location easily accesible to the river and beyond.

I had to leave another hotel to come to this hotel Because the Internet at the previous Hotel was horrible but this place it was excellent and the staff was so nice and for the price with a free breakfast buffet it was well worth the place to stay

Excellent personalised service with welcome board when entering room. Management was brilliant and so was breakfast staff. They took extra care of us with our halal dietary needs addressed. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Manager went above and beyond for us.

前々日までのフエタンタンホステル及びホテルズドットコムに強いられた体験を地獄とすると此方はまさに極楽。地獄の後だからより一層本当にそう思えた。高層階からの眺めの真ん中にはカテドラル。当初冷蔵庫が稼働していなかったが直ぐに対応して貰えた。室内のウェルカムボード、敬称の性別が間違えられていたが、それを用意してくれようとする心遣いが非常に嬉しかった。屋上のプール、人によってはなかなか怖く思えるかも。旅の締めに相応しい非常に心に残る経験をさせて戴いた。朝食もバリエーション豊か且つ大変美味しかった。チェックアウト後汗をかき戻った私に2階のスパのシャワーを貸してくれるという格別の御配慮、誠にありがとうございました。本当に本当に嬉しかったです。ただ貸して下さったのはタオルではなく撥水性の高い毛布でしたので拭き取りになかなか苦労致しました（笑）でもその気持ちが非常に嬉しかったです。最後、接客で忙しかったのは解りますが空港へのタクシー呼び出しまでに20分は時間に余裕があったからまだよかったもののヒヤヒヤしました。結果間に合ったことと素敵な笑顔でお見送りまでして戴けたので、ま、いい思い出です。此方のホテルに関してだけは『終わり良ければ全て良し』です。

I had a great stay at Central. The bed was comfortable and the staff are very nice. Lan, the hotel manager is amazing. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Also, the hotel is very close to many delicious restaurants.

とても良いホテルでした。またダナン宿泊する際は利用したいと思います。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。例えば、ホテルで両替するよりも近くのコン市場の金券ショップで両替する方がレートが良いと教えてくださったり、近くのスーパーを教えてくださったりしました。朝食もとても良くて、特にフォー、その場で作っていただけるオムレツ、チャーハン、ベトナムコーヒーが美味しかったです。部屋もとても綺麗で、名前入りのウェルカムボードも用意していただきとても温かい気持ちになりました。近くにご飯屋さんも沢山あり、ホテルの下のカフェの方も親切で、ココナッツコーヒーとフルーツジュースもとても美味しかったです。ただ、ボックスティッシュがなかったことと、シャワーがほとんどお湯が出なかったこと、各部屋のWi-Fiではなくフロア全体のWi-FiしかなかっためWi-Fiが弱かったことが残念でした。立地もよく、どのスタッフの方もフレンドリーで対応が良かったので、ダナンに行く際はまた利用したいです。

Excellent personalised service with welcome board when entering room. Management was brilliant and so was breakfast staff. They took extra care of us with our halal dietary needs addressed. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Manager went above and beyond for us.

Friendly, caring, welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast. I like the dark pink sticky rice with black beans and shredded coconut. Sometimes they had the sticky corn with shredded coconut, chicken noodle, glass noodle with chicken, and the famous beef noodle pho. Stir-fried mixed vegetables with fried tofu was yummy too. I also like the rolled rice sheets with pieces of fried fish paste. They upgraded my room without my request and without additional cost. That was amazing! The pillows, bed, sheets, towels, and the bathroom were all clean and comfortable. Shower water temperature, airconditioning were all working normally. The roof-top swimming pool was clean with comfortable water temp, but small pool. What I especially like was that the room was quiet because I'm a light sleeper.

오래되서 시설이 엄청 좋진않지만 직원들이 다 친절하고 가성비 정말 좋은 호텔입니다!! 다낭시내 쪽에 위치해서 한시장 용다리등 돌아다니기에도 너무 좋아요 다낭 갈때마다 가는 가성비 갑 호텔이에요!! 루프탑 수영장도 가격대비 너무너무 좋고 조식도 예전보다 좋아졌네요! 다음에 또 갈 생각입니다ㅎㅎ

We stayed here over Tet and had a pleasant stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend the noodles. The room was very spacious with nice views. Great rooftop pool as well. Nice location easily accesible to the river and beyond.

This place was horrible. We checked in and went to our room. The floors were dirty and shower had mold all over which we were going to just deal with. Then we start to climb into bed and realize not only are the sheets stained all over but freshly dirty. We called the front desk and told them and they moved us to a different room. Bathroom still had black mold everywhere, floors still dirty (found multiple fake eyelashes), and sheets were stained with god knows what. Very disturbing place and unsure how they have a high rating.

Enjoyed our visit while in Da Nang. All the staff were very friendly and kind. Special thanks to the security guard watching over our motorbike during our visit. Very nice gentleman!
