Vi älskade hotellet. Rummet va stort och väldigt trevligt med både bord och stolar samt en soffa. Balkongen är rymlig även den där finns gott om plats både till sittplats men även egen privat bubbelpool. Personalen är för det mesta väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Serenity club va verkligen kanon, man har tillgång till 2 extra restauranger samt ett eget pool område. Maten är bra för att vara ett all-inclusive resort och vi gillade framförallt Satsu och Olios. Buffén däremot bör undvikas. Stranden är inte den bästa men poolen räcker upp för detta tyckte vi. Om ja ska hitta något negativt så är det väl möjligen läget (vi va dock nöjda) det ligger en bit från stan och lite närmare flygplatsen. Det går inte att gå till andra restauranger eller affärer utan då blir det taxi som gäller.

Haven Riviera Cancun is a beautiful, well-maintained resort with spacious, comfortable, and very clean accommodations. The pools are large, with plenty of lounge chairs and attentive poolside service. The restaurants are generally good, especially the Japanese and Mexican ones. The Italian and Mediterranean restaurants were just average. The drinks, however, were disappointing and inconsistent, depending on the bartender. Most fruity cocktails were made with artificial-tasting, overly sweetened fruit purées instead of fresh fruit, which is surprising for a tropical destination like Mexico. That said, a special shout-out to Colunga, our favorite bartender, who made our experience much better! Our biggest complaint was the constant noise. Loud music plays throughout the resort from morning until evening, and some guests bring their own speakers, especially around the circular pool bar. This makes it difficult to find a peaceful place to relax. Overall, Haven is a beautiful resort with great amenities, but the drink quality and excessive noise take away from the relaxing experience we expected. Great for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere, but not ideal for anyone seeking peace and quiet.

My husband & I went for a quick anniversary getaway. Haven matched us perfectly. We’re in our mid 30s & wanted something fun & romantic..not spring break, or full of retirement folks. I’d say the age ranged from mid 20s to 60s, yet mainly mid 30s to 50s. Honeymooners, yet no spring breakers. Ladies could wear cheeky/thongs sexy swimsuit yet classy. Everybody did their own thing. The quiet pool was romantic & relaxing while the main pool had great drinks & music. Plenty of space for privacy, swimming or new friends to visit with. Rooms were wonderful clean, and great (not watered down drinks) food was mediocre, but for the price, I’d say Haven was a steel of a deal! Cafe was delicious with great treats throughout the day. The gym had a small selection, but the view in there was amazing & doable to get your workout done. We stayed for 4 nights & paid less than 2nights + meals in Nashville! I’d say the only downfall was at night..not much to do, club was a little lame & outdated. But, if the weathers nice, the pools are open 24/7 with 24/7 room service do those late night snacks! We definitely recommend it & plan on going back asap!
