Great hotel, great service, good value, very good breakfast. If you like bacon, this is the hotel for you. After staying at 7 hotels this month, Seda has the best breakfast. The roof lounge was also nice. It’s also great being so close to Ayala. The only aspect of the Seda experience I cannot recommend is the pool. It exists but not great.

Overall, this hotel was relatively good value for money, although the rooms were not quite as good as they look online (lack of colour primarily). The hotel does have a nice hotel roof bar, with a good view. The door staff and reception staff are friendly and the rooms are kept clean. The breakfast in my opinion is 3-4 star rated. The hotel is ideally located within a 5 min walk to the nearest shopping mall. Overall i would book again, due to it's location and roof top bar with views.

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel, located right in the middle of everything in Bacolod. They have two good restaurant options, including a cool rooftop bar with a view of the Capitol park. I will definitely stay here again when I return.

I booked 2 rooms at seda , the rooms are excellent a/c was good , good atmosphere anywhere in the hotel ,rooms were clean ,the pool is nice, restaurant was good the staff were super friendly to me and my guests ,helpful right from the front desk ,staff at the roofdeck people all the way to maintenance and cleaning staff I would recommend this place and will stay here again.

Although no welcoming water bottle to drink and refrigerator was empty and toiletries is not completes however buffet breakfast was been very excellent prepared in world class and staff at dining department was very friendly and attentive. It was our home away from home for 8 days and the staff were very friendly and helpful - the bathrooms are needing some tlc, the bed was comfy and the room was quiet, and although we would have reused our towels they didn’t dry well overnight but we may have had the ac on too low (conserving energy!). Convenient location near Ayala Mall.

We arrived at 4:42pm to check in but the room wasn’t available yet. We waited for another 15 minutes for the room to be available. Their check out time is 12 noon. So I was wondering why the room wasn’t ready for almost 5 hours since the previous customers checked out. If their excuse is staffing, they already knew ahead of time how many guests were checking in that day and should have prepared enough staff to clean the rooms for new guests coming in.
