I mistakenly booked the wrong date and the hotel could not have been more accommodating. Super helpful on the phone and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival after midnight I expected everything to be closed up - but to my surprise they had top Belgian beers on tap for that welcome drink Staff should be commended for their attitude towards guests - I wish other hotels were like this. Well Done !

Very basic. Very difficult to find. Did about £500s worth of damage to my car trying to get into car park, which was badly signposted and with no lighting. Avoid at all costs.

Correspondait exactement à notre attente. Halte d'une nuit sur notre road trip, la nuit fut réparatrice dans un confort de bonne tenue. La chambre est petite pour trois, mais nous le savions au départ. Seul point négatif, le prix du parking (10 €) auquel on ne peut pas échapper.

Standard budget hotel which provided what you would expect and was great for what we wanted. There was a car park fee which seemed a bit of a money making exercise.

Room was clean, well set out given the smaller size, can’t complain at anything. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Bar serving drinks up to midnight. Would use again.

Good location near motorway. Clean and very hospitable staff. Bar is open late and breakfast is decent. Less positive: they charge extra for parking and our room (2 adults and 1 child) was very cramped with three twin beds. That meant no table or chairs. The beds were on wheels and moved around easily, creating a gap a 4 year old could fall through.

should have a better sign for driver to go to the reception, it was confusing with a small sign off the road, and there are 2 gates, especially when it is dark.

Friendly and efficient service. Very reliable as any other Ibis Hotel where I have stayed. Not so close to Brugge, if you don’t have a car it may be an inconvenience, but luckily for us we were in a road trip. The hotel has a car park, charging EUR7 per day at the moment of our stay; there is a free car park within a short walk but out of the hotel premises.

La propreté etait très juste, ne pas oublieŕ la poussière des plaintes . Les lits collés aux murs c est une ignominie. Personnellement je suis appareillée, impossibilité de dormir du coté que j ai l'habitude. Je ne reviendrais pas.

Below average accommodation. Run down, building work taking place in the corridor, dated, dirty, toe nails in the bathroom really sums it up!

Staff was friendly and hotel is in a residential neighborhood. But the room itself had very few amenities, was not super clean, and had a lot of broken items in the room.

Floor of our room was dirty. Only 1 small pillow provided. They said they didn't have any more. I requested a kettle and the one I was given was full of black mold like growth inside it. Breakfast was very basic with the only cooked item being some dry cold scrambled eggs. Staff were okay but not much more than that.

Prima hotel, goede uitvalsbasis om naar Brugge of de kust te gaan. Jammer genoeg was de schoonmaak (door een extern bedrijf) niet goed, tijdens een week verblijf geen bed verschoond en niet schoongemaakt, terwijl ze dat wel aangaven gedaan te hebben.

We arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning. The receptionist was well mannered and efficient. The room was small but clean and the double bed very comfortable - main issue no kettle. Bathroom also had a problem the height of the shower could not be adjusted. TV was good and heating efficient. Wi-Fi was excellent. Bar area looked ok but we did not use so we cannot really comment.

If you are looking for an economical, no-thrills stop-over, this hotel is befitting. Reception staff were expecptionally helpful and tried to accommodate all reasonable requests. Audrey acquitted herself with utmost professionalism and stood out to me as her's was the first face I saw upon check-in. Of course, this is subjective, but beds were very comfortable; temperature control was good (we visited in December, so outside temperatures were dipping to 0 in the early hours): internal décor was tired and ventilation in bathroom could do with reviewing, but the key aspects of ensuring a good night's sleep have been prioritised. Breakfast provision of continental-style was welcome; viennoisserie was freshly baked and bread was fresh. Modest seating area for breakfast, but sufficient for a 30-40 minute meal. Coffee was nice too! Inviting reception area, which was decorated for the festive season. Reception is manned 24hrs a day. No telephone on bedroom. Sound-proofing between bedrooms was very good too.

Nous avons pris une chambre pour 3. Il y avait 3 lits simples, et une salle de bain WC. Chambre avec le strict nécessaire. Impossible de tourner autour des lits. Matelas très mous. Réveil avec un fort mal de dos. Côté exposition, heureusement nous étions côté camping/ base de loisirs. Sinon c'était côté route nationale. Aucune consigne de respect n'est donnée à l'arrivée. Les gens braillent dans leur chambre jusqu'au milieu de la nuit, sans penser que tous les autres les entendent. Enfin, le parking de l'hôtel est payant sans qu'une alternative soit possible (il n'y a pas d'autres places de parking dans les environs...).

Zimmer sind sehr schmal, eng. Kein Schrank oder Ablagemöglichkeit für Koffer. Fenster kann man wegen der Autobahn nachts nicht öffnen. Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich, am Montag gab es keinerlei Salat, Gurke, Tomate ect. .... Rührei kalt, gekochtes Ei eiskalt.

Zum Online-Preis gesellten sich vor Ort noch über 30 Euro für einen Parkplatz, Steuern und unseren Hund (€20) dazu. Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Außerdem war das gebuchte „Doppelzimmer“ keinesfalls für zwei Personen geeignet. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und daher stand das Bett (sowieso nur 1,40 m breit) mit einer Seite an der Wand. Am Fußende war direkt ein kleiner Tisch und ein Stuhl platziert. Die Person, die hinten schlief, hatte daher keine Möglichkeit selbstständig aufzustehen, sondern hätte über die zweite Person klettern müssen. Da das Bett außerdem ca. 75 cm hoch war und die Matratze leicht überhing, war dies jedoch nicht so einfach. Für eine Person wäre das Zimmer okay, aber keinesfalls für zwei!

Great stay. Room had USB ports for charging phones etc. Comfortable beds, good shower. It was a bit tight on space especially with a third bed for our child but bearing in mind it's a budget hotel you get what you pay for.

It is a pleasant one night stay. The staff were outstanding. There was no chair in my room which made dressing and watching TV very difficult.

Fantastic stay for our party of 6 one being disabled nothing was too much trouble for the staff all very friendly and helpful highly recommend would definitely stay again

Check in was good! The lady in front desk was friendly. Next day the lady in front desk wasn’t that friendly, she was rude answering me when I asked her if I can get some water. Check out is at 12pm, it was 10:00 am I was on bed when the housekeeper get into the room with out knocking they don’t respect my privacy, at the time to check out wast no body on front desk to let them know the incident.

Hotel is clean and tidy, have air-conditioner. But the staff attitude was bad, she stand inside the reception,and trimming her nails, when we sitting in lobby and watching Olympic opening, and the TV off automatic,I told her the TV off, and she said "yes", and I said we want to watch,and she switched on and the TV only on the starting page, she trimming her nails again . I booked two rooms,and one on first floor and one on second floor. Both rooms just tidied up the bedsheet, not clean the toilet and change the towels.

Ik zocht een verblijf gewoon te overnachten, dit is de perfecte uitval basis. Dicht bij de autostrade. Ernaast heel gezellig aan klein meertje met een strandje.

Generally a decent hotel but a bit in the middle of nowhere. The only real irritant for me was arriving there and trying to figure out where we needed to go once to get into the parking lot. Otherwise, fairly nice.

False advertising! We mistakenly booked this hotel thinking it was in Bruges. There are a number of Ibis hotels in Bruges and, due to the naming convention of calling the hotel the name of a town in the general region it's located, it was not until we arrived that we realised our error. We expected a hotel called Bruges Jabbeka to be in Bruges!! It is 15 minutes drive on a freeway from Bruges. We asked the lady at the desk if we could be transferred to an Ibis in Bruges. She stated that no, this could not be done. We pointed out the misrepresentation with the name, she stated that it is clear that this hotel is in Jabbeka, it was not clear to me! She would not allow us to cancel without charging one nights fee. She was argumentative about our error in booking this location, which we freely admitted was our mistake. There was no customer service from the staff. We were charged €6 for the use of the open air, public access car park. There was no apology, empathy or conciliation from the staff. The room is much like a student dorm. It was clean but very small. The reception area smelled pleasant. You can only access the bed by one side. The tv is oriented so that it is not easily visible from the bed. There is a single plastic chair in the room. There are no tea or coffee making facilities and the hair dryer is located at reception.

We were very unimpressed. After reading the reveiws and descriptions of the hotel that said it was the best hotel for staying outside to avoid Bruges prices but the best for travelling to Bruges, we were thoroughly dissappionted. The taxis were advertised online for 20 euro but when we arrived we were told they were 50-60 euro. We asked about the 'local' bus that was supposedly outside the hotel, it was a half an hour walk. We tried to drive into Bruges but the traffic was awful and the parking was the same....everywhere was full and we tried 9 car parks (however that may have been due to the christmas market so we understand it may not always be that busy...) The hotel was in the middle of nowhere and served nothing but breakfast, a vending machine, a microwave and frozen pizza and pasta ready meals that they passed off as dinner for an extortinate rate, something that was not explained on the website. The members of staff were not very friendly, they made us feel like an inconvenience and we were met with eye rolls, huffs and questions when we wanted to order 2 glasses of wine...? We were on holiday and wanted to make the most of it and it made them money so not sure why the fuss. The hotel was easy to find and the room was clean but that's the only good thing I can say. I understand it is the Ibis Budget, but even budget should have polite staff, clearly advertised dinner options and staff that are friendly. We will not be booking again, very dissappointed.

Bathroom was dirty. Parking was an unexpected cost. Pastries stale at breakfast, coffee machine took for ever, but the eggs were really tasty! Breakfast felt pricey for what it was.
