The room was quite attractive but was very tiny especially if there were two people with luggage. Very cramped. The bed was comfy and it was quiet in the room. The gym had a few running machines but few weights of any use. Best feature was a shuttle bus to a few places on the island side of hk every half hour. It was a brisk 20 min walk to the shops and 30 mins walk to peak tram stop. A satisfactory place to stay.

[ Cons ] 1. We booked a double room, but they ended up offering only a twin room. 2. They provide only one 440 ml can of water per person per day, which is completely insufficient. [ Pros ] 1. They offer a shuttle bus service to several CBD areas, which is very convenient for tourists.

I stayed here for 3 nights, and given the price, I wasn’t expecting too much - but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very clean and the service exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping came every day, not only changing towels and cleaning the bathroom thoroughly, but also making sure the room had enough bottled water. They even turned on the air purifier and dehumidifier after cleaning, which was a nice touch. The location can be a little tricky if you’re not familiar with the area, but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus, and there are also a couple of public bus stops nearby. I used the shuttle bus to Causeway Bay and then caught the A11 bus to the airport, which worked out smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they proactively handled my luggage and placed it in the shuttle bus for me. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with its cleanliness, attentive service, and supplementary transport options. I would be happy to stay here again.

Very nice hotel, very nice rooms. Gym is very small, just 2-3 machines and a few dumbbells. Open 24/7 though, which is great. For public transportation you’ll have to walk a bit, but no more than 6-7 minutes.

Zimmer und Bad waren neu, sauber, ruhig und echt praktisch eingerichtet..Bequeme betten, Safe, Mini Kühlschrank, Kaffee und Wasserkocher im Zimmer, Shampoo, Zahnbürste mit Zahnpasta alles da :-). Schnelle Aufzüge, ausreichendes Frühstück. Für unsere Stadttour lag das Hotel etwas abseits, deswegen nur drei Sterne. Kleiner minuspunkt: im Fitnessraum haben ein paar Geräte nicht funktioniert und Handtücher oder Desinfektionsmittel gab´s leider auch nicht.

Property has a nice view of the cityscape. Rooftop bar was not available. Not too far walking distance to other areas and easy access to the MTR. Im guessing it is my first time experience HK so im a little bit surprised of how people dont bother as much on the hospitality aspects of the hotel business industry vs other countries. Basically just cold answers, not much of a welcoming vibe or smile (i wasnt requesting anything for help just general talking to hotel staff and asking how they are doing) as well as a mild issue with English communication. Other than that its alright, forgot my apple watch there when i checked out and called them to double check for it and hotel staff said no they didnt find anything. Funny thing is my GPS tracker is on and still showing it being at the same location so thats that. Cant blame anyone I forgot my stuff there so its my fault i guess for giving the cleaning crew a choice to take my stuff. The bar upstairs was nice though wish the roof top was open

Gros problème d’humidité dans les chambres. Moisissures sur les murs, moquettes et plafonds. Odeur nauséabonde de moisissure. Nous avons changé 3 fois de chambre. Si vous êtes en famille et répartis dans des chambres à des étages différents, la carte de votre chambre ne vous permet pas d’accéder aux autres étages donc très compliqué et pas du tout pratique.

This hotel is in a quiet yet convenient location, which was satisfying. I had a great experience during my first visit a few years ago, but this time there was one disappointing issue. Despite staying in a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke kept coming through the bathroom vent. I had to keep the bathroom door closed, and even while taking a shower, I was constantly exposed to the smell of cigarettes. Apart from this, everything else was perfect.

全体的にコンセントが少なかった。ベットサイドのUSBポートは2つあったが両方使えず、洗面台横のコンセントも海外対応のヘアアイロンを持っていったにも関わらず使えず、大変だった。洗面台のハンドソープの位置も何故か少し遠く使いにくかった。カーテンも開閉する際に滑りが悪くストレスだった。細かい箇所かもしれませんが、長く滞在したからこそ目に余る所でした。

There is no space to do makeup or curl your hair. There are no plugs in the bathroom and the hotel has no extension cables that go from the far end of the room where the socket is to the bathroom. The bathroom is the only place with a mirror and there are no full mirrors. The room lighting is really low.

We booked 5 rooms in this hotel, as all of our coworkers are staying here. It is unfortunate that during our stay, Hong Kong is raining almost every day! One day, when we came back to the hotel, the rain was pouring down. We have a child with us, the taxi driver stopped a few steps away from the side walk. We ask the hotel concierge to help us because the 5 years old boy was scared. But they just shrugged their shoulder and told us they couldn’t help! This is totally unacceptable.

Location is very convenient, walking distances to public transportations, eateries and shops. Staff are very helpful n courteous. Room was good in size, bed was comfortable but I would recommend to change the pillows as I don’t find them comfortable to sleep on. On the whole, I recommend this hotel.

最悪のホテルです。バスの運転手に怒鳴られました。どこに到着したのか何の案内もなく、ただドアを開けて待っているだけでした。数秒後、「早く降りろ、何を待っているんだ」と怒鳴られました。慌てて6人全員で降りましたが、朝から本当に最悪な気分でした。また、フロントやレストランのスタッフはアジア人に対する接客態度が悪く感じました。一方で、欧米人にはとても丁寧に対応していました。差別を受けたくない方は、このホテルの利用を避けたほうがよいと思います。

I checked in at almost midnight after an exhausting flight late Aug 8th, when I stood at the front desk, the staff at the desk keep typing at the computer and totally ignored me. There was not even an eye contact or greeting. He make me feel I should not even be there to disturb him. he just let me waited for 3 minutes before responding to me and did l the check in process. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels anround the world, inckuding third world countries, and this is the worst experience ever.

水を毎日もらえたのがよかった。坂の多いエリアで最寄り駅まで少し歩くので空港の行き来にはシャトルバスを利用できてよかった。清掃に関してはベッドサイドにスイッチがついておりオンオフで意思を示すスタイルだったが、頼んでいない日にはよりによってトイレを利用中にバスルームまで入ってきたのには驚いた。しかし、ルームクリーニングをしてほしい日に限って入ってこなかったのには更に驚いた。早く出て遅く帰った日だったので、綺麗な部屋で最終日は過ごしたいと思っていたのだがトイレットペーパーやタオルやゴミ箱の交換など、部屋に帰ってから依頼の電話をすることになり、帰ってきてすぐにシャワーも浴びられず少し残念だった。

Lage vom Hotel sehr gut, da Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, auch mit Airportbus gut erreichbar, und Strassenbahnhaltestelle direkt um die Ecke um alles . Ca 10 Minuten Fußweg bis zu Geschäften und Restaurants, allerdings nicht in direkter Nähe zum Hotel. Pferderennbahn 5 Minuten entfernt. Zimmer relativ klein, aber sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet und sehr nettes Personal. Frühstückbüffet ausreichend. Zimmer nach hinten sehr ruhig. Auf jedenfalls für einen Aufenthalt und Erkundung Hongkong zu empfehlen.

Great hotel, quiet area so it was nice to return back after a busy day Great Deliveroo options around and MTR was only a 15 minute walk Bus stop around a 5 minute walk!

香港価格で考えるとコスパはとてもよいと思います。部屋はあまり新しくはありませんが、清潔で嫌な感じはありませんでした。地下鉄の駅からは少し歩かなければなりませんが、バスやトラムの駅からはとても近くて使いこなせれば便利と言えます。スタッフはみんなフレンドリーで日本語を勉強中のスタッフもいました。いつもいるわけではないので期待はしないでください。朝食バイキングはあまり種類はありません。私は中華圏ではお粥を食べたいのですがありませんでした。残念！結論的にはグッドチョイスだったと思います。

Ordentliches Hotel auf Hongkong Island. Für 2 Tage "Sightseeing" absolut okay. Lediglich der Frühstücksbereich ist etwas zu klein für so ein großes Hotel. Daher: "Der frühe Vogel fängt den Wurm", ansonsten muss man anstehen und etwas warten.
