Extremely well appointed, spacious, comfortable apartment with well equipped full kitchen, with washer-dryer. Handy to central station, shops, eateries and main attractions. Self check-in worked smoothly. Quiet and private.

The apartment had everything we needed for several days. The concierge staff were amazing and helped us with anything we needed. They only have about 10 parking spots underground so be sure to reserve if you want one...the price is extra but good to keep the car close, if you have one.

There was nothing I could criticize. It was my first time in Hamburg, and I chose this place based on the reviews. We stayed for three nights with two children, and the location was perfect. If you make a list of places to see in Hamburg, you can walk from here to every place in the top 10. The train station and subways are only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The room was very clean. The furnishings and amenities were spotless. The person who greeted us at the entrance (I forgot his name) had excellent communication skills and was very warm and sincere. The other hotel staff were also very polite. Three nights in Hamburg isn't enough time to see everything, so we're thinking of coming back, and I can already say for sure that we'll stay here again.

Twin beds joined to make a double were incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. One had a plastic mattress protector! Pillow mass was virtually non-existent making for an appalling night's sleep
