Great rooms and views. Pool v clean and nice to dip in, not the biggest but there’s the sea literally a few metres away and that was lovely and warm too. Staff were all very helpful and attentive. Food in the restaurant was delicious - especially the Mie Goreng dish! Overall very happy as this met all my requirements

Fabulous hotel on the beach with a lovely pool overlooking the sea. We stayed in a premier villa which was very spacious clean and just fab.

We kept extending our stay and therefore tried a lot of different room types. All rooms are to a good standard, the delux is on the small side but manageable. Anything up from that is very good. The staff are beyond helpful and kind, they couldn’t do more to help you and they also offer a free one way tuk tuk service which is very useful The breakfast is great with fresh omelettes/fried eggs/scrambles eggs made to order as well as fresh fruit and pastries. The only downfall is the coffee is not good unless you pay for a proper one. There is also free sups to use on the water any time you want and the hotel will organise all trips and excursions for you too.

The pool, location, paddle boarding and excellent breakfast. The premier villa was also spacious and patio was nice to relax outside.

Convenient location for walking to the restaurants and shops in General Luna. The staff is friendly and very helpful in arranging tours and airport shuttle services. The breakfast buffet has many choices for foreigners and locals and the eggs cooked to order were perfect every time. The family villa was very spacious and the beds were comfortable so everyone was satisfied. The only issue was the swimming pool water and I never experienced this before, even in the Philippines. The water temperature was extremely warm and I assumed that the pool was heated and was informed that it is hot because of the sun. The ocean in front of the hotel is shallow and not suitable for swimming, but the hotel offers free use of paddle boards and that was really enjoyable. I would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this resort. Our room was clean and spacious with a very nice view of the lush garden. I liked staying at the balcony and just take in the view. We enjoyed the private beach, paddle boarding and the happy hour featuring an acoustic duo. The hotel offers free rides to anywhere within the General Luna area, which we definitely appreciated. Restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely choose to stay at this resort again and upgrade our room for a nice ocean view.

한국인은 못 본 시아르가오 숙소에요! 숙소에 있는 수영장도 사진으로는 작아보였지만, 놀기에 부족하지 않았고 무엇보다 제너럴 루나 중심 거리에서 멀지 않아서 걸어다니기도 좋은 위치의 숙소입니다. 그리고 호텔에서 무료로 이용하는 툭툭서비스가 그 무엇보다도 최고!!

What a shocker of a hotel. It started with our arrival at Siargao airport. We ordered a private car pick-up through the hotel, it did not arrive so instead of a 45 minute private ride we had to endure a 1 hour 15 minute tourist bus ride. Upon arrival the hotel at 7:15am (we had already booked the previous night as we knew we would arrive early) we had to wait 15 minutes while our room was prepared. The room was prepaid some 3 weeks earlier. Asked to speak to the Manager - No show, so I assume their is no Manager for this hotel. Once we got to the room, my partner went for a lay down in the bed, only to be scratching from bed mites after 10 minutes. It took the hotel staff another hour before they came to change the bedding. I was going to have a drink of water from their service water jug, but it smelt putrid like it was sewage water. I had to do 3 hours office work while I was there, but alas NO desk to use my computer, so I had to go to the hotel restaurant to find a table to do my work. An assumption was made as we were paying 14,000 peso per night for the stay, that the room would have a TV, radio or some form on entertainment, but no such device. To put this in perspective, I stay at the Dusit Thani Club Room in Manila for 10,000 peso per night which includes access to the club lounge and fully furnished room. Last night of our stay, was woken at 1:15 am by drunken guest on the grass area outside our room. Can't go on as I have run out of charatcters for this review.

The reaort is quiet and clean. The stafff are friendly and helpful. The service is great! The location is fantastic.

We stayed in a Garden Room at this resort for five days. The morning sunlight and garden were both beautiful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Since we had arranged airport transfer, the staff should have known our arrival time, but even after the 2:00 p.m. check-in time, we had to wait for about an hour. On the first day, we reported that the safe was broken, but unfortunately, no one came to repair it. There were also a couple of days when the room wasn’t cleaned despite our request for housekeeping before going out. Our room faced the road, and the noise from passing cars at night was sometimes noticeable.

The staff is very accommodating, and the property is easy to find. However, we encountered an issue with our room having a sewer-like odor. The hair dryer is only available upon request. The breakfast was decent, though not exceptional. Additionally, the hotel does not permit outside masseuses. It's the only hotel I stayed at that charges for stained linens and towels, yet some of the towels provide at check-in already had stains. You'll see the price list inside the room. Overall, it's an average experience.

Vi klagde og fikk anledning til å oppgradere til Garden Villa, det var en helt annen opplevelse og kan anbefales. Betjeningen var super hjelpsomme. Frokosten var helt ok. Beliggenheten er super.

There seem to be a choir of roosters about 17 members strong that started waking up at about 4 AM

This property is nice and convenient for bar area and close to the surfing area if you have a car or motorcycle, if you walk it would be 10-20mins,whuch is not bad. They don’t have TV and a microwave in the room just a heads up. Overall it was an okay stay

Had a deluxe room, the building and property is very clean, nice, fairly modern. The most frustrating thing was how thin the walls are. You can hear everything from the rooms next door and the hall ways.

Overall lovely, cosy experience with greats views and beautiful landscapes but the toilets in the room need to be updated if possible. And there are no TV’s in the room.

Siargao Island Villas is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at! From the moment I arrived, everything about my stay felt exceptional. I stayed in the Premier Villa, and it exceeded all expectations – it was incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and had a breathtaking beach view that made every morning feel magical. The bed and pillows deserve a special mention – they were so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. It’s rare to find accommodations where the sleep quality truly stands out, but Siargao Island Villas nailed it. The staff here are amazing – always warm, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Their genuine hospitality is a big part of what made my trip so memorable. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. While it was enjoyable, I felt the selection could be a bit more varied. That being said, it didn’t take away from my overall experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Siargao Island Villas to anyone visiting the island. In fact, I’d return in a heartbeat! It’s the perfect place to unwind, soak in the beauty of Siargao, and enjoy world-class hospitality.

Nice Hotel, but improvable service. The bar stuff don't know their own cocktails, housekeeping didnt make the room after i asked to clean at the reception 3 times, very slow service, cleaning of tabel in pool only on guest request. Worst coffee I have ever drunken in the philippines.

The hotel tried to tell me my reservation was not valid when I arrived even though I had my Expedia confirmation in hand. They then tried to charge me over 100 USD more per night to book a stay compared to what Expedia had even if we booked the same day. They even had availability to fix the issue but they made me spend 2 hours in their lobby calling Expedia before they called their manager and fixed the issue. Then they refused to give the 20% off spa services that was advertised on Expedia. They nearly made me miss my flight on checkout because they wouldn't honor what I paid for. The resort is nice enough but my experience here was so negative and frustrating. The general attitude of the front desk was "this is a you and Expedia problem"

We had a lovely stay in this property! Staff was very nice and helpful. I love that they have their own tuktuk to drop you off along General Luna. The location is perfect, it is quite close to a lot of the restaurants but far enough that it’s not loud. The staff was great! One of the ladies in the front desk lent me her own money to pay for our tuk tuk since they didn’t have change, that was very nice of her I think her name was Jen. Also a staff names Ling was super helpful and very friendly. breakfast was ok but they had many options so it was fine. Overall I recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Next to the water, great view

Probably the best place in all of Siargao. Clean, modern, resistant to power failures that affect the whole area and located perfectly within the general Luna strip.

Nice quiet area not too near the main part of town which was noisy. Good service and good food. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Siargao.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to popular spots like Cloud 9 and General Luna. Des l’arrivée, la réception donne le ton d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, élégant, avec une décoration moderne et raffinée, équipements hauts de gamme, service et personnel 5 étoiles, dans un jardin luxuriant et magnifiquement entretenu, sur une petite plage, aménagée de transats contemporains, qui souffre malgré tout de marées, comme dans toute l’île de Siargao. Idéalement situé à 18 mn à pieds par la plage de la célèbre General Luna, mais au cœur d’un village très animé d’échoppes et de restaurants. Enfin, Le charmant restaurant ouvert sur le jardin et la piscine est à l’image de tout le reste. Nous conseillons vivement cet établissement, qui présente un excellent rapport qualité prix, ce qui n’est pas le cas de la grosse majorité des resorts des Philippines.

Great spot right on the beach. Lovely outlook from restaurant also looking into the pool and beach. Food in restaurant is superb and reasonably priced. And the gardens are immaculate- an oasis away from the business of the road.

Absolutely outstanding property with awesome friendly staff. We were blown away with the exception of the kitchen which needs help. It’s a shame such a wonderful property and the food Wes marginal at best! The breakfast was missing bacon sausages cereal ect who wants to eat cold pancakes?
