Fraser is great. Hotel staff very much accommodating. Breakfast is delicious. Love the roofdeck gym and pool. Only complaint, sometimes internet gets kinda slow. But its alright. Hiro (Manager) is helpful. Channing (front desk) is an expert with the parcels and luggage. They gladly kept my luggage since i wasnt able to bring it to my flight cuz overweight. Will definitely be coming back.

Coming from Canada, I found this hotel to be absolutely perfect. The suite was incredibly spacious, among the most I've ever experienced. The staff greeted me warmly and were exceptionally friendly. Having a washer/dryer in the suite was incredibly convenient. And the morning breakfast buffet, included in the stay, was both amazing and extensive. I would unquestionably choose to stay here again in the future.

I had a pretty good stay - this was my 5th at the hotel and over the years the breakfast has become a little less impressive year by year. But what the breakfast is missing- you will get in service if you are so lucky to meet Zoey in the front desk. She is among the best at a front desk I have ever meet.
