The room was modern and clean. Parking was secure and felt safe. The bar is well stocked with a friendly team. The reception staff are attentive and helpful. The Sauna and gym are clean but no changing room. The attendant for the gym/sauna was unnecessarily disrespectful.

O hotel fica numa área com prédios de escritórios corporativos, um pouco distante do Centro. Acho que atende bem esse público. Fiquei uma noite já na volta das férias. A proposta é ótima, quartos muito bons e completos numa atmosfera com pegada mais jovem. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. O check out é às 12hs, gostei. A noite, no restaurante dentro do hotel rola até um lounge. Café da manhã que além da variedade prima pela qualidade dos produtos. Tem uma maquininha bem legal que espreme suco de laranja na hora. Tem tudo que a gente gosta e está acostumado a comer: pães, frios, iogurte, café, ovo mexido. O único ponto a melhorar seria a academia. Poderiam colocar um espelho na parte de trás e comprar um aparelho multifuncional pra fazer costas, peito, bíceps, tríceps, etc.

Sauberkeit ok, Parkplätze in der benachbarten Hagebaumarkt Garage, mit Expedia Gold sogar kostenlos, was allerdings aktiv angemerkt werden muss. Rezeption gelangweilt und eher unmotiviert, auch da mittlerweile der Standard.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Im Haus selbst ist ein Burgerladen. Drumerherum Supermärkte. Unser Zimmer war leider nicht ganz so sauber. Es lagen noch Krümel auf den Nachttisch.

Struttura super pulita, stanza bella grande così come il bagno. Parcheggio a pagamento ma utilissimo dato che è quasi l'unico. Vicino ai mezzi pubblici che servono bene il centro. Super soddisfatti...ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Convenient location, quiet. Reasonably easy to get to central. Rooms weren't clean, smelled like cigarette. Shower was clogged when we first arrived. Informed reception in the morning but it didn't get fixed. Issue persists and flooded the toilet after shower, we were then told there wasn't any technician as it was the weekend. Luckily a cleaner came to unclog it at the end! Lack of water fountain, unable to fill from sink.. breakfast staff refused to fill up our water bottles, but filled for others. Overall not a very pleasant experience here.

The NYX in Munich was excellent. Very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a little out of the city but with an underground station close by it wasn’t difficult to travel there.

It was pretty clean most days. Sometimes they didn’t empty bathroom waste basket, clean toilet well and didn’t leave toilet paper or tissue when out. Beds were not comfortable. TV had limited channels and no ability to cast or stream. Desk people were very polite and helpful. The decor was unique. The burger restaurant was acceptable. Convenient to a regular bus route, small grocers and a couple restaurants. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Prima bereikbaar met een vlotte en levendige uitstraling. Hans im Glück restaurant is een mooie toevoeging. Helaas was de koffiemachine op de kamer defect. En de wifi op de Grundig Flatscreen TV kreeg geen verbinding met netwerk. Ook is er geen Netflix of andere filmservice beschikbaar wat voor deze atandaard toch wel vreemd is. Verder alles uitstekend in orde. U bahn prima bereikbaar te voet op 7 min. lopen.

Quiet comfortable except the bed was a bit hard for my liking. Overhead cabinet in room above the mini fridge has a sharp corner. My partner managed to bang her head on it 3 times. Bad design.

Matratzen sehr hart (=kaum Schlaf). LEDs im Zimmer (Fernseher und die der Zwischentür zum Nachbarzimmer) sehr hell (=kaum Schlaf). Sehr laute, unangenehme Musik in der Lobby und pinkes Fahrstuhllicht (= wirkt insgesamt wie in einer Bar, nicht wie ein seriöses Hotel). Personal kann teilweise kein Deutsch oder wechselt wahllos zwischen Deutsch und Englisch (= Check in und Check out anstrengend). Bad und Zimmer sind insgesamt schön.

das mit der Klimaanlage passt nicht. Weniger als 22 Grad war leider nicht drin. Wenn draussen auch nachts tropische >20 Grad sind, kann man bei 22 Grad im Zimmer nicht gut schlafen :-(

Wir sind super zufrieden gewesen und hatten einen klasse Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentrumsnah, innerhalb von 6-8min ist man direkt an der U-Bahn und somit in kürzester Zeit direkt im Zentrum. Die Verbindungen sind klasse. Ebenso gut gefallen hat uns das Parkhausabteil, wo unser Auto innerhalb des Aufenthalts sicher abgestellt werden konnte. Das Personal war stets freundlich und unsere Tochter war natürlich begeistert von der kostenlosen Candybar. Auch Hunde sind herzlich willkommen, was uns sehr wichtig war. Sollten wir erneut einen Kurztrip in München planen, so würden wir jederzeit erneut dort buchen.

The NYX in Munich was excellent. Very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was a little out of the city but with an underground station close by it wasn’t difficult to travel there.

eigentlich ein gutes Hotel, dass ich online eingecheckt hatte, hat bei Ankunft eher zur Verwirrung als zu Schnelligkeit geführt. Die Zimmer sind schön groß mit separater Toilette. Die Bettwasche ist sauber, aber irgendwie steif und die Kissen sind schon sehr dick und nicht weich. Beim Frühstück ist das Buffet zwar groß, aber die einzelnen Angebote z.T. eher leer (Wurst und Käse waren irgendwie immer nur "Restmenge" und "geplündert") und es wurde nur auf Nachfrage nachgelegt. Gleiches gilt für das Bereitstellen von Tellern. Die Aufmerksamkeit am Tisch ist auch mangelhaft. Tassen stehen z.T. nicht auf dem TIsch und auf Nachfrage kriegt man eine vom Nachbartisch, aber da wird dann auch keine neue Tasse hingestellt. Kleine Löffel gibt es schon mal per se nicht am Tisch, wenn man also den Zucker (Süßstoff gibt es nicht) in die Tasse getan hat, rührt man entweder nicht um oder mit dem Messer/Gabel um oder muss aufstehen und am Buffet nach einem Löffel suchen. Es sind eher die Summe der Kleinigkeiten, die den Service leiden lassen, aber es war durchaus ein guter Aufenthalt.

We stayed at NYX for three nights. Couldn\'t fault it. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent, so many options. The restaurant which was described as "just burgers" was really good. Loads of choice including a whole page each for vegans and vegetarians. The room was clean and stylishly decorated. The decor in the whole hotel felt very cool and trendy. A great value option for visiting Munich.

Wir waren letztes Jahr bereits in diesem Hotel und dachte, dass es eine Ausnahme sei, dass so viel schief lief. Aber diesmal war es wieder genauso. - kein Toilettenpapier - abgerissener Seifenspender lag auf dem Boden - Wasser in Dusche lief nicht ab - nur 2 Handtücher für insgesamt 3 Personen, für die gebucht war - lt. Buchung hier in Hotel war bei unserem Tarif über Hotels.com der Parkservice inkludiert. Wir mussten ca. 20 min darüber sprechen, da man dies ablehnte. Wir hätten ansonsten das Parken zusätzlich nochmals bezahlen müssen - beim Frühstück gab es kein Obst. Auf unsere Nachfrage dazu: Obst sei mittlerweile zu teuer, deshalb würde man keines mehr anbieten. Einfach nur eine Vollkctastrophe, dieses Hotel.

One downside, they have pushed two beds together, instead of it being a double bed and in the middle of the night one of the beds started drifting away, which was kind of funny, but a bit strange and not what you would expect. Staff was friendly, restaurant is fabulous, breakfast a bit average and location is OK, 14 min walk from U/S bahn or you will need to use the bus or taxi to get there. So if you are looking for something in that area which is basic, it is a good find. Otherwise if you prefer something more elevated amenities wise, it might not be a good fit for you.
