Check in is a little slow, and the hotel design is quirky, but fun. The roof top terrace is wonderful, and the location is convenient to anywhere in the city. Breakfast is the best that I have had in Germany, but they need to speed up the coffee service.

Funky and hip. Close to Christmas Markets by foot. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and quirky cool in decoration. The hotel is a bit hard to find as there isn’t large signage, lobby on 6th floor.

Fehlende Klimaanlage. Im Zimmer ist es bei hohen Außentemperaturen nicht auszuhalten. Fehlende abschließbare Fahrradgarage ( bei mir wurde an meinem im Treppenhaus abgestellten Pedelec Display entwendet). Lange Wartezeiten beim Aufzug. Das Aufzugsystem ist veraltet, die Aufzüge sehr langsam, zu wenig Aufzüge. Erreichbarkeit der Zimmer im Seitenflügel schlecht. Man muss ab Aufzug mindestens vier sehr schwer zu öffnende Brandschutztüren passieren . Sehr mühevoll!

Beskrivelse + billeder lever desværre generelt ikke op til oplevelsen. Vi havde booket en superior 2værelses "lejlighed" 2 voksne og 2 børn en enkelt overnatning på gennemfart. Der var mange ting galt med stedet, som går ud over hvad rammerne for en anmeldelse passer til, men overordnet set vil jeg vælge at andet sted, næste gang jeg kommer til Leipzig. Vær derudover opmærksom på, at der kommer en del ekstraudgifter på omkring 100 euro ialt, hvis I er en familie på 4, der skal have morgenmad, og tilkøbe parkering. Vi ankom om eftermiddagen, og kørte videre om morgnen dagen efter, og måtte betale 34,60 Euro for Q-park under hotellet, hvilket ikke passer med beskrivselen i bookningen. Beliggenheden tæt på den gamle bydel er dog et plus.

obwohl wir Gäste sind, wegen eine privat Aktion konnten wir Abends nichrts auf dem Bar bekommen. Der kellner hat uns gesagt, dass wir etwas zum trinken aus dem Minibar nehmen sollen !!!

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in einer Suite S und sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, das Bad ebenso. Hatten am ersten Morgen(Sonntag) das Frühstück gebucht. Das war, wie zu erwarten am Wochenende, sehr stark frequentiert und somit nicht gemütlich. Die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr gut. Parken konnten wir Samstag und Sonntag direkt vor dem Hotel, ab Montag ist dort aber Parkscheinpflicht. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat uns das günstige Parkhaus am Hbf empfohlen. Dort kann man für kalendertäglich 7€ parken und es ist zu Fuß ca. 8 Minuten entfernt. Wir empfehlen die Felix-Suiten gerne weiter, da sie auch in direkter Nähe zur Fußgängerzone/Innenstadt liegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Hotel wirbt mit der Dachterasse, (Ausblick) die dann aber nicht für die Gäste an Silvester zur Verfügung steht. Wir hätten gerne an der Bar auf der Terrasse mit einem Glas Sekt angestoßen. Schade! Personal war super!

I loved the style of the hotel. Our room (Suite M) was huge and had a beautiful view of Augustusplatz and the opera house. The little kitchen was useful and we made breakfast ourselves every morning. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning very effective. As other reviews note, there is some noise from the trams outside, more of a low rumble as the double glazing is very effective. I also noticed a strange buzzing sound in the room which I couldn’t locate, it did cause some disturbance. What let the hotel down was check-in and check-out. The staff tried to charge me for my stay, even though I paid in advance via hotels.com. On check out, the receptionist asked for my room number, then very rudely proceeded to tell me that it was incorrect. I’m sorry, what?! I’ve just been staying in the room for 3 nights, I think I know what number it is. He argued that it was wrong and eventually I just had to leave. Such a shame as we had enjoyed our stay. I’d recommend the place for adventurous and low-maintenance guests who are happy to fend for themselves. If you want a good service experience, then this isn’t the hotel for you.

Als Geschäftsreisender benötige ich eine Rechnung. Anscheinend ist es für das Hotel nicht möglich, bei Buchungen über Expedia eine Rechnung für den Gast auszustellen. Es gab auch keine Unterstützung in dieser Richtung. Bemerkbar war nur dass der junge Herr durch mein Anliegen sehr genervt war.

I n 9 days only one cleaning in the room. Despite complaints and promises, there was no further cleaning. 1 week with old towels but full price. In addition, there is night rest from 10 pm, even the hotel right next door and above big celebrations. Quiet looks different. There was no apology. An email after departure was not even answered 2 weeks later.

Nachdem wir 3 nachfragen mussten war unser Zimmer um 15.30 endlich fertig..keine Entschuldigung für die Wartezeit o.ä. stattdessen mussten wir uns jedesmal wieder anstellen..Personal unfreundlich bzw. nach dem Motto..haben wir nicht nötig, mir doch egal!

Leider war der CheckIn die absolute Katastrophe. Trotz Online Checkin mit ausgefüllten Meldeschein, mussten wir fast 40 Minuten in einer langen Schlange anstehen. Als wir dann endlich an einem freien Platz kamen, mussten wir zur Seite treten und auf einen anderen freien Platz warten, da an diesem Platz nur Teilnehmer der stattfindenden Veranstaltungen einchecken durften. Schade, das hätte anders gelöst werden können. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, ein tolles Zimmer, ruhig, sauber und bequem.

Alles war prima. Frühstück sah gut aus, selbst nicht probiert. Lage perfekt und zentral. Parken am Bahnhof Westseite für 7€ den ganzen Tag 24 Stunden möglich.

Very convenient location close to the main train station, a tram station, and yhe old town with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Also right across the street from the Gewandhaus concert hall and the opera house. The rooms are designed with everything you need to feel like it's your home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen and eating area in each room. There's also a fantastic breakfast buffet available, and staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Die Suite XL ist eine perfekte Unterkunft mit Kindern die ein separates Zimmer zum Schlafen brauchen. Das einzige was ich wirklich Wucher finde ist das Frühstück. Pro Frühstück 50 Euro für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind ist einfach in jeder Hinsicht so etwas von übertrieben, das ich einfach nur drüber lachen kann. Steht in keinen Verhältnis zur Leistung. Ansonsten wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt.

Check in is a little slow, and the hotel design is quirky, but fun. The roof top terrace is wonderful, and the location is convenient to anywhere in the city. Breakfast is the best that I have had in Germany, but they need to speed up the coffee service.

Gut fußläufig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen; die Innenstadt ist zum Greifen nah 😊 Sehr reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück, bei schönem Wetter auch draußen möglich. Ich kenne dieses Postamt noch von" ganz früher", super, was daraus geworden ist!!! Die Betten waren tatsächlich richtig gut! Unterkunft auch für Kinder geeignet. Das Bad ist vielleicht etwas klein, aber auch in Ordnung.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in einer Suite S und sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, das Bad ebenso. Hatten am ersten Morgen(Sonntag) das Frühstück gebucht. Das war, wie zu erwarten am Wochenende, sehr stark frequentiert und somit nicht gemütlich. Die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr gut. Parken konnten wir Samstag und Sonntag direkt vor dem Hotel, ab Montag ist dort aber Parkscheinpflicht. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat uns das günstige Parkhaus am Hbf empfohlen. Dort kann man für kalendertäglich 7€ parken und es ist zu Fuß ca. 8 Minuten entfernt. Wir empfehlen die Felix-Suiten gerne weiter, da sie auch in direkter Nähe zur Fußgängerzone/Innenstadt liegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Felix Suiten ist ein etwas anderes Hotel. Die Suiten sind super, die Minibar ist kostenlos. Der Weg zum Restaurant bzw. Frühstücksraum ist etwas weit je nach dem, wo man seine Suite hat. Das ganze Ambiente ist einfach nur super, die Dachterrasse mega, super Ausblick. Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite mal hier und kommen sicherlich nächstes Jahr wieder. Lage ist auch super, man kommt direkt in die Fußgängerzone. Alle Mitarbeiter sind mega freundlich und hilfsbereit.

A very positive stay in Leipzig.Rooms are spacious and bed comfortable. Nice kitchenette, well equipped. Lots of people coming and going at all hours, so early check-in was a nice plus. Very convenient location to shops, restaurants, and local spots of significance. Tram stop across the street, easy to use public transportation. A great concept this Staycity!!! Rooftop bar with sunset views!!
