Five stars for a flawless experience. While the hotel facilities are excellent, it is the staff that makes the difference. Cristi and Alexandra provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They are the reason I will be returning to this hotel on my next trip to Bucharest/OTP.,

This is the second time we have stayed here and both times the shower door leaked, so there was water on the floor in the bathroom after we took a shower. The shower door does not fit tight. The breakfast was excellent!

Rooms are clean , some of the staff not kind but what can you do . Breakfast lovely..all you want . Staff very lovely.. the bar stuff amazing. Rooms - the second bed in 227 really seemed that is made for a dog. Hard as rock. Not comfortable at all had to ask extra blankets
