This is very basic accommodation which could do with a bit if a makeover but it was clean and comfortable and you have a nice area to sit outside. We tried the food which was surprisingly good, and the reception and restaurant staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was good value.

The accomadation was basic in some ways and higher than that in others. We had adjoining rooms as we needed three bedrooms. This was good and came with a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy and the twom bathrooms and toilets were very good. But, there was no lounge. One bedroom had a TV and there was one in the kitchen, but no comfortable chairs to sit in. The site is good and the price was excellent - we would stay there again but not for longer than a couple of nights.

Je souhaite déposer une réclamation concernant mon séjour actuel réservé via Hotels.com à la résidence Azureva du Tregunc. Lors de ma réservation, le logement était présenté comme étant équipé d'une cuisine (réservation d'un "appartement" avec photos de cuisines"). Or, à notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y en avait aucune. A priori, ce nest pas la première fois que ça arrive dans leur résidence avec des réservations via hotels.com. Cette information était déterminante dans notre choix de réservation, car nous avions prévu de préparer nos repas sur place. Nous sommes donc contraints de faire différemment et d'aller au restaurant, ce qui a entraîné des dépenses importantes et imprévues, altérant considérablement notre budget vacances. Nous sommes allées à la reception qui n'avait plus de logement disponible avec cuisine et nous a prêté un mini réfrigérateur pour avoir de quoi stocker quelques aliments. Cela nous a privé du confort et des prestations que nous étions en droit d'attendre. Le logement fourni ne correspondait pas à celui réservé. En conséquence, je sollicite un geste commercial significatif ainsi qu'une indemnisation correspondant au préjudice subi, comprenant : le remboursement partiel du coût de l'hébergement, celui-ci n'étant pas conforme à la réservation et une indemnisation concernant les frais supplémentaires de restauration engendrés par l'absence de cuisine.
