We chose this hotel because right in the car park it has Tesla superchargers - so for us, very convenient! Smaller rooms, but very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient for Mont St Michel and also they have bikes for ease of getting there if you don't want to use your car. Only negative, breakfast area was very small for the size of the hotel.

Personnel aimable malgré la saturation de l'hôtel. Pas de bouilloire en chambre. La salle de bain n'a pas de bac car le sol est en pente avec un rideau. Le tapis est rapidement mouillé. Positv: Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett ist super bequem. Und das Grill-Restaurant ist spitze. Günstige Preise und absolut köstlich - darum war es wahrscheinlich auch immer voll (Reservierung ist zu empfehlen). Auch am Frühstück gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Neutral: Ich hatte ein E-Velo gemietet. Hat super Spass gemacht am morgen früh die ca. 10 Kilometer zum Le Mont-Saint-Michel zu fahren. Allerdings könnte das Fahrrad in einem besseren zustand sein. Ich hoffe sie haben es reparieren lassen. Negativ: Zum Hotel kommt man nur mit einem Auto oder einem ca. 1 Stündigen Fussmarsch über Strassen und Felder vom Bahnhof Ponterson - es gibt keinen Bus und öffentlichen Taxistand. Das Hotel kann aber auf Wunsch ein Taxi organisieren. Fazit: Obwohl es am Hotel eigentlich nichts auszusetzen gibt, würde ich nächstes Mal ein Hotel beim Kloster Le Mont-Saint-Michel buchen. Ist dann allerdings bestimmt viel touristischer und teurer aber einfach viel einfacher - sofern man kein Auto hat. Wenn du aber mobil bist, dann gehe ohne Bedenken ins Ibis!

The first 'shock' was that there was no hand towels to be found. It's manageable, but the second shock came when I stepped into a used condom. All dried up and it was unthinkable. The worst thing was that we arrived at about 2.30pm and the receptionist told us that our room is not ready, which means they are cleaning it!!! 55 countries later, it was the FIRST and hopefully last time I have ever come across such horror.

It really feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere. The worst part was another building being built right in front, which made mornings pretty noisy. Wish the location and noise had been better.

Llegamos de noche en viaje familiar para visitar la zona (Mont Saint Michel y Normandía) con estadía de dos noches en habitacion triple y no tenían lista la tercera cama. Cuando pedimos que se hiciera la tercera cama nos dijeron que era política del hotel que los pasajeros hicieran dicha cama y que a esa hora no había nadie disponible para hacerla (nada más que hacer, ni en hoteles básicos pasa eso). El diseño de la habitación está mal conceptualizado. Dormitorio pequeño (ahorrar espacio) donde si tienes tercera cama abierta no puedes acceder al armario (bloquea el acceso) el baño no tiene extractor por lo que los olores del baño inundan el dormitorio (tu dormitorio se transforma en el baño literalmente) y para ahorrar espacio no incorpora un lugar de trabajo como ser un pequeño escritorio donde poder resolver los asuntos de trabajo en la tranquilidad de tu cuarto. Todo está pensado para minimizar y ahorrar espacio arquitectónico; el baño tiene una disposición diagonal que mas parece baño de autocaravana donde todo está organizado a lo justo. La ubicación está en medio del campo sin opción de salir a pie a ninguna parte (comprar lo que sea se debe hacer en automóvil). Es un hotel de carretera que sirve para visitar la zona en coche (esa parece ser la idea original de este hotel) pero no es del standar habitual de un hotel de cadena Ibis línea roja y la calidad del servicio es poco diligente (no solucionaron solicitudes simples). Recomiendo buscar otra opción por el precio.

The restaurant service was awful. They got our order incorrect. Even after sending it back 2 times our meat wasn’t cooked thoroughly and it made us sick. There was not much that they did to compensate for the situation. Do not recommend eating here, but it’s a good place to stay if you need a quick night’s rest.

Key cards to the rooms were not working. Staff had to keep accompanying guests to their rooms each time they needed to get back in. The breakfast area had an influx of flies which were constantly sitting on the food which was laid out. No staff members made any attempt to cover the food. The scrambled egg offering was revolting and clearly made with powdered egg. Eggs were available for guests to boil, so why they scramble up dried egg is beyond me!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Frühstück war super und auch das Abendessen im angrenzenden Restaurant war sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind auf das nötigste beschränkt und recht klein aber es war alles da was man so braucht. Die Kollegen an der Rezeption sprechen super Englisch, was in Frankreich nicht selbstverständlich ist. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Propre et bon accueil cordial, Mais gestion du petit déjeuner un peu limite. Il y a de tout et c’est plutôt bon sans plus. La responsable ou la personne qui semble être en charge ne parle pas anglais ou fait très peu d’effort, elle répond aux clients qui cherchent une place « Une minute! » . On dirait que c’est ouvert depuis une semaine, la dame court dans tous les sens. La disposition des tables du buffet rend difficile la circulation des clients et aussi du personnel. L’agencement est a parfaire. Une seconde machine à café est à disposition mais pas d’écriteau pour le mentionner.

Solo ponen 2 toallas de baño. Te duchas y al dia siguiente te lavas la cara con la misma. Camas individuales son muy estrechas con lo grande que es la habitación. El desayuno nos lo cobraron a parte y les “costaba”reponer embutido, huevo revuelto, etc Poco surtido de panes. Yogures a granel metidos en vasos sin protección. Botes con azucares mezclados en las mesas, para buscar uno debes meter los dedos dentro.
