The room is not soundproof. I can hear the next door talking and the room before me, awful !!!!!! The guy in the front desk is not helpful. I had 3 luggage and did not try to help me or suggest that I could use a cart. The breakfast was basic.

Could not switch between AC and heat in the room. It had to be switched at the desk. The phone in the room did not work. So I had to go to the desk to have it switched. The room was not cleaned on Friday. The parking lot is chewed up with potholes and broken concrete. I’ll never use this hotel again.

My room 215 the heating cooling units are not working. The staffs don’t know much about airport shuttle, they told me shuttle will pick up at airport terminal 5 every 40 minutes. They didn’t tell me the service will end at 10:30pm. I had to take the taxi to the hotel.
