Citymax Hotel Aswan

Great place The only issues I had was the Jim was never open. And I was told the pool closed at 9 PM when I went there at 7:30 they had closed it for cleaning. 😢

The location was convenient and there were wonderful views of the river in all directions. We stayed in a junior suite which had a balcony and a large bathroom. The beds were relatively comfortable, and we were able to have our laundry done in only one day. The restaurant was under construction and the pool area was okay but not what we had expected.

Air conditioners smell like cigarette smoke, the carpets are stained, the breakfast is mediocre. The bed was comfortable.

Citymax Aswan seems like a hotel that used to be glorious and no longer is but it is still good enough to give it a good review. The check in process was very easy. Our room was very clean and spacious with big bathroom, a living room and a very comfortable king bed…we even had Nile River view. The restaurant could have a menu with broader international options but you can survive with what they offer! Breakfast are “buffet style”. The location is centric, close to restaurants and even a small shopping mall. All in all, it was a good experience to stay in this hotel.

The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. The shower door was broken and the water coming out of the shower head sprayed almost every which way but down.

いろんなサイトでこちらのホテルは概ね高評価でしたが、自分にはちょっと厳しかったです。 建物が古く窓枠が朽ちていて隙間があり、虫が入ってくるのではないかと不安でした。 シャワーも、後から取り付けたという感じでビーチサンダルを履いたまま利用しました。お湯はちゃんと出ました。 めちゃくちゃ古くて大きな冷蔵庫がありましたが、湯沸かしポットは使う気がしませんでした。 グラスもありましたが洗っていないようで汚れていて口紅が付いていました。 清潔な環境を望む方には不向きだと思います。 スタッフはとても親切で気にかけてくれたのはありがたかったです。 この値段なので相応かと思います。

Un hotel realmente muy basico si lo que quieres es solo dormir, nada del otro mundo el mobiliario del lobby esta sucio, este dentro de una plaza. No lo recomiendo

Cet hôtel est très mal entretenu ! La propreté laisse à désirer et la maintenance aussi. La clim fonctionnait mal, il y a eu de nombreux soucis électriques qui nous ont obligé à changer de chambre. J’ai appelé en tout 5 fois la réception pour des soucis !! La nouvelle n’était pas adaptée pour 2 et était plus petite. La situation est bien.

Check-in starts at 14:00 and we arrived at 15:00, and yet still had to wait for about 35 minutes to be admitted to our suite. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner (not lunch} for buffet-style serve-yourself meals. They were not good. After having had the breakfast and the dinner once each, we did not return. There is a food court nearby, but food there was only a little better, and the atmosphere was very chaotic.

シャワーの水がカビ臭い点と、あまり丁寧な掃除がされていない点を除けば、駅からのアクセスも良く全体的に良いホテルだと思います。

セーフティーボックスが壊れて？いて 使えなかったこと、室内の明かりが 暗かったこと、シャワーが使いにくく、 又、水量も弱かった事など、施設の コンディションは、満足できませんでした。 ロケーションは、小規模ですが、フード コート、コンビニがあるショッピングモール と一階で繋がっいて、通り沿いの一階には、 銀行が数店舗あり両替に便利です。 ナイル川沿いで、部屋のベランダから 夕陽とナイル川が一望でき、その点は 良かったです。

뷰가 매우 좋고 방도 쾌적하고 아주 넓었어요! 직원들도 다들 친절하고 물도 기본 4병이나 줬어요. 나일강 뷰가 방에서 보이고 식사를 할 수 있는 2인용 테이블도 있어서 좋았어요~ 가격도 합리적이라고 생각해요.

Balcony overlooked Nile. Best coffee I had in 5 weeks in Egypt, thank you Zoza. Easy walk to market, lots of tour options. Must see Nubian village, all within easy reach from hotel.

We got an executive room with the Nile view, however, from the beginning we had issues at our room. First the shower flooded and it took a while for maintenance to go and fix the issue. Also, the heater in the room was not working and as there were no more rooms available we were just given more blankets.

They upgraded our room and let us check in early upon arrival. Extremely friendly staff and great room service. Would stay again!

The lavatory was in a very tight place couldn't use it. Morover I ordered a taxi for the airport was told I could order a local off the street 300 egyptian pounds or a limousine for $30. When the car atrived it was a dilapidated state but due to time constraints I couldn't argue so took the taxi rip off.

Posizione comoda sulla corniche lungo il Nilo. Da tener presente la rumorosità dei negozi e centro commerciale adiacente durante la notte.

Hotel bom e com boa localização. Porém é um hotel de rede, mais indicado para quem está de passagem.
