Villa LEONARD

Great villa, great area, good facilities. Outdoor area (pool table, BBQ) could do with an update however we had a great time and would recommend the villa to others!

Villa provided us with everything we needed. Outdoor area by pool was perfect for us to stay for the week. The property was also opposite a small shop which provided essentials, as well as a 15 minute walk from a Lidl supermarket, and also a 10 minute walk from an independent restaurant that served cheep breakfast. Would recommend.

Clean inside but outside seating area not clean, was windy when we stayed as no dining area or table inside was not able to sit down for meal during our stay as property on a corner seemed to get full force of wind. Property Inside was nice and beds comfortable Good TV with all uk channels. Great swimming pool. About 30 mins walk to Town centre

This was the fifth villa we have rented around Playa Blanca and the first to disappoint. It was semi detached and the walls were not sound proof, also whenever the people on the other side went out their dog would bark. We could not get the patio doors to lock and the louvres on the security doors were mostly malfunctioning. The window in the utility room on the windward side would not stay closed so the dust storm blasted in. The house was located by a roundabout on a junction from the Industrial Estate so there was more traffic that we expected. The pool was a lovely size and depth but it was losing about 4 " of water every day (2500 gallons) which was not acceptable either environmentally or having to constantly keep it filled. The cover was split right the way across and needed replacing and the debris in the pool was made worse by all the dead leaves in the garden. The table tennnis table was collapsing and needed to be propped up against the wall. The pictures needed updating. We felt it was not good value.
