Third time I stayed and it never disappoints! It’s easy to meet people in the evening at the free beer for an our, and the beds are nice and comfortable. Next time I’m coming back to Tokyo I’ll be staying here again for sure!

Great location. Common area is relaxing and has a kitchen and free beer 5:30-6:30pm. Pods are roomy, private and comfortable. Clean washrooms and showers. There's a smoking balcony too.

Good experience for a capsule style hotel. Was fun to try and the bed was comfortable. Showers and restrooms were good quality and kept clean. Main issue is the single elevator. Getting up and down would often take more than 5 min at a time, and it was always crowded. Overall, pretty good considering the nature of the hotel and the price.

The hotel staff are so welcoming, accomodating, and friendly ! They speak fluent english, and flexibility and advice are great! I had to extend my trip an extra 2 nights due to unfortunate circumstances, and they were happy to assist with my changes. The free beer hour is nice ! This is a perfect hotel for anyone traveling through tokyo. The pods are very spacious, wifi is fast and reliable, and it is located nicely where walking is easily accessible to see local hotspots. 100/10

Wow, best "hostel" I\'ve ever been to. For a shared sleeping area this is by far the nicest I\'ve ever been to. Coworking downstairs, 24hr common area, free beer and snacks, very clean, quiet, and safe.

Great for solo travellers. Right in the heart of Shibuya, a short walk from the station. The location can’t be beat. Comfy bed with enough space for my belongings. Could do with an additional lift in the building to cater to all guests, I found I was waiting a while to enter/ exit.

Super quiet but earplugs are provided. Wake up alarm turns the light on and raises the backrest so you’re not disturbing others in nearby pods.

I arrived very late after a delayed flight into Narita and barely made the 1am check in cut-off. The staff were efficient and friendly, making the process quick and stress-free. The pod was clean, modern, and comfortable with adjustable bed and lighting. Bathrooms and showers were spotless and stocked with essentials. The lounge was inviting and well maintained. The location is excellent, just minutes from Shibuya Crossing, and overall the stay was comfortable and convenient.

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in in my life. Very friendly people (staff and other guests). Great lowkey socialising in the evening. I would definitely come again. If the screen doors you pull down to close the entrance to the room could be made more soundproof it would be a perfect experience. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome to Japan!

It was very clean and well maintained. The pods are closed off by a screen door and they tend to be louder than not to use which made me feel bad when trying to get in and out of it during quiet hours. It also is a make or break based on the people who are staying there. Some were loud or came in drunk which made it harder to stay asleep. However, overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was great!

I ended up extending my stay in Japan an extra night somewhat last minute, so I thought it was the perfect opportunity to try out a capsule hotel. This one makes me wish I was staying at it longer. The staff were fantastic and helpful, and the location was perfect. I got a great night of sleep without any issues. I originally was supposed to be on the mixed gender floor, but they let me know they ended up with an extra capsule on the female only floor, so I was glad to switch. The reclining bed was awesome, and the pod was comfy. It was really cool to be able to hang out in the lounge where you could interact with others staying there or just do your own thing. I’ll definitely be back when I come back to Tokyo next year.

Capsule hotel is cool, but don’t expect much. The customer service isn’t there. I had a couple of issues during my stay. I lost my device resulting in checking out late by 20 mins and was charged… although the front desk knew my situation.

The staff was amazing as they helped me beyond before any registration. The taller lady that seem German helped me so much as well as the Japanese girl (forgot their names) with calling my bank when I had no working phone! Love it here as always!

I was pretty excited for this stay. I arrived around 11pm and was given a my pod and access card. When I approached the pod, I noticed someone was already sleeping in it. Okay, it's late, mistakes happen. I went back to the front desk to have them sort it out. They assigned me a new pod and believe it or not, it happened AGAIN. Aside from those hiccups, the facility was very nice and clean. Perfect for solo traveling social butterflies on a budget who wants to stay in the lively Shibuya neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and could be moved into a sofa form to allow for a little more standing room in your pod. There were a little space to store your your luggage. The showers were nice, private little units . Amenities such as toothbrush, hairbrush, shampoo, conditioners, slippers, and hair dryer were provided.

Great place to stay the night with nice staff and good bed. Appreciate them allowing to leave bags after checkout for some time so I could still explore Tokyo for the day without having to lug my bags to a locker to store them!

The Millennials Shibuya location is great. An easy walk from the the Shibuya station, lots of food, entertainment and shopping options close by. The staff was friendly as were the guests. There was a bit of noise as people went to sleep and woke up at different times, but everyone was respectful and it wasn't disruptive.
The Millennials Shibuya location is great. An easy walk from the the Shibuya station, lots of food, entertainment and shopping options close by. The staff was friendly as were the guests. There was a bit of noise as people went to sleep and woke up at different times, but everyone was respectful and it wasn't disruptive.

Greta stay here! Location is pretty good as well! The free happy hour is awesome as it gives you a chance to connect with others. Not too far from the Shibuya Station as well.

I arrived very late after a delayed flight into Narita and barely made the 1am check in cut-off. The staff were efficient and friendly, making the process quick and stress-free. The pod was clean, modern, and comfortable with adjustable bed and lighting. Bathrooms and showers were spotless and stocked with essentials. The lounge was inviting and well maintained. The location is excellent, just minutes from Shibuya Crossing, and overall the stay was comfortable and convenient.

Awesome experience and awesome location! Just over a five minute walk from Shibuya station. In the center of everything yet very quiet, I would for sure stay again based on location alone. The pod was cozy, there was a fan which was a nice touch. As a 5’10 woman I had plenty of space for it being a capsule. It was super clean and staff was very kind. I recommend this to anyone visiting tokyo.

Third time I stayed and it never disappoints! It’s easy to meet people in the evening at the free beer for an our, and the beds are nice and comfortable. Next time I’m coming back to Tokyo I’ll be staying here again for sure!

Great location. Common area is relaxing and has a kitchen and free beer 5:30-6:30pm. Pods are roomy, private and comfortable. Clean washrooms and showers. There's a smoking balcony too.

I booked this place very last minute, even though I already had a hotel, just because I wanted to experience that "capsule" hotel once in my lifetime. However, I think this take on it was too modernized for the experience I was looking for, but I already knew that going into it. I wanted more of a traditional capsule hotel, but it's just that I couldn't find one anymore since I booked so last minute. I booked this place at like 8:30pm & walked there from my hotel & was able to check-in, get to my spot right away. It's in a great area, very walkable to all of the Shibuya action. The beds were comfortable & I love the alarm feature, instead of making alarm noises, it'll just raise your bed up to the couch position. The capsule is very spacious. The lobby lounge was very nice. It's very hip, alone with the music they play. Great place for young crowds. Breakfast was not that great compared to all the other Japan hotels I had during this trip, it was an extra $5. Overall, I paid like $61 for the stay. If you're looking for a modern take on Japan's capsule hotels, this place is great for you.

Wow, best "hostel" I\'ve ever been to. For a shared sleeping area this is by far the nicest I\'ve ever been to. Coworking downstairs, 24hr common area, free beer and snacks, very clean, quiet, and safe.
