I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly, the lobby is very nice as well. For the most part the room was good, it was just very moist and I’m assuming it’s beacuse of the area not because anything the hotel has done. I also enjoyed the hotel gym as well.

I was pleasantly surprised by how stylish and comfortable this hotel was. The design felt modern and clean, and everything in the room looked recently updated. The bed was incredibly cozy and I slept very well each night. The front desk team was super friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Only slight drawback was that parking was limited and I had to park a bit farther than I wanted. But overall, I’d definitely return and recommend it to friends.

I loved the convenience of checking in online and being texted when my room was ready. The room is pretty big which was a nice surprise. There was only one working elevator, but it’s only 4 floors so it wasn’t too bad. If I didn’t have physical limitations I would have taken the stairs.

The ironing board was broken. Water pressure was so low! Could not flush toilet at night. Washing hands would take a long time bc the water pressure was low. Lights had issues. And the carpet was filthy and the room had a terrible smell.

Upon entering our room, it smelled of pet odor. I know this is a pet friendly hotel, but the smell was very off putting for someone who doesn’t own a dog. Also in the morning, my toddler discovered a roach on the bathroom floor.

Only one elevator was working, and the one that was working smelled bad,. Room was okay ( great AC ), shower was dirty, one of the shades didn't close all the way down. When we contacted the lobby for help, they said they didn't have any staff available to assist.

Strange set up. Didn’t like the bathroom/closet/coffee/kitchen area. Beds/pillows weren’t very comfortable. And electrical was wired strange. You would flick a switch in the bathroom and all the lights go off in the bedroom area and vice versa. We did like the shower and products.

Ask for an even-numbered room. At 11pm the club next door starts partying and it’s impossible to sleep. I had to change rooms at midnight and I was NOT happy especially because I needed to wake up at 5 to get my mom to the hospital for her surgery.

Too small. Awkward layout in bathroom. Fridge, bathroom door broken sliding out of place, lots shower water on bathroom floor after showering, no trashcan in restroom area, noise level from a club across the street was extremely loud, dogs in the other room barking. I didn’t even stay the second night I booked. It wasn’t pleasant to be there.

This property should not be considered a "romantic" place. It has a bar for a happy hour, not sure if that is what was meant. The room we had was nothing special. The one thing I that hated was the way the lighting was set up. You could not turn on the lights in the bathroom area without having the all the lights on. That made it very inconvenient and caused my wife and I to wake each other up because of it. The frontdesk staff were always friendly and very professional.

Staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Lobby is very trendy. Coffee is available and water bottles too. Rooms are small, but clean. AC was nice and cold. We got a king bed, very comfortable and linen was nice. Dog friendly too! Poo was also relaxing. Shout out to Anita and staff.

I needed to book a mobility accessible room at the last minute, due to the terrible experience I had at another hotel. Staff were immediately helpful and available, and able to provide a room with two beds and a working heater. This was my 5th time staying with them - Will definitely remember to always stay with them in the future!

I received nothing advertised on the site. I feel like I was click baited from the pictures. Room, filthy. Service, unprofessional. I arrived in town after midnight the overnight desk clerk seemed to know nothing and acted as though it was a bother for extra linen. Thank goodness, I was only sleeping there and spent most of the day at the beach.

We normally love to stay at Alofts whenever we can but this was the worst one we’ve been too. Our room was dirty, tile in bathroom was broken, paint was sloppy, shower not clean. Our room faced the front of the property and was directly across the street from a night club called The Social which played their extremely loud music until 2 a.m. on top of that at night there was barely any parking and the side doors didn’t work with key fob so you had to walk all the way around to the front. One of the elevators was broken and the bartenders they have were unprofessional and vulgar.

The hotel was nice! We were on the bar/ club side so it was noisy! The room had a few issues. No USB port! Only plugs. Shower floor leaked. Bath mats were always soaking wet way after shower was off! Door was very hard to close. You had to slam it shut!

Front desk off the bat was amazing. Ease of check in and check out was great. Only thing I didn’t research or realize was the noise pollution in the area. Across the street from a few bars so there is a lot of music, people coming and going loudly and speeding off. Beyond the hotel’s control of course.

Had a great time barely there except for night time but it was clean comfortable the air conditioner kept room nice and cold I lived that it had a area to buy breakfast and snacks the only tiny thing was the TV it kept glitching a little bit but still watchable but regardless great experience great staff

No hot water. Toilet didn’t flush. Did not mind folks partying at pool til 12am, I get it, it’s a Friday night, but I paid $200 for this, one night. No refund, no acknowledgement. The room was moist. Woman behind bar (didn’t grab her name) is incredible.

2am bars close and a mob of drunk idiots are screaming, fighting, stumbling to their vehicles, revving engines and then racing one another in their muffler bearing sports cars. This went on for an hour and a half. I was here for work and this ruined me! Unfortunately won’t ever stay here again and I plan on being in Corpus Christi regularly for work. And you have to pay for fruit in the morning - really?

This place has been by far one of my favorites. It is very modernized indoor and outdoor. The customer service was on point from the front desk clerk to Rob the bartender he made me a White Russian a Paloma and an old fashioned they were all on point and some. Rooms very clean Beds very comfortable. I definitely will be back. Love love love this place

I selected this one thinking they had a place for food in it, it did not have anything really to offer, unless you wanted chips and salsa. The noise on the third floor was pretty bad, between people walking sounds to the outside music from the bar across the street to the cars from the freeway. Very noisy. But the bed, pillows and room were nice, clean and comfy.
