This hotel is in full construction mode. Scaffolding all over the court yard and jack hammers and loud bangs of sledgehammers. There was no indication of this going on and the price did not reflect this inconvenience at all. When we asked about why were not informed about this we were told that they also were unaware of this happening. Which is obviously not true. The scaffolding alone would be a big job. The pool was a pile of broken concrete. The water was shut off twice and once was in the morning in the middle of trying to shower. We had to complain extensively to only be compensated by one night. Then we had to pack up and move to they’re other hotel which was a much smaller room since I originally paid for a premium room with a balcony etc and we didn’t get that in the next hotel. Also lost water in the new hotel as well. I would never recommend this hotel or the hotel tres which is the second one.

Tolles Hotel, mitten im Zentrum von Palma. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Große und sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick auf die Altstadt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt.

Wonderful room, comfortable beds and pillow, powerful shower. Clean throughout. Great roof terrace. Situated just off main thoroughfare full of shops, bars and restaurants but amazingly calm and peaceful. Loved everything about it except that the bikes were not available for guest use (being repaired) whilst we were there. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for Palma & the old town, on a quiet side street just a minutes walk from everything you need. Rooms very clean and modern. Shame that the roof terrace wasn’t open (apparently under renovation), or communicated on booking, I’m sure it will be wonderful once complete.

The hotel was a lovely old convent that is up a quiet alley just off the main area. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast offered lots of choice and there is an outside courtyard that has tables, couches, heaters and a staff that caters to you. The room was very clean and really quiet. We were on the third/top floor and there is an open deck on the roof that was not available in March. We really enjoyed everything about this property. When we left, there was a bag with breakfast for us.

The reception to the hotel was very pleasant and situation very good. However, the room was tired, dirty, flaky paint, ill fitting doors, mould in the bathroom and small. This is more 2 star. Raising concerns with the staff they said there was nothing they could do and there was no manager present. Dreadful experience. Poor breakfast. UHT milk. Limited choice as they ran out of pastries and said once they are gone there is no more!

Great location , enabling you to walk easily to key locations. Lots of beautiful cafes and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed breakfast. Staff friendly and efficient. What I liked least, was some chair fabrics such as in reception area were grubby. On arrival to room there was a smell of sweat. The shower grouting needs a deep clean. This did not impact on our overall stay.

Städningen okej men inte topp. Låg lite skräp kvar på golvet flera dagar i rad, duschavloppet helt stopp tills vi sa till, fick torka hela golvet flera gånger. Jobbigt + då syns att det inte var helt städat. Personalen i receptionen (hela dygnet) och köket mycket hjälpsamma och vänliga!

Lovely quaint boutique hotel. Clean modern rooms with a working AC. Variety of breakfast options which we constantly being replenished by staff. In the heart of old town with shops and restaurants all in walking distance. Bus stops also nearby which makes it very convenient base to explore.

An excellent location for exploring the city, close to sightseeing spots! The hotel was very nicely decorated. The terrace on the top floor was fab - beautiful views and nice to spend a bit of time. The staff were all really friendly and great service. The room was modern and nicely decorated. The only minor issue was the bathroom would completely flood when showering - we were in the accessible room so there was no edge on the shower - the shower curtain did not stop the water spreading and the entire bathroom floor was covered. The breakfast had a great selection and was tasty.

We arrived on Friday 28th April 23 - staff were amazing. However on Saturday we advised one member of staff that our shower was flooding and water may seep into the bedroom and it needed attending to. When we went back to our room on Saturday we assumed all was fixed. However when we had a shower on Sunday morning the whole bathroom was full of water. I asked to speak to manager on Sunday evening and was advised they will be back in on Monday. Having spoken to the manager on Monday, all she could offer me was 20 Euro refund or change to a different room. However I was quite disappointed with the level of professionalism as would have expected a better compensation. I refused the change of room as would have expected this to have been offered on Saturday as I said to the Manager "no point moving for one night" as we check out on Tuesday Am. We feel this has ruined our Stay! Would've have expected a better level of service for a highly rated hotel.

The hotel is in a prime location. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast is decent, but it's the same thing every day. It gets boring if you're staying there for five nights like we did. Our hotel room was clean, but the setup was very inconvenient: a tiny little sink right next to the exit door, no sink in the bathroom, and barely any table space to place your stuff.

Icon Rosetó is a lovely little boutique hotel in a converted convent, in a great, central location, just 10 mins walk from La Seu, 7 mins from Passeig Del Born and 12 mins from Plaça de España. Breakfast was lovely, and receptionists were friendly and helpful. Despite the central location, it is located in the middle of back streets, so is very peaceful and quiet. We had a room on the first floor, with a spacious terrace with loungers and a table and chairs overlooking the pretty courtyard. Loved everything about this hotel.

The hotel is good by itself it was clean and the air conditioning is superb the problem is the access to the hotel. The street access are for resident only so you can’t get there by taxi or rental car, you will have to walk with your suitcases a couple off narrow streets/alleys. The staff doesn't offer to help take your suitcases or any suitable solution so if you have any type mobility issues or just too much luggage reconsider staying here.

All staff exceptional , friendly and helpful, especially May and Angela and all the breakfast ladies, everyone we met really. All worked hard. Breakfast good and could get freshly made fried eggs and omelettes. Very close to eveything all walkable within about 20 minutes. Bus routes and hop on hop off bus stops in placa mercat 1 minute away.

Our family stayed here and they were very helpful with providing a crib for us. They helped with cabs and recommended tapas spots to us. The staff was great and the courtyard was lovely.

A lovely hotel with outstanding staff who were extremely friendly, extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I can’t recall all the names but much of our dealings were with May. Nice hotel, nice breakfast and very close to shopping and restaurants. Do yourself a favour and stay at this lovely hotel. Gracias

Icon Roseto is in the heart of the old city and close to sites, shops, restaurants and public transport. The Hop on Hop off was no maore than two minutes away from our hotel. Being on a side street, the hotel is very tranquil. The room was smaller than expected but the bathroom was large and pristine. The layout can seem confusing at first. The staff was outstanding. Nabil went above and beyond in assisting us.

The hotel itself is a lovely little boutique property and the staff were the best i have encountered in Spain. The only negative I can say is the images make it look like it is located on a nice flower lined lane, when in fact it is a scruffy back street with (harmless) homeless people sleeping every night. It felt slightly misrepresented when we first arrived.

Fräsht och rent, bra sängar och mycket trevlig personal. Ligger helt perfekt i centrum, nära till väldigt mycket. Både bra restauranger och butiker. Vi hyrde bil ett par dagar, och då fanns det ett parkeringshus bara tup 150m därifrån.

Icon Rosetó is a lovely little boutique hotel in a converted convent, in a great, central location, just 10 mins walk from La Seu, 7 mins from Passeig Del Born and 12 mins from Plaça de España. Breakfast was lovely, and receptionists were friendly and helpful. Despite the central location, it is located in the middle of back streets, so is very peaceful and quiet. We had a room on the first floor, with a spacious terrace with loungers and a table and chairs overlooking the pretty courtyard. Loved everything about this hotel.

Great location for Palma & the old town, on a quiet side street just a minutes walk from everything you need. Rooms very clean and modern. Shame that the roof terrace wasn’t open (apparently under renovation), or communicated on booking, I’m sure it will be wonderful once complete.

The hotel was a lovely old convent that is up a quiet alley just off the main area. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast offered lots of choice and there is an outside courtyard that has tables, couches, heaters and a staff that caters to you. The room was very clean and really quiet. We were on the third/top floor and there is an open deck on the roof that was not available in March. We really enjoyed everything about this property. When we left, there was a bag with breakfast for us.

Situated in a back street tucked away from the main shopping streets in one of the nicest neighbourhoods in Palma you could not ask for a better location. This was a very nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was the best that I had on my entire two week vacation and the staff was good about calling a taxi for me and even offered me some toast or juice for breakfast since we were leaving before the breakfast started that morning

The hotel is in a prime location. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast is decent, but it's the same thing every day. It gets boring if you're staying there for five nights like we did. Our hotel room was clean, but the setup was very inconvenient: a tiny little sink right next to the exit door, no sink in the bathroom, and barely any table space to place your stuff.

Pretty expensive Hotel in Palma with average quality. There are much better ones in the old town or cheaper hotels with same quality. Service is ok. The breakfast is not good for the price level. In total just average.

Room nice and spacious, clean and modern. Air conditioned rooms that actually work. Nice big shower. Second time at the hotel and as impressed as we were the first time. Marked down a star just because the bar didn’t seem to be open. Breakfast was really good. Location is excellent. Really peaceful hotel but minutes from lively areas.

It was a lovely very central, lift was out of order and the bar and restaurant shut. AC in room Very good as was the breakfast. Our room was small but shower room huge and well equipped. We would return if all advertised facilities were in force
