Room was clean Staff very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Bath room taps back side full of dirts

Had a good stay, with extremely helpful reception staff especially Bneha. Rating it poorly because of poor management. Never stayed in a place where they charge you for misplaced 2nd door keycard and for a slightly stained bath towel. Totally unreasonable charges
