We give this property a five star rating because of its location and tranquility, the welcoming and very attentive staff, our wonderful bedroom (overlooking the countryside) and bathroom with a decent shower, the quality of both dinner and breakfast, good parking and last, but by no means least, the welcome (treats, water bowl and blanket) for our Labrador! We’ll definitely be back.

Great location, loved our room, unfortunately on arrival the corridors were still littered from the previous day, and the bar was covered in dirty glasses. When we did go for pre dinner drinks, they did not have the ingredients for one cocktail and didn’t know how to make a basic martini. However the food both at dinner and breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful. I’d recommend this hotel but they could sharpen up in some areas.

The chateau is situated in a charming little village that is located in close proximity to Reims and home to a few excellent local champagne houses. Amazing staff and property. Impeccably clean. Michelin quality dining. I cannot overstate the quality of the facility and service received. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay. Only issue was there was an opened beverage in the refrigerator when we arrived. Other than that, it was perfect! Staff was welcoming. Offered to take our picture many times. Very accommodating. Was a spectacular getaway.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon in France and absolutely loved the experience, the location. It was truly idyllic. The breakfast also served the best croissants and jam. The service was A+. We were also gifted a local champagne bottle at the end of our stay. Minor comment, mainly for Americans not used to baths: be mindful as (at least our room) only had a bath. It did have a connected shower head but it was difficult to shower standing up inside the bath. Otherwise, the bathroom was huge and beautiful.
