The hotel has a fresh and modern decor, and is very clean. Our room was larger than the typical Singapore hotel room, with a closet and view. The rooftop outdoor bar and pool area is very nice, and comfortable for sitting outside, even in the warm weather. The location is great with plenty of dining options close by.

Very rude and unfriendly staffs. The reception counter staffs are very unprofessional and seems not communicating between themselves. Very rude in collecting payment and asking for repeating payment.

When we arrived we were given a room which was a twin room even though I had booked a superior queen Room. They did offer me an upgrade for $30 per person but that would’ve only given me the room that I actually booked. Also we were only made aware that the pool and the gym were not available When we arrived. This hotel is reported to be a five star however I would give it no more than two.

Hotel is quite new. Rooms are very sleek and cozy. Love the bed and the pillows. Very clean. Toilet and bath are spacious compared to other hotels in similar category. Love that there are restaurants around and a cold storage across the hotel. Bus stations abound in the area. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Overall, Momentus is a wonderful hotel which I will go back when I am in Singapore.
