The house is located on a quiet and sunny site with cross-country skiing runs and hiking trails nearby. The sports centre Mulets is reachable within 5 minutes by foot, where you can preform curling, ice-skating, ice hockey, tennis, weight lifting and cardio training, sailing, and surfing. The sport centrum has a restaurant and camping facilities. The cable way Corvatsch, in winter a skiing mountain and starting point for many hikes in summer, is in the neighbouring village Surlej. During the season, buses run every half hour in any direction. A huge variety of winter and summer sports can be practised in St. Moritz, 5 km away.
