Fantastic hotel, great location. Plenty of towels, hot shower, cold A/C. Convenient for pick up/drop off via Grab. Walking distance to many eateries and landmarks. Was in town for a wedding with the reception at the Sheraton and opted to stay here based on location and price and I believe we got better value. The on-site breakfast was convenient for one of our busier days but otherwise not great value (quality v cost v available street options). Had a great chat with a gentleman in the elevator who turned out to be the owner - just super friendly and wanted to know how we were enjoying our time in town. Would stay here again next we are in town.

The 4 persons room with shower head not working. Only hand held shower head with hose provided not very pleasant. Informed the front receptionist and ignored clients request. We want to pay cash at the receptionist said no. When we come back the 2nd stay, the receptionist wants us to pay cash. Not consistent. The hotel could have done better truthfully.

Great location, staff were helpful and had good customer service. Soundproofing was a not very good though with music coming from the opposite side pub. Overall, still good

Boutique hotel, with well-appointed, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms with ensuite bathroom. Good bed and bath linen. Great location in convenient, safe and interesting surrounds. Good service : professional and warm, yet unobtrusive.
