Customer service at the front desk was excellent. Food was mediocre, which was disappointing. Rooms were definitely not 5 star although the bathrooms were good. Definitely not a ‘5’ star hotel, unless you base it on Reception and Lobby!

The room was amazing amazing, staff were very helpful and understanding, Big shout of to Gugu, Linda and I forgot the last younglady’s name, they definitely deserved a raise, the gym was nice, the swimming pool, breakfast buffet and bar was wonderful
