Le confort de la literie et l' emplacement de l' hôtel..par contre l' accueil très médiocre et nous demandant une garantie de 50 euros sur carte de crédit le parking de l' hôtel payant 22 euros ainsi que l' accès au spa pour 1h seulement 20 euros par personne ! ! Vraiment pas intéressant

Fantastic hotel with excellent, friendly staff on reception. Rooms are new and modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Air conditioning a 7/10. Better than many European hotels but although it shows capable of being set at 16 C it can’t do it, will go no cooler than 19 C only. As others have mentioned on their reviews the hotel car park is exceptionally difficult to find. I think future guests would benefit from a detailed guide on here how to find the car park (Martin’s Agora, although Grand Place is also nearby and cheaper). The road system in this city is underground so Waze etc isn’t fully functional, which doesn’t help either. The road system doesn’t help at all with finding the hotel & whoever designed it should never design another road again! However overall because the hotel is exceptional and now I know how to get to the car park, I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Hôtel agréable avec des chambres propres. Cependant, il y a un problème majeur : il est très difficile de trouver l’hôtel ou le parking avec le GPS. C’est vraiment un inconvénient. Il faut entrer l’adresse du parking dans Waze (et non dans Google Maps ou Apple Plans), comme me l’a indiqué le personnel. Deuxième problème : le parking se trouve dans une zone de tunnel, ce qui fait que la connexion Internet se coupe régulièrement. Résultat : on rate facilement l’entrée du parking. J’ai perdu environ une heure à cause de cela. Pour cette raison, je préférerais ne pas y séjourner à nouveau.

Finding the entrence to the hotel was not an easy task even though we took a taxi! The city has all it's traffic running 'underneath' the city itself and the hotel can be a bit hard to locate. Once checked-in our stay was great! Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast buffet with a good selection of options and pool/relax facillity that was highly appritiated! (Got an e-mail from the hotel where they promoted the pool/relax with 1 hour for free, only a reservation was needed. But when we wanted to check-out the next day we where surprised with a charge of 60€ (!?) for the hour we spent.) New/unaware staff or just a shady way to get a few more euros from guests?

L'hôtel est très central et en bon état général. Le personnel est aimable, le restaurant est très bon. Mais l'accès en voiture est compliqué par ce réseau sous terrain et le parking, un peu obligatoire, est cher : 22€/nuit.

La chambre été parfaite , on avait pas le code pour la télé .. Ducoup on a pas pu regarder la tv .. on a eu la surprise sur une des serviettes de bain une énorme tache jaune .. je vous montre en photo .. un peu dégoûter .. pour l’hygiène de la serviette/ la tv sans code / wifi non donné ? Ce n’est pourtant pas donner étant étudiante ! Mais bon pour le coup avis mitigé .. sinon c’est un belle hôtel , avec un personnel chaleureux , femme de ménage agréable, accueille chaleureux

This modern property is in the very centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, just five minutes' walk from the railway station. The receptionist was professional and spike good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and served daily by the housekeeping team. We did not dine in the hotel but had a number of snacks, hot chocolate, etc., from the bar.

For the price you paid, it was disappointing to see trash on the ground near the trash can due to staff failing to empty them. The room lacked in basic requirements such as soap. The wait to check in was extremely long.

The centre of Louvain la Neuve (“LLN”) is built around the university campus and this hotel stands prominently on one side of the central square. It is close to the shopping malls and about five minutes’ walk from the railway station with direct services to Brussels. The hotel itself is modern with all the facilities one would expect from one catering very much for business people. The reception area is spacious and the receptionists speak hood English. The rooms are of a good size with large comfortable beds and superb shower rooms. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels every day. My wife and I were so pleased we have booked to return in the spring.

Sense of hospitalitiy lacking, felt like cash cows. Refused bar service not far from closing time. Not possible to get room service. One person helped resolve the issue, but it was a struggle. Like the forced, painful smile of the restaurant manager. Had booked a double bed, We discovered twin beds. Had a struggle to obtain a modicum of satisfaction. . Breakfast buffet was not well-managed and staff in the morning miserable. I prefer to express satisfaction, but am disappointed with some of the staff attitude. We wasted a lot of time trying to sort out things that shouldn't have even been issues. Off days or general discontent ? Either way, that's not good for hotels.

The heating in the room didn't work and i was with a group and they all had the same problem. The "hot" food for breakfast was cold and very poor quality. They provide shared iron for your laundry on each floor. This was the worst part of the hotel.That said the staff i met were friendly and the hotel location is good

The centre of Louvain la Neuve (“LLN”) is built around the university campus and this hotel stands prominently on one side of the central square. It is close to the shopping malls and about five minutes’ walk from the railway station with direct services to Brussels. The hotel itself is modern with all the facilities one would expect from one catering very much for business people. The reception area is spacious and the receptionists speak hood English. The rooms are of a good size with large comfortable beds and superb shower rooms. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels every day. My wife and I were so pleased we have booked to return in the spring.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room was new, well equipped and spacious, with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty with big variety of hot snd cold foods. We will definitely come back and try the SPA

Tout était plaisant mis à part le fait que nous sommes arrivées 2 heures plus tôt , les chambres étaient prêtes mais nous avons du attendre pour récupérer les clés ou choisir de payer un supplément ce qui pour le moisn est surprenant. Je comprendrai si les chambres n'étaient pas encore prêtes. Mais là non il fallait juste attendre. Aucune accommodation ne nous a été offerte, mis à part déposer nos bagages au lobby et revenir 2 heures plus tard, alors que nous avions fait 8 heures de voyage. C,est mon seul bémol merci

Sense of hospitalitiy lacking, felt like cash cows. Refused bar service not far from closing time. Not possible to get room service. One person helped resolve the issue, but it was a struggle. Like the forced, painful smile of the restaurant manager. Had booked a double bed, We discovered twin beds. Had a struggle to obtain a modicum of satisfaction. . Breakfast buffet was not well-managed and staff in the morning miserable. I prefer to express satisfaction, but am disappointed with some of the staff attitude. We wasted a lot of time trying to sort out things that shouldn't have even been issues. Off days or general discontent ? Either way, that's not good for hotels.

Finding the entrence to the hotel was not an easy task even though we took a taxi! The city has all it's traffic running 'underneath' the city itself and the hotel can be a bit hard to locate. Once checked-in our stay was great! Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast buffet with a good selection of options and pool/relax facillity that was highly appritiated! (Got an e-mail from the hotel where they promoted the pool/relax with 1 hour for free, only a reservation was needed. But when we wanted to check-out the next day we where surprised with a charge of 60€ (!?) for the hour we spent.) New/unaware staff or just a shady way to get a few more euros from guests?

This modern property is in the very centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, just five minutes' walk from the railway station. The receptionist was professional and spike good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and served daily by the housekeeping team. We did not dine in the hotel but had a number of snacks, hot chocolate, etc., from the bar.

The heating in the room didn't work and i was with a group and they all had the same problem. The "hot" food for breakfast was cold and very poor quality. Bcp à faire autour Les emoyer offre un excellent service, vraiment Propre Le restaurant A1 et le service là aussi A1 C'est mon 2e séjour au Martin's de LLN, j'ai été très déçu des dejeuner. J'y étais pour 9 nuits en passant. Sur tous mes dejeuner, 1 seul etait soit disant chaud. 3 fois sur 4 les oeufs étaient dans la flotte litteralement...tjs les mêmes choix jour après jours, 2-3 fois le bacon etait froid, mou et quasi pas cuit dont une fois avec le gras figer dessus...c'est dire à quel point ça avait refroidi. Chambre de base = café très de base, sachets qu'il faut tjs chercher pour avoir cafeiné. Désolé mais le papier de toilette est plus que cheap, c'est du papier sabler! Bref, vraiment à cause du café et surtout des déjeuner, je ne crois pas que j'y retournerais. Et c'est dommage car je vais plusieurs fois par ans dans ce secteur
