Very hard to find the property. No cars can pull up to the property due to road closure which made unloading bags extremely inconvenient. No elevators which was horrible for heavy luggage. Parking was walking distance away but inconvenient.

La cosa speciale è il rooftop. Stanze pulite, silenziose e ben organizzate. Comodo per fare giri in città, comodo anche per il parcheggio. Self check in un po' impegnativo, non troppo intuitivo ma ok.

For the price is very nice! The place is clean (I checked also under the bed), the air smells of new and the apartment where I was is modern. I experienced quiet time, on a comfortable bad, and there are a lot of useful tools, like an night number of laundry machines and a the kitchen with accessories. The position also was super. Maybe the only thing I can say could still be improved a bit was that the room was empty, with only bed, light, and a hanger for the clothes.. some little accessories more could improve the experience.

Everything is perfect except you don't have parking and can't even wait in front of building and there is no elevator which could be hard to get upstairs. But otherwise nice place to stay

Beautifully modern apartment (suite style dorm really) converted older building in the old section of St. Gallen. VERY STEEP hill to climb to reach building, and note that cars are not allowed in this area, so you need to lug your luggage up and down. I would have appreciated directions to the parking garage instead of the address of the building because my GPS tried to tell me I could drive my car up this hill (There's no way, and then you need to enter a restricted zone to turn around, so I am awaiting a ticket by mail) Outside of that, this is a fully self service building, no reception, no check in, etc. You are given a code to open a lockbox that has your key. Rooms were beautiful and clean and spacious, with a shared living area, kitchen and bathroom for the 4 separate bedrooms on the floor. It worked well for us, we were traveling with another couple and no one else was occupying the other two rooms.

Great location and nicely furnished apartment. Convenient laundry. No AC which made for warm and restless sleeping. Check-in was a little involved but not too bad. NO PARKING. Realistically you have to park in the crowded parking garage down the street. If you found a spot in the garage you would be well advised to leave it there. Also very expensive to park there.

Perfect location in old town, 10-15minutes from station. Shower is particularly impressive. Roof terrace available when weather permits where you are allowed to smoke. Overall an ideal place to stay when you want to be able to self cater.

Es ist sehr gut organisiert. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, ob wandern, Stadtbummel, Kunst/ Kultur aber eben auch Natur sehr gut möglich. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder, denn ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

The bed was very comfortable, we had a nice view of a creek and waterfall. The kitchen was well equipped. The self check-in was quick and easy. The washroom and kitchen are shared with other guests renting rooms in the unit. Unfortunately there is only one washroom in the unit.

Das Gebäude liegt neben einem Bach, bei offenem Fenster ist das arbeiten etwas schwierig. Sonst ist das Apartment/Zimmer schön gemacht. Achtung: vor der Anreise benötigt die Verwaltung eine Kopie der ID, da sonst der Code von der Schlüsselbox nicht mitgeteilt wird.

Alles war soweit gut, schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht. Ich hätte es nett gefunden, wenn ein paar Kaffeekapseln zur Verfügung gestellt worden wären. Und vielleicht eine Flasche kaltes Wasser im Kühlschrank stehen würde.

Location is good, although there is a very noisy waterfall just down the building, and we were on the higher floor. It is ok when windows are closed, otherwise... The "superior studio" was pure Ikea, very simple. The disgrace was the mattress, marshmallow type. Not great value.

Did not receive an email stating that I had to share my passport & booking with the apartment owners. This resulted in 30min waiting time in the reception trying to get a hold of someone. Eventually it worked out, but definately unnecessary time/energy spent.

It was an okay stay. There is actually very little communication possibility with the owner. I've tried to call for asking a question to the owner, it was only possible to leave a message. Although I've left the message nobody called me back. It's stated that the check-in code will be shared at 2 pm. I had to call and then send an additional reminder e-mail to get my check-in code after 2 pm. It's stated that the parking information is available on website, but there was actually no information related with the parking. The blue zone related information is a bit confusing for a foreigner in Switzerland. It lead us to park in an expensive parking garage although we found free spots in blue zone. We didn't have difficulty to find the building. Moreover the climb up to the accomodation was very short. It was not causing a real problem.

Check-in war unklar, hat Zeit gebraucht bis ich email von Host bekommen und den Code endlich erhalten. Fast habe ich meine Meeting verpasst, ich wollte mich eigentlich noch frisch machen und bisschen ausruhen aber leider ist nicht gegangen…. Sonst perfekt mit den Preise, zu Fuß Klosterhof viele Restaurants und nah von Bahnhof sehr praktisch, sehr ruhig Neubauwohnung. * Toilette und Badezimmer muss teilen, das habe ich wahrscheinlich nicht genau gelesen.

Sehr gute Erholung, habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt, super schnelle Kommunikation bei Fragen. Umgebung ist wunderschön, direkt an einem rauschenden Bach und trotzdem mitten in der Stadt. Einzigstes Manko, die Anreise gestaltet sich schwierig, vor allem mit viel Gepäck, da man nicht direkt zum Haus fahren kann, da der Weg meist von anderen Fahrzeugen blockiert ist. Andere Seite sehr steil, daher weniger eine Option. Dennoch kann ich diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!

Very clean apartment right at the edge of the old town of St. Gallen and a very easy walk to the main train station. Well equipped for a few nights stay. Would consider again for future stays in the city.

Everything is perfect except you don't have parking and can't even wait in front of building and there is no elevator which could be hard to get upstairs. But otherwise nice place to stay

Beautifully modern apartment (suite style dorm really) converted older building in the old section of St. Gallen. VERY STEEP hill to climb to reach building, and note that cars are not allowed in this area, so you need to lug your luggage up and down. I would have appreciated directions to the parking garage instead of the address of the building because my GPS tried to tell me I could drive my car up this hill (There's no way, and then you need to enter a restricted zone to turn around, so I am awaiting a ticket by mail) Outside of that, this is a fully self service building, no reception, no check in, etc. You are given a code to open a lockbox that has your key. Rooms were beautiful and clean and spacious, with a shared living area, kitchen and bathroom for the 4 separate bedrooms on the floor. It worked well for us, we were traveling with another couple and no one else was occupying the other two rooms.

Great location and nicely furnished apartment. Convenient laundry. No AC which made for warm and restless sleeping. Check-in was a little involved but not too bad. NO PARKING. Realistically you have to park in the crowded parking garage down the street. If you found a spot in the garage you would be well advised to leave it there. Also very expensive to park there.

Perfect location in old town, 10-15minutes from station. Shower is particularly impressive. Roof terrace available when weather permits where you are allowed to smoke. Overall an ideal place to stay when you want to be able to self cater.

This was basically student accommodation with shared bathroom and kitchen. I would not have booked this place if I had known. To add insult a hidden 'service charge' almost equal to the rent was added. This was NOT in the agreement and was not appropriate considering it was SHARED accommodation. In addition it was so difficult to find that even with the help of 5 local people it took me 3+ hours to find it wasting my time and energy as it is in a hilly district in St. Gallen and my luggag was heavy. As there were rainstorms the apartment was very noisy from surging water from the river beside the accommodation.

Having the essentials (salt, oil, etc) would have been nice. The studio also lacks any type of decoration. Lots of hairs on the floor and some on the bed on arrival. But overall good experience.

The bed was very comfortable, we had a nice view of a creek and waterfall. The kitchen was well equipped. The self check-in was quick and easy. The washroom and kitchen are shared with other guests renting rooms in the unit. Unfortunately there is only one washroom in the unit.

For the price is very nice! The place is clean (I checked also under the bed), the air smells of new and the apartment where I was is modern. I experienced quiet time, on a comfortable bad, and there are a lot of useful tools, like an night number of laundry machines and a the kitchen with accessories. The position also was super. Maybe the only thing I can say could still be improved a bit was that the room was empty, with only bed, light, and a hanger for the clothes.. some little accessories more could improve the experience.

Absolutely little to no parking options, and no information on how or where to park from the landlord’s. Their website was down for the parking information. I updated them and they still did not fix it. We parked in one of the blue zones as directed from one of the hotel guests snd needed up getting a 50 CHF parking ticket. Great location! No coffee provided, and near to no amenities in the apartment. All in all, it was an amazing location with the waterfall right out the side of the building that actually runs along the wall.

Alles war soweit gut, schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht. Ich hätte es nett gefunden, wenn ein paar Kaffeekapseln zur Verfügung gestellt worden wären. Und vielleicht eine Flasche kaltes Wasser im Kühlschrank stehen würde.

Loved our three bedroom apartment. Perfect for a family. Sparkling clean. I also appreciated the access to a washing machine and dryer. Location is perfect; short walk from restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean and convient! Perfect little apartment in a great location. It had everything we neesed to make meals and the grocery store was very close. Parking was close but really expensive.

we got really fast responses to questions around checkin. the laundry facilities were easy to use and a big help. I really dislike that all guests had to upload passport photos to some random website, but I suppose that's not the hotel's fault.
