Tokyo is expensive for hotel accommodation. The OneFive Shibuya is reasonably good value. Staff are good. Hotel is within walking distance of Shibuya station, Meiji-jingu Temple and high-end Omote-sando architectural street. Our room was small, maybe rooms with a double bed rather than two singles are a little more spacious.No space for a chair even. No breakfast on site. Hotel has a restaurant with restricted hours. Foyer lounge is spacious and has coffee and tea making for guests. Overall, a good option if needing a base in Shibuya

Adequate. The good - close walk to Shibuya station and the main shopping areas around there. Also had a nice cafe for breakfast and lunch situated right in the hotel. No issues with the staff - very friendly all around. However, for over $350 CAD per night, we were expecting more than a basic hotel with stained carpets and a TV that only had a few basic channels. They also don’t have fitted sheets on their bed - just a straight sheet - so inevitably every morning we would wake up with the sheet off and just laying on an uncomfortable scratchy mattress. No luggage transfer service offered so we ended up going across the street to the Family Mart. Been travelling Japan for over a month with several hotels and this was by far our least favourite.

The hotel was nice, staff was excellent, it was within walking distance of restaurants and sites. The rooms are very small (had to open suitcase on the bed) but functional for our short stay. We were provided drink coupons to the cafe (1 per person each day of our stay) and toiletries were grab and go at the front desk which was neat. They had items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair ties, brush for your hair, shower caps, pajamas, house shoes, sponges, etc. Only tip DO NOT lose your key card for the room door. Each one is accounted for and will cost you 3000 yen! We thought we lost ours but found it! Overall, we had a great stay and would stay there again if ever in Shibuya.

Up a bit of a hill in Shibuya so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, great cafe upstairs. Small room but great staff, the older gentleman (manager) went out of his way to order us a taxi and help us with our luggage in the pouring rain (5 hrs after we had checked out).

Smoke filled room. Walls peeling, marked and dirty with something unknown!! Felt very uncomfortable to sleep there and wanted to leave asap. Next evening coming back to the hotel a person was in sitting in front of the hotel smoking. That same night someone down the hall was smoking in their room so we had to try and block the smoke with towels at the door. We asked for a No Smoking room and obviously we got the opposite.

The hotel’s location was good. But the rooms were very small and didn’t smell clean when I first walked in. The bed was hard and only one flat pillow. They give you two thin small towels that were so old that o was scared to use them.

Close to Shibuya and Takeshita Shopping areas. Close to train stations and theres a family mart across the street where you can buy snacks or food then you can enjoy them in the hotel lobby seating area. Rooms are small. Not enough room for 2 people and luggage. Bathrooms are small. Had to brush my teeth sideways so that my elbow wouldn't go through the wall or shower glass. Same for the shower. Its small but water pressure and hot water were good.

Location was absolutely great, that pretty much it. Beds were hard, rooms were small but its Tokyo so to be expected. Wifi is garbage so don't expect to rely on it if traveling. When I asked the staff about it they just said "its bad, that's just how it is".

Small but functionally furnished room. Very central location with a short walk to Shibuya Crossing and the fantastic people-watching in the area. The mattress was 5 cm thick on a hard bench. Maybe Japanese people like it that way but for my back it was not optimal.

Great location. However, bed is just thin topper on the wood platform. My whole body was so stiff that I couldn't sleep properly. Also, wifi doesn't work well. Continuously, wifi has been disconnected and was very slow even with connection.

Convenient location and great staff but the room was so ridiculously tiny that it was actually uncomfortable. No furniture in which to unpack. My husband and I had to move around in the room like one of those sliding tile puzzles, one of us having to move into an available spot to allow the other to pass, and having to squeeze sideways to pass between the bed and the wall-mounted tv. The space in the bathroom was so tight that when I was standing in front of the sink washing up, my elbow kept knocking into the wall.

This was our first hotel on our trip to Japan and we had the best experience. The front desk was so accommodating and friendly. The location is unbeatable with so many things around and so close to shibuya crossing! I will be recommending this hotel to our friends who plan on visiting japan soon!

The staff was extremely nice and polite during the hole stay. The hotel is very well located near the Shibuya cross but far away from the noise and crowds. Consider that you should walk uphill to get the hotel, nothing complicated but if you are carrying heavy suitcases it's better to get a taxi.

We arrived at 9am to drop our bags off, and the reception told us to come back at 2 and they could check us in 1 hour early. We came back at 2 and were told by a different receptionist to come back at 3. She then checked 2 other bookings in early, and came over and told us we could in fact check in at 2. Whilst checking in the receptionist questioned the fact we were two men having a double room, which made us uncomfortable. If you are LGBTQ+ I would not recommend staying here. The room was outdated and the view was of a brick wall but stay was fine otherwise.

Bisher eines der schlechtesten Hotels in dem ich je war. Es wird mit einer 24/7 besetzten Rezeption geworben, jedoch war kaum einer anwesend. Das Zimmer sah schmuddelig aus, die Wände waren schmutzen. Geputzt wurde das Zimmer nur alle 5 Tage oder auf Nachfrage. Die Matratze war so dünn, man hätte sich direkt auf dem Boden schlafen können. Die Bettdecke hatte keinen richtigen Bezug. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig gekühlt & das Wifi war wirklich schlecht. Dafür war die Lage sehr praktisch.

While very close to shopping and sightseeing in Shibuya (only about 4 blocks from the famed Shibuya Crossing), this hotel has slightly dilapidated rooms, extremely slow WiFi, and staff who aren’t even at the front desk during most daytime hours. Just not a good deal considering how expensive their bed rates are.

Check-in was a not the best. I got an email with a QR code about fast check in after I had checked in. The staff was okay. The whole place seems purposely under staffed. Check out a little too early, and no option for late check out. The room was possibly the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Basically a hallway with a bath shower in 1 closet and a bed in another other. But for the price good okay. Good value considering the relative location. Over all good.

The OneFive is quite small. Rooms are intimate in size to say the lease. That said, the location is fantastic with a short walk to both Shibuya and Harajuku. The Family Mart across the street is super convenient for 24hr snacks

It's a wonderful location about a 10-minute walk from the hachiko exit. The room was very small like most other places in Tokyo. The hotel is situated on the side of a decent sized hill, if you don't get around so easily I would recommend having your luggages sent here. There's a family mart right across the street making it super convenient if you need a quick bite to eat or any kind of beverages or snacks.

Very convenient hotel if you are staying in the Shibuya area of Tokyo. It is very quiet, but less than a 10 minute walk to Shibuya station and everything Shibuya has to offer. Will be back when I am in Tokyo again.
