Quality Inn & Suites Near Six Flags and Medical Center

The entrance location is next to the merging of I10 exit and frontage road. You have to be careful at this merging. Lots of speeding cars here. Room is clean with decent breakfast. Unfortunately you can hear the noise from I-10.

When we arrived room was okay. Then we found out the door did not lock and all you had to do to get in is literally push it and it would open. Had to be moved to another room. The new room's door did lock but the toilet leaked water each time you flushed it. I had to constantly ask the girl from maintenance to give me new towels, and had to ask her to please take out the trash as they wouldn't do it while I was gone. Also, they did not change the sheets and blankets let alone did they do the beds. It does have a cocoroach problem. We saw at least 4 during our stay. The day before we left all power went out but I guess that wasn't the hotels fault it was the city. We did enjoy the pool and the location is very calm. Not the most terrible experience but not the greatest either. The price all in all isn't horrible. But they really should pay more attention to maintenance on the rooms.

This is definitely more motel than hotel. Overall it was clean and nice. It had basic continental breakfast. Floor was coming apart and had gaps.

Great place to stay in San Antonio. The access to the hotel is somewhat difficult only because all cars utilize that road for speeding at all times, but other that, it’s a great option to stay while visiting San Antonio

We came here from a beautiful La Quinta. My daughter was a bit concerned because the La Quinta was a beautiful hotel. The parking outside our room was a HUGE benefit. Then, we were able to stream our own streaming subscriptions. This moved Quality in into a whole new realm of stay. We stay in hotels at least 10 nights a year for Scottish Festivals. So price and convenience are important. This stay fit the bill. The floors could be a bit less dusty, but as an overall stay we will certainly be back.

It was okay for a night, for the price. The room could be a little bit cleaner, but I have seen worse. The breakfast had very few choices. I have no complains for the staff, the only thing was they did not open the side door and we had to walk all around to the front door to enter the lobby it was a good thing that it was not raining when we nedded to go to the lobby. Overall if you just want a cheap room to sleep this place would be okay.

Staff is great, but rooms are so bad. Lots of cockroaches and restroom door did not close right.

Roaches in the room as soon as we walked in. I walked right back out and went to the front desk to get my security deposit and refund. Unfortunately since I booked through a third party I couldn’t get a refund right away. Hotels.com contacted the front desk and the front desk agent couldn’t approve my refund until they spoke to a manager. I’m still waiting to hear back.

The sheets were dirty. Went to the front desk for I thought clean ones when I got to the room and open the sheet it was dirty. the fridge was leaking water

Rooms were dirty and there was cockroaches. Beds were dirty too.

The bathroom was a little dirty and I found some live cockroaches. The rug was dirty and sticky.

Bugs everywhere. Left early cause there were too many

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room needed more attention while cleaning- there were spiderwebs in the ceiling corners. There was dust and dirt in other corners. The bathtub had hair in it. And the bathroom smelled like urine.

The room and the bathroom was very dirty. Only bed sheets were changed before our stay.

The cleaning service is not good, we had first a room with a dirty nightstand (looked like vomit) and the sheets were stained. We were moved to another room that was ok, the personnel was friendly and helpful though.

Everything was perfect except for the follwing: Wall plugs next to the sink did not work Bathroom door would not close. It was very heavy and made a lot of noise when trying to close it.

Dirty room. No TV. Two hypodermic needles found in room. Drug deal happening outside in parking lot at night.

Room was alright. Bed is beyond stiff, it was basically a slab of concrete. Room had zero trash cans or trash bags. Luckily I had a an extra bag to store trash in. Staff was nice though

Clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Remote wouldn’t work with tv. Toilet clogged after first use, but there was a plunger in the bathroom. No problems after that. Breakfast selection dismal. When we got there, everything was gone.

Mattress too hard. Bathtub cracked hot water lever not working properly. Closing breakfast at 9:00 AM on a Saturday. Checked out at 11:00. Not even coffee available!!! Room coffee old and cheap.

The rooms were good, clean comfortable beds. Management at desk was friendly and provided great service. Cleaning personnel did a great job maintaining cleanliness in rooms. Showers/ tub and toilet are dated but funcional. Breakfast did not have a variety; only two cold cereal and waffles,coffee, orange and apple juice. Had a small fridge but limited to only a couple (2-4) yogurts, no toast, no pastries or bagel. They could do much better in that area.

Excellent Great stay! clean room, great staff

Room seems newly painted. Bathroom was ok. A little unclean and the water only gets lukewarm. The bedding had a musky smell to it but can be ignored. Service is great. Check in was quick and easy.

Rude staff. They charged my card twice and refused to give me a refund

Was awful. Right after I checked in staff was videoing my sister as she brought her bags into the room. Then when we were eating dinner with some friends the office called and told me that I'm not allowed to have anyone in my room and only 2 people were allowed to stay the night. I had to take someone home so I left my sister and her husband at the hotel and I left. The next morning I'm woken up around 8am to a phone call asking how far I am from the hotel because the manager called the police on my sister and told her it's because she is not disabled but I had booked a handicap accessible room because I am a disabled veteran as is her husband. When I showed up and talked to the front desk, after the rest of my stay had been canceled, I talked to the manager and found out that he was upset because at midnight an elderly couple wanted to book a room and the husband was in a wheelchair. He said that we took the only room that they have available for people in wheelchairs. He kept saying that I wasn't disabled because I can walk around even though they scanned my military id when I checked in. So they caused us all the stress not just that morning but from the second we got there and checked in. Then cancelled the rest of our stay, didn't give us any extra time to pack our belongings, and refused to give us a full refund for causing us an inconvenience and unnecessary amount of stress. Completely unsatisfied with the few hours I was even on the property

It was a simple little place. It was quiet and going places was convenient bc everything we wanted to do wasn’t too far. I would have liked if the bed was more center of the wall and if there was carpet. And if the breakfast had more options, I was very disappointed in the choices for breakfast.

First and foremost Friendly staff and great location in regards to Fiesta TX!!! Bed was comfy and pillows extra soft! Breakfast choices very minimal (waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit and coffee/juices) that ends promptly at 9am. Now the other side :/ room had a lingering odor, I bought air freshener. I had cleaning issues first night but hotel staff took care of it ASAP. I also did have to battle little critters, I probably killed about 4-5 small roaches :/ Also no safety latches on doors.

This hotel has a great room and also very awesome to be near all the attractions

The breakfast was disgusting. The orange juice tasted like mold. I couldn't stop gagging. The bread was stale and we only showed up an hour after breakfast started. This was the only issue. Everything else was satisfactory.

They offer Breakfast and I ask what type of breakfast and they mentioned that they serve potato and egg so I decided to stay.. next day in the morning the breakfast was sliced bread, butter, coffee, cereal but no potato and eggs or eggs at all .. like if kids are going to drink coffee because the juice machine was out of order for a month plus according to other people staying at the hotel.. 3 nights and breakfast was getting worse lacking yogurt, bread or the mix for the waffles .. hotels.com should follow up with the hotels rather than just collecting their fee for advertising a bad hotel

This property is fantastic! The staff members were all friendly and made us feel really comfortable. Breakfast options were varied and included items such as cereal, milk, juice, waffles, bread, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. I will be returning on future trips.

The breakfast was a total failure! Not much to pick from. The hot food that was served was from frozen food! 😞 will not be going back.

Breakfast was terrible, juice machine was out of service, waffles & cereal were the only thing offered. As it kept on raining we kept on getting more insects in our room.
