Remember to book the spa in advance, plunge pool not very deep and some of the jacuzzi jets not working, other than that it was fabulous. Roof top bar and pool also great. Monte Gordo a solid up and coming location, not over developed for tourism. Worth getting out the town to Tavira or other beautiful algarve coast line locations - roads very smooth for driving.

The room was very clean. The lighting was a bit dim in the room. The staff were all friendly and helpful, (apart from those in the spa.) The housekeeping staff in particular were great, very efficient and obliging. The bar was nice and I enjoyed the special cocktail of the month. The rooftop pool area is beautiful, though of course it would have been nice if the food and drink bar were not closed for the winter months. The hotels location is reasonably convenient for the beach and the main A22 motorway that leads from Spain to Faro and beyond. The TV was hard to use with a really annoying advert for Pr1me Energize every time it was switched on! The breakfast was a bit disappointing with very little choice if cereal or eggs. But all in all, I recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Room was Clean, Staff was friendly, Bathroom was spacious. Bed was nice. The only reason for the 4 is: 5th floor elevator is not the main elevator and it is located in seperate area and only fits 2 people with no luggage or one person with luggage. You then walk an unenclosed hallway to the outside to get to your 5th floor room. Fine if the weather is good but not ideal if its not. All and all a very nice place just know that uf you book 5th floor you will not use the large primary elevators. Also note parking padlocks could use being replaced. Padlock on parking gate is rusted and hard and my wife could not close.Again a great location and 5-8 min walk to beach and dining.

We absolutely loved our stay. The only feedback is on the gym. We would have loved to have had some actual barbells or dumbbells instead of just kettlebels. We will come back and hopefully we LL see these changes.

A wonderful stay at The Prime Energize. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, bed comfy and ideal for our stay. The spa area was lovely. The indoor pool was perfect for a rainy January day. The breakfast was top notch. Continental or cooked was available. Faultless.

Super Hôtel !!! Ambiance chaleureuse et parfumée. Petit déjeuner parfait. Chambre avec un lit immense et une terrasse très sympa. Un tarif hyper interessant même en période de Noël. Je recommande vraiment !!!

Hotel is nice and modern. Jr. suite was large only issue was the shower has like a half door and water went all over the floor after every use. We possibly didn’t use it right but I think we did. Breakfast had variety and was delicious. We only ate lunch in the hotel once it was ok but kinda pricey tons of other restaurants close by and more affordable. It’s about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and it’s very safe. We stayed 8 nights and had a great time. Lots of other towns close by to visit also.

Beds were inconsistent, wife's 1/2 was a nice mattress, the mattress on my side was old/worn and so soft that I had one of the worst sleeps of anywhere I have ever stayed, also the blackout curtains didn't work and almost fell on me when I tried to close them. Dinner: we were not shown anywhere on the Orbitz site that dinner was only available with a 24hour reservation (for a buffet?), and it was 30 euros per person. But the person at the front desk directed us to a very nice place to eat that cost us 1/2 of what the buffet would have. Parking: we were lucky it was out of season still or we would not have found parking. The site does not have dedicated parking that I could see, even though it says they have parking on Orbitz. I gave 2 stars because the breakfast was decent, and view from room was nice. After walking around, I came to the conclusion that there are nicer and cheaper hotels closer to the beach. Stay away from this one!!!!

We stayed at this hotel twice before and it ideal for us. Staff are friendly helpful and great. Facilities are very good and good value for the money. We decided to include an evening meal and this vacation, which I didn’t realise was a buffet. We have two very minor remarks. 1) On the whole the food was very good but one evening the temperature of the food was not hot enough. 2) At breakfast there is an orange juice machine that crushed fresh oranges, which provides beautiful juice, but it seemed every 5 minutes it jammed up. Probably needed some maintenance. I consider this to be minor but the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Fincionarios desatentos e sobrecarregados. Quarto sem isolamento acustico. Tivemos que pedir varias vezes para vitem falar com o quarto do lado que tinha uma musica altissima. Pra variar nosdo quarto tinha uma pequena escada paea entrar, o que nao vimos em outros. Denota falta de estrutura e preparo dis funcionários. O café era bom, justo. A propaganda era fantastica.

Great hot and cold options for breakfast. Super meal choices very good. Staff very accommodating to our requests. We were only a15 min walk (flat) to train station. Close proximity to highway that is very walkable to Vila Real deSanto Antonio.

Från incheck till utcheck hade jag en bra vistelse. Lugnt och tyst rum med havsutsikt. Frukosten hade allt du kunde önska. Tar inte många minuter att gå till den fantasiska stranden. Gångavstånd till Vila Real. Tåg eller buss tar dig till Tavira, Olhao, Faro mm. Det enda minuset är poolen. Var där en gång men fick ge upp i att få en solstol, då många paxar sin stol. Provade även massage, även denna utmärkt. Jag kommer tillbaka

Store, rene rom, fantastisk utsikt fra toppetasjen og med en stor veranda. Perfekt for en tur med venner. Kort vei til stranda. Frokosten får 2/5 da den absolutt ikke var noe å glede seg over.

If you want a nightclub atmosphere at breakfast, this is the hotel for you – but not for me. Ridiculously loud music every day, and the reception tells me it’s a “nice way to wake up.” There are no outdoor areas where you can retreat. The rooftop pool has no shower, so sunscreen floats on the surface of the water. For me, this hotel is a definite NO GO.
