Nice hotel but the gym’s aircon doesn’t work, it was about 35c in it, when i asked the spa receptionist about it, she was dismissive and annoyed because i interrupted her watching tik tocks

The gym, the spa, the sauna and steamroom, the water refill station on every floor including for sparking water, and the spacious lobby with great modern decor, good bar, good food and very decent coffee (not a given in many places!)

Pool was cold. During the winter it would be nice to hat a warm pool. Bed was stiff and hard to sleep on medium to hard should be in every hotel. Stayed at the hotel next door and had a comfortable bed but they did not have the luxury amenities. Other then the pool and bed the hotel was very nice.

This is a lovely hotel. Room was large. Air conditioner worked well. Easy to catch uber right outide to go into town. The pool was very clean and refreshing. Highly recommend this hotel if you have an early morning flight. We will definitely stay here again.

Está enfrente del cruce peatonal de la zona de llegadas. La alberca está increíble para relajarse un rato y estando así de cerca de la terminal, se puede tomar el tren al centro fácilmente. Además el desayuno empieza 5 am y todo está delicioso, son muy amables y dejan en la habitación una garrafa para llenar con agua natural o gasificada.

A very convenient overnight stay to catch a flight next morning. You can't ask for better location. Just across the street from the Chopin Airport terminal. Wonderful staff, comfortable beds and very clean. We stayed at this hotel many times in the past and will definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed at the Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel many times, and it never disappoints. The staff are always welcoming and professional, the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a good night’s rest. The breakfast is absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. On top of that, the location couldn’t be more convenient—just steps away from the terminal, which makes catching an early morning flight out of Warsaw stress-free. Highly recommend, and we already looking forward to our stay!

I was charged 50 USD for checkin at mid-day. For an airport hotel this is ridiculous. The washroom was dirty and there was pubic hair on the toilet seat. Desk surfaces was full of dust. I asked for someone to come take tye food tray away after dinner. No one ever showed up despite calling. At breakfast I had to ask for tea several times and at the end it was never provided. For the cost and considering that this is an airport hotel one would expect better service.

Didn't appreciate the glass walls the bathrooms are made of because if one person turns the lights on during the night to use the bathroom it lights up the whole bedroom and wakes up everyone. The glass walls also don't give privacy while taking a shower.

My recent stay at the Hotel Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel was exactly what I needed for a smooth and comfortable trip. The location is the first major win, as you can't get more convenient for Chopin Airport. The proximity took all the stress out of making an afternoon flight. The efficiency continued with the front desk; check-in was quick, and check-out was even faster. Furthermore, the staff at the reception were quite accommodating and allowed us a late check-out, giving us an extra hour to prepare for our journey - a really appreciated gesture. The room was thoughtfully equipped for both work and relaxation. A standout feature was the separate HDMI port at the desk. The shower was excellent, with decent water pressure. Breakfast offered a good and varied choice of food to start the day right. My only minor, personal wish would have been to see avocados on the spread, but that's a small note in an otherwise good offering. Bottom line: If you need a reliable, comfortable, and strategically located hotel at Warsaw's main airport, the Renaissance delivers. I would definitely stay here again

The rooms are poorly designed. The light switching is idiosyncratic. The room lights turned out to be beside the bed. There are multiple unlighted switches so if you want to turn on only say the reading lamp you have to memorize the location of the switch. But in the dark you can't see the touchpad anyway. So you have to just start poking at it. The bathroom door is too wide and clumsy, blocking of half the room when open. There is a partial shower closure that is about 10cm too short. It is impossible to shower without getting the for wet. The handle on the spray handle won't start in place and insists on rotating towards the opening. Very little of this is fixable, it is the result of poor design. And, there is no cream in the room for coffee and the wakeup call I requested never came.

With a much regret I'm giving my stay one star. The reason: AC in my room was stuck on hot 25 Centigrade and did not respond to termostat which show 18 Celsius. The front desk person was trying to do something about it but it did not work.

The staff at the hotel is fantastic !!!!!!! If I could get 1000 stars I would! I book this hotel twice for my parents , they are elderly and don’t speak polish or English . Stuff was so nice and helpful , they were also allowed to check in early and check out late with no charge - so they dint have yo wait outside . I will definitely book it again when I travel from Warsaw airport

Front desk staff was not professional. I've booked a room for 2 nights, Sept 9 and 10, with checkout on Seot 11, and was late getting to Warsaw. When i arrived in the morning if September 10, i was told my room was occupied and i have to wait to check in. Seriously, how does it happen that you pay for the stay and you cannot check in. Front desk staff was simply unprofessional. Luckily when i saw a manager walking by, i explained the situation and was checked in right away. Please train your front desk staff.

Door to room wouldn't open - had to haul my bags back down to front desk - they sent a valet up with me and he couldn't open door either - left me by elevator on the floor and went down to front desk to get a new room assignment - came back 1/2hr later with key to new room and said front desk was busy- this was very late at nite and I was exhausted!!

The gentleman that checked me in to my hotel was very rude. If my wife didn’t have a flight the next morning I would have went to a different hotel. I was not treated with the respect a paying customer deserved. I expect more from Marriot properties and especially one that claims a 5 star rating. Everything else was great.

Big problems with front desk- didn’t take credit card for incidentals then wouldn’t allow me to charge to the room. When I checked out front desk attempted to bill me a second time for a prepaid room. Had trouble reaching front desk staff on room phone on multiple occasions

Biggest plus is that it is right across the parking lot from the Warsaw airport, so no shuttle needed. But I don't recommend the restaurant - people are great and the food presentation was really nice, but the selection for breakfast was lacking. Johnnie Rockets at the airport is much better.
