We choosed this hotel because of the location close to both beach and city and because it was in a pedestrian area. It was a good choise :) The hotel is nice, the staff is very helpfull and gym, pool and social areas are good. It's also great to be able to walk instead of taking taxis all of the time. It's also very close to the metro which is working very well.

For a 3 star hotel the Rove Dubai Marina is exceptional! From the rooms and the amenities (pool, gym, meeting rooms etc), breakfast and dinner to the friendliness of the staff, the little popcorn pop up stand during the day and the general overall efficiency of the place, I would highly recommend! I miss waking up to the view of the sea and harbour each morning!

De accomodatie was top. Dichtbij de boulevard (± 10 minuten lopen) van Dubai Marina. Het eten was lekker, ontbijt was goed, avondeten was goed. Zwembad was oké, niet heel groot maar ook niet druk dus zwemmen was geen probleem. Ik zou er zeker nogmaals heen gaan!

Husband and I loved our stay in this hotel. Upon check in, we were welcomed by Rabah and Ismael. During our stay, everything was great, it was nice to come back to a clean room after a long day out of sightseeing, the housekeeper did a great job. Breakfast was great, they have a lot of selections and its always tasty. They have a mini shop which is very convenient. The laundry room was good as well,there was a foosball table inside laundry room so it was fun to play while waiting for our laundry. They are very generous with the complimentary water in the room, they always replenish the water bottle and even gave us extra without us even asking. The only downside part was the bed is a lil firm for us, but the bed itself was always cleaned. There are plenty of taxis outside the hotel which is also convenient. There was a place very close by to go for a walk by the marina which is very nice. Overall i give this stay 5 stars!

The hotel was easy to use. - Please bare in mind the traffic to get out every morning/evening can take 45mins just to turn around the corner and get on the main road! - The room could have been cleaner, there was marks next to the sink and around the area that needed a good scrub, on the phone desk the side was sticky and didn't feel clean, again needed a good scrub. I don't believe my floor got hoovered the whole time I was there as I noticed parts of fluff and dirt hadn't been hoovered every time I went back to my room. - When I first arrived the air con was not working and the air felt really damp, all my items were damp and my breathing didn't seem right. They moved me to another standard room. - When I came back one evening I went to use the sink and no water came out. They mentioned that a note had gone round to explain that the water would be off for the day but I didn't receive this message. The taps were making strange loud noises when I was trying to sleep, and then the next morning I went to brush my teeth and put my toothbrush under the tap and the water came out brown and dirty. - Staff were really friendly and polite. - The Hotels gym was good, the air con could have been cooler. - I like that they have a range of facilities to use

There was only one thing that was disappointing about my stay with you. A mug in my rooms coffee station had lipstick stains from a previous occupant. I left it out for the housecleaning staff to see and clean however it wasn’t cleaned yet put back in place as if it was cleaned. Of course this small annoyance brings into question the total cleanliness of the room.

Sehr netter Empfang. Wir durften unser Zimmer auch früher beziehen. Toller Ausblick in zweiter Reihe auf die Marina (Marina Blick hatten wir explizit auch so gebucht). Zimmer ging gut zu verdunkeln (bis auf TV LED), der Rauchmelder hat zum Glück nur unmerklich geblinkt und das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe (Schrank allerdings etwas klein, aber wir haben sowieso aus dem Koffer gelebt). Fön im Schreibtisch. Relativ ruhige Straße, da keine Hauptstraße. Je höher das Zimmer, desto weniger zu hören (und mehr zu sehen). Klimaanlage leicht zu bedienen und auch ganz abstellbar. Frühstück war top, viel Auswahl und superlecker mit der Möglichkeit noch ein Gericht nach Karte (z.b. Bruschetta mit Lachs oder Pancakes) extra zu bestellen. Aber nur eines pro Person. Darauf muss leider hingewiesen werden, weil sich manche Gäste aufführen, viele Teller gleichzeitig voll laden und nicht aufessen... wie die letzten...) Der Inhouse Waschsalon war auch praktisch. Alles sehr sauber. Nähe zur Marina perfekt, um die Ecke Careem Bike Station. Einige Supermärkte ebenfalls in Laufnähe. Wir sind auch mehrfach zur Marina Mall spaziert (ca. 2 km einfach). Die Shuttles haben wir nicht genutzt (funktionieren nach dem System First Come, First Serve nach einem ausgehängten Fahrplan). Sind mit der Metro & Taxi angereist. Zurück sind wir sogar mit den Koffern zur Metro gelaufen (Abends war es nicht mehr so heiß). Es sind ca. 600 Meter bis zur DMCC Station.

This hotel was in a very good location. It was modern and clean. My room was comfortable. Both of us thought the pillows on the bed were a little too firm. We paid for early check in pre-arrival but when we got there it wasn’t available. We arrived at 10:30 AM and we’re not able to get into our room until 1:30 PM. One day two we tried to order breakfast à la carte and we’re told that we had to pay the buffet price regardless. That didn’t seem to make sense. We had dinner one night and were able to order à la carte. I would stay there again but would buy the included meal plan next time.

Loved the hotel its in a good location, has all the amenities you need. Clean, modern, I've never been to a hotel where it smelt so good all the time. I would love to know what they use. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The extra space to relax in, the games room, pool all are very good. The room in itself for 2 adults and a teenager was a bit of a squeeze but it still worked as we weren't in the room that much. The only other problem i had was the sofa bed it was not so comfortable to sleep on. We made it work by putting another duvet for padding. Overall we had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel in itself was nice and clean and in a good location. I had booked it for 14 nights with it being a VIP hotel. Unfortunately at check it all went down hill. The person who was checking me in was quite rude and dismissive and would. It honour the ViP room upgrade. I travel to Dubai often and always boom a VIP hotel to take advantage of the free room upgrades. Previously having stayed at millennium group hotels they upgrade me without me having to ask. I ultimately cancelled my stay at the Rove Dubai marina due to the staff member that was checking me in and with all the messing about with the upgrade. I had to ring Wxpedia myself and then Expedia rang the Rove and they still would t honour it so I cancelled the booking and stayed next door at the First Collection hotel which I have previously stayed at and should have just booked in the first place. I was charged the city tax for the full 14 nights at Robe which I have still not received back. This may be a good hotel but due to staff unfortunate I would not recommend or stay here in the future.

This hotel started off great but we slowly realised that the service wasn’t anywhere near where it should be. Many of the staff acted like they just didn’t want to be there. It was more of a social setting for them to hang out rather than focus on the guests. The porter we had on the last day was the worst example of customer service we encountered on this 6 month trip. He wouldn’t carry any of the bags. Complained about finding a place to storing them. When we offered a (very obvious) simple solution he sat there muttering under his breath. Made us put the luggage in the storage and then had the nerve to sit there and expect a tip. We just walked off to him muttering and shaking his head. How this guy had a job in hospitality is beyond me. That aside the location isn’t too bad and the rooms and amenities are great.

If on a quick trip it is very convenient. Staff are friendly although when I requested for help with our luggages they said they will send someone. We waited for 20 minutes so my husband and I who are both in their 70’s just pulled out luggages as our taxi had been waiting. That was disappointing.

My family and I loved coming back to Rove Dubai Marina. It's a cozy, affordable, clean, and well-located hotel. The room was great, with a beautiful view of the marina. This is our second year coming to this hotel during our spring break from New York, and we will definitely come back in the future.
