Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi - Tokyo

Excellent service - there was a lot of traffic in the escelator, and One of the staff members arranged for the escelator to be empty so that i could use it. Now thats service. They Are also very flexible with luggage - safekeeping it Even though you have checked out!

Standard Japanese sized hotel. Good Location. Nothing fancy but functional

Our room was close by elevator but it was quiet which was so lucky. Hotel location was great for eating and train transportation Some rude guests did take extra amenities then only available by request. Sometimes I need to shower twice a day so I wanted to ask for 5 to 6 packages of skincare products for our 3 nights stay. I know I could have asked but don’t want to be rude behaving. Breakfast was decent, but 3 days were mostly same menu, so we would not do again next trip here.

This property is quiet, excellent staff, good location, good breakfast and snacks, the room size a bit small but comfortable with good amenities except no English Channel TV. We will stay here again.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The buffet breakfast was above average. The room was small. Location is good as long as you accept a short walk to subway. It is not a long ride to main shopping or attractions. Have stayed twice and would probably stay here sgsin.
