El hotel está muy bien, cuenta con instalaciones modernas, limpias y bonitas. La ubicación también es buena. Lo único es que si llevas coche no te recomendaría hospedarte en este hotel ya que no cuenta con car lobby ni estacionamiento propio o con convenio, además el estacionamiento no está cerca.

Très bon séjour . Par contre nous n’avons pas eu les boissons offertes auxquelles nous avions droit comme indiqué sur notre réservation hôtels.com. L’hôtel est bien placé en centre-ville, facilement accessible à pieds des lieux à voir. Nous étions véhiculés et là c’est un gros problème. Quartier populaire, parking à quelques centaines de mètres de l’hôtel. Le ticket de 15% de l’hôtel n’a pas fonctionné et le parking étant très étroit, nous avons accroché notre véhicule aux bornes de sortie, une porte entière a refaire.

Very nice room, very clean, and spacious. The only restaurant on site served a very limited menu, and one person to service the entire restaurant. I will say that the food was good although they were out of a lot of the things that were on the menu.

Beautiful spacious room with a view! Hotel is in easy walking distance to the waterfront and all the museums and historic sites. We walked down from the train station easily but we took a Bolt to go back as it is uphill. The staff here was very friendly and gave us some good pointers. Highly recommend .

Parking outside is almost impossible - park in the secure car park 200 metres up the road and walk. Nice hotel, but my water pressure was almost nil - the shower completely stopped for about 2 minutes and then came on cold. The staff are great, the breakfast is great, just some plumbing issues to sort out…

We had no hot water, but were not informed when we checked in. The manager at that time was VERY accommodating and kind and helped us out. The room was awful. It was sterile, almost hostile, in the way it looked. Stark and bare and just pushed us out as soon as possible. No one would like it in that space. The noise from the street, garbage collectors at 10:30 pm and street cleaners at 6 a.m. made it impossible to sleep for any significant amount of time. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone although the staff was very nice.

We arrived a little earlier than normal. Check-in , stuff was great accommodating. We like the location of the hotel very convenient to shopping restaurants in the port. The only thing we didn’t like about this hotel is the bedding was very old. The mattress was old. It was squeaky. The duvet covers were torn in several places. It just seemed that they could’ve done a better job maintaining some of the amenities in the room and replacing the aging mattresses.

Les services sont complets : salle de sport, restaurant, et un petit-déjeuner exceptionnel, sans doute l'un des meilleurs que j'ai pu voir après près de 150 nuits d'hôtel en 2024. Seul bémol : le personnel d'accueil. Mis à part Filipo, qui est un véritable professionnel, toujours avenant et sympathique, les autres membres de l'accueil sont froids et ne prennent même pas la peine de dire bonjour. Dommage pour un établissement de ce standing.

As usual, perfect two nights in a quiet and safe area of Marseille. Hotel is 10mins walk away from the old harbor and 5min walk from a big mall, the Major Cathedral and Mucem museum. The staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay there again!
