Location perfect, room was big enough and bed comfortable but the lift had a terrible vibration noice so I had to change room for the next night. Gym was a joke, small and weights was for kids only should be more heavier and gym should have more equipments in this 4 star category as the hotel is. Breakfast range was limited basic, no smoothies, discount products, like in a discount hotel. The dinner I did not dare to have at the hotel, in evening lights off and no people. Summary is that the price for accommodation is not worth what you get. Over priced.

Overall, my stay was very good. The location was excellent, and despite being close to the street, the noise didn’t disturb me—even when going to bed early. The bed was comfortable, and the room’s equipment was outstanding. A nice bonus was the empty fridge, which made storing my own items easy. The air conditioning worked well throughout the stay. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. A bit more direct eye contact would have made interactions feel even warmer. I didn’t try the restaurant, so I can’t comment on the dining experience.

This hotel was perfect and felt very luxurious! Great location. Really lovely rooms. The guest laundry was so helpful and rare too! We only spent one night there and then moved down the block to a ‘fancier’ hotel. A decision I regretted. Would have gladly stayed my entire time at the Hilton Garden Inn.
