Hotel Altus Poznań Old Town - Destigo Hotels

There aren’t enough lifts - staying on the 11th floor gets very tiresome as there’s a long wait for a lift. My shower also ran out of hot water mid flow.

Good location,easy to get a tram and walk into town. We had a very good breakfast. Unfortunately one elevator didn’t work and the other one only took 3 people at a time.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit einer Einschränkung: Nur ein Lift verfügbar, der manchmal streikt, wenn mehr als 2 Personen fahren wollen, obwohl er für 400 kg ausgelegt ist.

We were treated very nicely. Check in was a breeze. Amenities were appreciated. The lobby bar was great for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

La struttura è bella, la camera era spaziosa con bagno finestrato e doccia grande. Letto comodo. La valutazione è bassa perché in ben due stanze l'aria condizionata non funzionava e c'erano 29° in stanza . Desumo che ci fossero problemi a tutto l'impianto. Le finestre si aprono per un quarto e a vasistas per cui è stato difficile addormentarsi. Per ben due volte ho segnalato ma mi è stato offerto soltanto un ventilatore. Peccato! Il parcheggio è piccolo ma conviene parcheggiare in hotel rispetto che in strada

Fatastic stuff, very good restaurant, very good food and service during brekfast. Very problematic elevators - only two, small for all flors and in the evening, both was broken down.

We loved the city so we extended our stay without any problems. We had a very specious room on the 11’ floor, with a beautiful view. We would love to come back.

Me sentí muy incómodo en esta propiedad. Desde el momento del check in, sentí cierto rechazo por parte del personal. La habitación estaba sucia y no tenía toallas de cuerpo completo. La regadera también tenía problemas.

We specifically asked for cleaning of the room every day. But they kept forgetting it! I really dislike returning to my room after a long day and the bed is not made, old coffee cups are still standing and the bathroom is unclean. What I what is to relax in my room- instead I must go down and ask for clean towels, more toilet paper etc. If I wanted to stay cheap I would have booked a Hostel. To forget this one time is acceptable- but not when it happens again. I expected to have a nice stay but instead it was full of irritation

They need to sign the entrance to the hotel better. Room was fine. Fairly basic. It did seem clean until I saw hairs in the shower that were not mine! They also need to tell guests they need to request the room be cleaned.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Altus Poznań Old Town. The room was clean, spacious, and offered an amazing view. Breakfast was very nice and served in a beautiful setting. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Eine laute Straße mit Tram vor dem Hotel. Zimmer waren eingerichtet wie früher mein Ferienlager aber sauber. Das Frühstück war besser als das Haus vermuten ließ.

Friendly staff and very clean room close to all amenities and services (restaurant, sites to visit and public transportation). Shower was lacking pressure and stability with the water temperature.

Basic and a bit outdated rooms. Not too clean. Marks on carpet. Terrible pillows. No fridge. Location is great though.

Vi bokade ett rum som hade utsikt över staden och fick ett på våning 10. Det var värt varenda krona! Hotellet är modernt och ligger promenadavstånd från allt man kan vilja se. Det finns spårvagnshållplats precis utanför. God frukost med våffeljärn så man kan göra egna våfflor.

The location was very convenient. The hotel is perfectly clean. The receptionists friendly and attentive. The service personell in the dinning room inexperienced.

The location of the hotel is great. Easy to get to and from the airport (15min drive for about £5-6 in an uber) and a short walk to the main square. The rooms were spotlessly clean as were the lobby and bar. The service was terrible. Check in was so slow it was painful. First he told me there was no booking under my name, despite the fact that one of my friends had arrived in the afternoon and checked in with no problems. I had booked and paid for 4 rooms in my name yet he decided to check the rooms in one at a time which took him about 15 minutes. We then realised he had give us the same room twice so back I went. He told me I was sharing with the person in that room. I was not. He then said there was one more room under my booking - I can only assume he couldn't be bothered to check us into that one. There were 8 people standing there for 4 twin rooms I can't think of another reason why he would think we didn't need that room yet. He then spent several minutes arguing that someone from one of the rooms hadn't signed a form. He was holding all 4 forms in his hands at this point, each had been signed by a person staying in that room. I have never had a check in be that difficult or drawn out before. The air con in one of our rooms wasn't working. We informed reception twice. It was not fixed, nor were we offered a different room. There was 34 degree heatwave the weekend we stayed.

Modern, clean, comfortable, great views. Located in a nice area waling distance between the old town and other landmarks such as the opera house. A short ride from and to the main train station on one tram.

Lovely hotel and staff in a central location with on site parking available. Currently there are many road restoration works going on so if traveling by car be aware Google may be leading you to road closures. Allow extra time to get there and preserve. Bakery opposite and chain supermarkets a few steps away.

Ottimo hotel con fermata difronte per bus/tram ed a breve distanza dal centro storico. Colazione super.

Good stay. Friendly staff, and overall the hotel is good value for money. Rooms are quiet with good view and good comfort. 3 areas for improvement: - the breakfast is overall good, but all turist hotels should serve bacon 😁 - mixers in shower are really poor, and it is hard to maintain a steady temperature - no fridge in room

Ok, hotel. Litt styr med glutenfri men kom på plass. Testet ikke restaurant da de hadde ikke glutenfri så vi gikk andre steder.

It's a lovely 3 star hotel perfectly located with amazing buffet breakfast, professional reception desk staff. Eco-friendly.
