The hotel itself was very nice. Clean, spacious room. The front desk staff were not good at all. I paid with my credit card and she said it didn’t go through and told me to do it again. I got an email from my cc saying it was a successful transaction. I showed them that it had gone through but they insisted I pay again. I even called the cc and they said it was a successful transaction as well. The supervisor was rude and insisted that it was not their issue. I paid a second time and just hoped that I didn’t get charged twice. I still had two charges the next day and they said it would be reversed in 5-10 days. No apology or even an acknowledgment of any inconvenience to me. So the problem is not yet solved. Very bad customer service.
