Les + -Staff très accueillant et agréable -Bon petit déjeuner -Literie confortable -Bon repas dîner room service Les - -Chambre petite sans charme particulier -Espaces communs froid sans charme ni chaleur, on ne retrouve pas du tout l’esprit de château, idem pour la façade extérieure comparable à un hôtel de chaîne standard. -Hammam en panne, nous avions réservé cet hôtel en parti pour le spa, la faute a pas de chance peu être mais sur un week-end prolongé sans réparation c’est bien dommage. -Supplément 10€ pour le parking, peu impactant sur la note globale mais pas correct par principe, il n’y a pas d’autres alternatives. Conclusion, ça ne vaut pas 350€ pour une nuit (chambre standard), à ce prix on attend plus.

A aucun moment où ne nous a prévenu que le parking était payant à 23€. En même temps pour accéder à l’hôtel dans le parc de chambord on le peut venir que en voiture et on ne leur pas se garer ailleurs. Incompréhension totale de ma part au moment de payer mais j’ai payé quand même

This is an incredible location with stunning views of the Chateau! The personnel were incredibly welcoming and very friendly. In particular, Mathis went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. He even took our bags and gave us a private tour! We had an amazing time in this absolutely gorgeous hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of options. It was so easy to park. The Chateau is only a few minutes walking from the hotel. My only disappointment was that we didn’t have enough time to bike or row a boat. I can’t wait to go back and take advantage of these options.

O hotel fica na beira do Rio Loire, com quartos virados para o rio, onde escutamos o lindo som das águas. Café da manhã muito requintado com a visão do castelo e restaurante com cardápio sofisticado. Hotel elegante que nos deixa uma agradável experiência. Dispõe de estacionamento (pago) e, vamos a pé visitar o chateau. Recomendo!

Booked a 2 night stay 1st-3rd May 2025. Upon arrival went for a drink in the bar. The bar was rammed, there was nowhere to sit and a big queue at the bar. Despite this the hotel was letting more and more people in, who weren't even staying at the hotel. By 1 pm the bar had run out of food. Place was filthy, uncollected glasses & plates on tables, cigarette butt ends in plant pots, toilets were a disgrace. This is a Small Luxury Hotel of the world, but in our experience it is anything but. Ended up only staying for 1 night because it was so awful. Complained to the General Manager who agreed to refund us for the second night. Just need someone from Hotels.com to contact me about this as there are no contact details anywhere on the website. The hotel cannot refund me directly as the booking was via a third party ie. Hotels.com

Really nice hotel, high quality restaurant. Staff were friendly. Service was attentive. Atmosphere was nice, but maybe a little bit stuffy. My room was very small - this didn't matter because I was traveling alone, but if I come back with my partner I'll pay for a higher level room to get more space.

I travel a lot! This was by far the best hotel I have ever experienced. I was honestly blown away from the minute I arrived until I walked out the door. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL!! The food and drinks were exceptional and the view was incredible. This hotel is worth every penny and then some! I am extremely impressed

Expensive but worth the splurge to be in such a special place-- we paid extra for view of the Chateau. Skip the crowds and bling of Versailles and treat yourself to this perfect architectural masterpiece (that is, the Chateau-- the hotel is disappointingly modern, with smallish rooms, but overall felt luxurious). Note that there is a charge for parking and that you will likely want to pay for dinner and breakfast as well. Dinner was quite good and elegantly served. Only complaint-- it took more than half an hour for staff to take our order.

Lovely hotel and extremely convenient being right next to Chateau Chambord. Loved having the entire place to ourselves after all the tourists left in the evening. The restaurant is also very good and highly recommended.

The staff was wonderful. They handled all our bags at check in and out.They parked and charged our electric car. The room ,although small, had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The food was outstanding. It’s well worth the extra cost to receive such elegant accommodations.

The property is beautiful. I didn't forgive myself for not writing down the name of the guy that take care of us, our luggage, and our car. He is so kind and offers us a 5-star experience. Other members of the staff should learn from him. We had dinner at the place, and the menu was poor of options and the food was just ok. I really expected much more. Because of the location, and the comfort of the rooms, I recommend staying at this property for at least one weekend.
