Stayed 3 nights, 2 little kids and 2 adults in standard suite double. Great location: restaurants within steps all around and Whole Foods for grocery shopping. Full kitchen with every useful utensil, including pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, even newly wrapped sponges for dishes and a little bottle of Palmolive. Pullout sofa was comfortable and large. Very spacious and well appointed room. Big picture windows on basically one wall. New building, clean and well maintained by a crew of hardworking friendly housekeepers who were always present and intensively cleaning each room for hours. Nice big pool, hottub and gym open 24 hrs a day. Parking is $35/day and is on site. Breakfast was included and excellent: wafflemakers, hot eggs and bacon, hard boiled eggs, fresh cut berries, oatmeal bar with all the fixings. Non-dairy alternatives. Generously replenished even right before they shut down at 9am. Hot coffee bar available all day. We had a terrific stay here and would recommend. Only complaint is that there is no fan in the bathroom.

The heater worked great and quickly, supply of in-room coffee and great coffee pot, very comfortable bed and pillows, fantastic shower, great work out facility, Sprouts right behind the hotel, great and helpful staff, nice iron and ironing board, fantastic breakfast. No complaints at all.

We enjoyed our stay with family during the holidays. Our grandsons loved the indoor pool, which is open 24 hrs per day. Hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to some fun places. We will be back!

Parking spaces are extremely narrow very hard to get in and out of car without dinging doors. The check in time of 4:00pm is very late and makes it difficult after a long flight. Your tired and need to clean up.

Great stay overall! The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and just around the corner from a supermarket, making it easy to pick up essentials. Complimentary coffee is available at all times, which was a nice touch. The pool temperature was perfect and very enjoyable. Having a fridge and stove in the room was incredibly convenient for preparing quick meals. However, I didn’t appreciate the additional charge for parking.

Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Free breakfast was an added bonus and was good. The breakfast area was rather small and was soon full, which was unfortunate. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was within walking distance of the main shops and restaurants. I would happily recommend the hotel.

Overall, we had a nice experience. People at the front desk were excellent and the room was clean. The only suggestion I’d have would it be nice to go back to Daily room clean.

I really didn't like that the duvet wasn't fully covered by a duvet sheet. The condition of the duvet was not white and it was gross to touch it. The dishes and mugs still had stains on them so I had to wash everything before using it. Other than that my stay was comfortable and the staff was helpful. I would stay again if the duvet issue was solved. The pillows could be more solid and better quality.

Great hotel! We had 2 beds and a kitchen. Plenty of room for a family of 4. You could cook in the room if you like. Staff was great! Walkable or an easy Uber ride to Pearl Street.

Staff was good, but for a newer hotel, the shower was broken and poorly built. Shower head was loose in the wall. Coffee maker was broken, and kitchen faucet was broken. Toilet seat lid was extremely loose and paper holder was hanging down so the paper wouldn’t even stay on. Just cheaply built for such a high price hotel.

The air conditioner sounded like a car starting up every time it went on. Plus my room was situated beside a street where delivery trucks offload their products for the local grocery store. I like a bedside reading light and the light was very dim. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast included with the room charge.

A newer hotel, close to downtown. Convenient for getting around. Several good restaurants nearby, a grocery store (Sprouts), and a hardware store. Our rooms were comfortable and spacious Being here two nights allowed me to buy some food and keep it refrigerated and eat at the counter. The staff was great here, especially Logan at the front desk, who took care of a few things before I even asked him! Always good to have people who notice details and intuit the needs of their customers. We loved our two night stay here, and look forward to returning.

Our stay was fine but what stood out was the service that Logan, front desk, did for us that is worthy of a shout out. First night in, late, tired and we need to park in the overflow lot. No big deal and I wasn’t sure if I parked in the right spot. I came back telling him where I parked which it turned out was incorrect and he said he would call the other Marriot hotel to get it fixed. I heard from my youngest boy, 10 yr, that meanwhile another guest was irate about parking in the overflow, made a scene and Logan handled the situation with poise and calm. The rest of the stay he was always on point to assist. He should be in training for all customer service front desk managers as he was a great example of making a rather standard hotel stay exemplary.

It honestly would have been 5 stars as the staff, cleanliness, room space and breakfast are excellent, but they keep auto deactivating our keys each morning around 10am. They said that when the time changed, some of the rooms auto deactivated. The staff said they have spine. To maintenance but clearly it is still an issue. I would work out, be all sweaty, use my key on the elevator to go up and it would work. I would get to my room and it wouldn’t work. It was so frustrated. I love this hotel, but this is enough to make me think about staying elsewhere. Do better please.

We traveled from Texas to be with our daughter when her first baby was born. The stay at this hotel was wonderful. Amazing staff, everything went so smooth. The hotel is at walking distance to so many stores. Sprouts is across the street. We grabbed what we need it to cook some of the days. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time when we will visit If I could I would give this hotel 10 stars

They double charged us two different amounts,even though when I books the hotel 8-4-24 I paid. The shower didn’t even have a door and the water got everywhere in the bathroom, asked if they could do something nice since we were getting married and nothing.. they didn’t even have water!!! The pillows and bed were uncomfortable and let’s just say we slept awf..

At check-in, Residence Inn by Marriott had to move me to another hotel. They (the Guest Services Manager) said they would comp the room, and since I had pre-paid through Expedia that I would have to ask Expedia to request the refund from Marriott. Expedia tried really hard but was never able to get an "OK to refund" from Marriott. So that was disappointing.

It was clean, had nice amenities and is close to campus. Comfortable beds and easy check in. Breakfast (included) was very nice, everyone in my family found things they enjoyed, and we all prefer different things. Nice to have a refrigerator and basic kitchen needs. There is food and other shopping in easy walking distance, but we did drive to campus and Pearl Street Mall.

This was a nice hotel with nice staff, but a few things could have been better. Arrival was confusing because the parking deck is gated, so we were not sure if we could get in without a key. We therefore had to drive around a few times until there was room in front of the hotel on the street. A key was required to access your floor on the elevator, which I understand is for our safety because of the homeless population in the area (which I was not aware of!). This was just annoying because it didn't work well and we often had our hands full and struggled to get to our floor. One time I even spilled my entire cup of coffee, so be careful out there! Then, our AC unit in our room was very finicky and it would turn on and off over and over, waking us up. We slept better when we just turned the unit off. The room was great, with lots of space. We enjoyed the full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, etc. The bathroom/closet set up was inconvenient for two people with luggage. The bed was pretty comfy with down pillows that worked as long as we had several of them. Continental breakfast was okay. They had everyone's favorite, the waffle. But, lacked any variety, it was like toast, vanilla yogurt and melon. It was still a great convenience.
