Host was nice and friendly amenities were good great location to get the train and get around wouldBe a lot better with an area out the back for entertaining was a bit old and run down in that area overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay

Home was just as described on Stayz - suited us perfectly.

Great property but details of Wi-Fi and use of heating would be beneficial.

It was the first time to book a holiday house in Melbourne. I couldn't believed how convenient it was. It was closed to my Melbourne friend's house/work, so we have a place for everyone to attend the reunion after more than 2 years haven't seeing each other. All my friends and us agreed that we should make it as our gathering spot every time if possible. The house had everything that we needed, the location was handy, the host also wonderful and alway quick response to my concerns. I would like to book again next time when I visit Melbourne.

It was great place to stay with a group of friends. Easy access to small shops and transport.
