I took my wife for an anniversary vacation and the hotel was perfect. Very nice accommodations and the service was top-notch. They knew who we were and were always happy to help us with any requests, including renting bikes and ordering a taxi. The location was great too. The only downside I would say is the spa was pretty limited and half of the things (sauna, shower) seemed to not be working. The first day one sauna was out of order and the second day I went in both saunas were not working. The "Turkish bath" is just a regular room-temperature pool in the basement. Not that pleasant for me or my wife but maybe it is for others. That said, spa was included and the rest of the stay was fantastic. I would definitely return.

Fantastic location near the old town. Rooftop patio pool area had incredible views and was an amazing place to relax. Food and drink service poolside was excellent. Beautiful boutique hotel experience all around. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay longer next time.

The reception staff are exceptional and very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Our one criticism is that as a resident, we weren’t always able to use the rooftop facilities because non residents can book tables to drink or dine there.

What a wonderful hotel, ideally situated on the sea front and only about 10 minutes walk from the main city centre. The hotel is immaculate and modern with crisp, clean rooms, excellent service and a warm and friendly atmosphere. The rooftop bar and pool area have great views of the sea front and harbour and we spent sometime there each day soaking up the sun. The rooftop area is a real bonus for a hotel so close to the city. The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of all the choices you could want. Also, there is an a la carte menu for hot food which always arrived perfectly cooked. All the staff were very friendly, polite and attentive and seemed very happy to be on hand to help. In particular, Flora and Wing looked after us so well in breakfast but of particular note, the Hotel Manager Joseba was was on hand every day to greet us at breakfast and to spend a few moments checking that everything was going well for us. He knew our names, and was outstanding, even organising a cake and Cava for my wife at breakfast as it was her birthday. Later that day, we returned to our room to find a bottle of Cava cooling on ice and a handwritten birthday message from Joseba himself. We were very touched by this level of personal attention as we hadn't even declared that it was my wife's birthday. Outstanding service from kind and caring staff, thank you. We are well seasoned travellers but this hotel remains in our minds as an exceptional hotel, with excellent staf

We absolutely loved this hotel! We were greeted on arrival as friends and this never changed. The staff were superb and always had a smile and a greeting. It was great that they all leanred our names and made sure all was going well. Our rooms were beautiful and had everything we needed. Clean and tidy! Breakfast was a delight as was the service! Having our car parked and then brought out was such a great feeling! Definite felt very spoilt! The rooftop bar, pool and restaurant enhanced the experience! An absolute treat!

The hotel is lovely, clean with very spacious rooms. It is located 10 mins walk from the cathedral and lots of bars and restaurants. It has a delightful rooftop area comprising of a bar/ restaurant and a very spacious sun terrace which overlooks the sea. The staff on reception deserve a special mention for their attentiveness and willingness to go that extra mile. Excellent hotel which I would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Palma.

A Fantastic Stay at Hotel Es Princep – Highly Recommended! Our stay at Hotel Es Princep in Mallorca was absolutely wonderful! The location was superb, just a short walk from the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and cleaned twice a day, which was a lovely touch. We especially appreciated the bottled water provided before bedtime – such a thoughtful gesture! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of delicious options, and our dinner at the hotel was equally impressive. Everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar and restaurant—it was totally amazing! The sea view from the rooftop was second to none, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Additionally, the wellness area provided a great opportunity to relax and recharge during our stay. We also needed a car for a day, and the hotel reception organized it seamlessly, making the process stress-free. A special mention to the hotel manager, who was extremely kind and even offered us a late check-out, allowing us to enjoy our last day to the fullest. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations. We will definitely return and highly recommend Hotel Es Princep to all our friends!

An amazing hotel located in the best location in the historic town of Palma . Spotless & very comfortable bed . Excellent staff from housekeeping to reception . They were so helpful in all our needs . Breakfast on the rooftop bar was exquisite . Fantastic service throughout our one week stay .

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check in was swift, friendly and courteous. My room was on the first floor facing the front of the hotel. It was noisy at times from people talking right outside but the room itself was as expected. On my first night, I was extremely disappointed when getting into bed to find a soiled comforter and bed that had a sour smell and stench. I was so disturbed given the room was supposed to be clean and this was a 5* establishment. The evening front desk staff was swift to help me find another room to sleep in while we waited until the morning to sort it out with management. I didn't sleep all night from the disruption. I later got into contact with management and was offered the upgraded room that I had slept in the night before which I appreciated. I was a bit annoyed to have to start my vacation this way and that no other compensation was offered for a lack of sleep on my first night. Aside from the disruption, the rest of my stay was incredible. The new was room was clean, orderly and toiletries were great. Turn down service with the bottled water was a nice touch. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool, especially when the weather was extremely hot and the spa was a major bonus. I highly encourage use of the spa after a long day. The location was great, away from the hustle of the core and just a short walk to everything including a a nice beach. overall, despite the first night challenge, I loved my stay and would return!

Gorgeous stay! Staff so attentive, couldn’t do more for you. Clean and great for walking into Palma town without it being too busy.

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht und wurden herzlich empfangen. Eine Flasche Rotwein und eine nette, handgeschriebene Karte warteten auf dem Superior Zimmer im 1.Stock. Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch eine moderne Lässigkeit aus. Diese wird manchmal als Entschuldigung für fehlenden Service genutzt. Die Zimmer sind ok, jedoch sehr klein, das Waschbecken ist quasi am Kopfende des Bettes und dahinter Dusche und Toilette mit einer Glasscheibe, die nicht wirklich für Privatsphäre sorgt. Nachtlicht und Fluchtwegmarkierung sind so hell, dass man sich nachts in einer Lichtershow wieder findet. Es brauchte viel Klebeband und Tricks, um dunkel durch die Nacht zu kommen. Man sollte wissen, dass die Müllabfuhr täglich zwischen 0:00 und 1:00 Uhr durch die engen Gassen fährt und auch das die Nachtruhe stört. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regulieren, so hat der Haustechniker hat einfach die Sicherung rausgenommen… Das Hotel-Restaurant war immer leer und die Dachterrasse hat nur 1 Stunde vormittags und 1 Stunde abends Service, obwohl das Wetter schön war. Das Hotel liegt an der äußeren Stadtmauer Palmas, welche seit vielen Jahren eine Baustelle ist. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es lediglich eine Tagesbar, welche sehr gut ist, für alles andere muss man in die Stadt. Gut möglich, dass das Hotel im Sommer einen anderen Charme versprüht, um diese Jahreszeit würde ich es nicht mehr empfehlen

This is a beautiful Hotel located at the heart of Palma. Everything was exquisite! The facilities, the service was superb, the bed was very confortable and the room had a very nice view of the Ocean. Highly recommended. Note: Just look out for a crazy "neighbor" that will honk the horn of his tiny vehicle at you if you are in his "way". As soon as you arrive make sure someone at the reception takes your car away. If arriving by taxi be ready to exit in a hurry if this guys is around. He is NOT patient and he\'s not nice! #idiotalert

Dining in the hotel was very expensive given the quality of the food (roof top bar and breakfast). Disappointing. Rooms okay but compromised on privacy as bathroom facilities open plan.

Great property in central Palma. Room was a decent size and well equipped but we felt the open bathroom was very small and didn't enjoy the complete lack of privacy.

This being labeled as a 5* is a big stretch. Starting with the check-in process it just felt off. We had to get our bags from the rental car and unless everything as the bellman was busy. Reception was slammed, which is fine, however it took a while to get the room. Service was just ok across the board. We all have bad days but it shouldn’t be abundantly clear to the guests…restaurant service was super slow, 20 minutes + to get a drink order in. The list goes on. The room was decent, nothing special. It’s super strange to not have a peephole in the rooms though, so if someone knocks you need to open the door to see who it is. I’m glad I looked at the bill prior to checkout, we asked to use a euro outlet converter and they had it on the bill as a €50 charge. We went back to the room and turned it in, but €50 is just nuts. It’s not terrible but it’s not great.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel until the time I reluctantly checked out, every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff at Es Princep were nothing short of brilliant. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like a valued guest from the start. The staff took the time to make my day special, and their genuine efforts made me feel truly appreciated. The accommodation was great our spacious room provided all the comforts one could ask for. Es Princep's amenities, including the restaurant with its delicious dishes, rooftop pool and spa, added an extra layer of indulgence to the overall experience. In conclusion, my stay at Es Princep was nothing short of amazing.

Staff were rude. More interested in outsiders visiting than guests staying at the hotel. Nothing special - could find better elsewhere for the price paid.

In general our stay was really good there. The staff when we arrived was amazing. The check-out was slightly less friendly but can’t complain (they were busy with check-ins & checkouts). ! They were very helpful when we asked about bus and how to get to different places. The staff on the rooftop restaurant was amazing too !!!

Hotel is beautiful & the service is outstanding! Highly recommend and will return. Location perfect, within easy walking distance to Cathedral, Old Town, Marina, shopping & beaches too.

Not a property I would recommend. For the price you pay, you would expect a beautiful hotel, with friendly service and a great room - none of those were true and the property is located 15-20 minute walk from anything, so it is also not a good location.

Beautiful, fragrant hotel with relaxed atmosphere and top level service in a cracking location in Palma - easy walking distance to the centre but away from the busy, noisy parts. Great find.

We were here just for 1 night and found the staff to be friendly and attentive. A little difficult to reach the hotel using our navigation system as it is in a restrictive area. Location of the hotel is excellent in a quiet area.

Incredible spot! Stayed at Es Princep for our honeymoon travelling from Canada and really enjoyed our two nights. Location is great, in a quiet part of Old Town and a 10-15 minute walk from Passeig Del Born. Staff and service at the hotel was outstanding, and the rooftop bar and pool is incredible. Cannot recommend enough.

Lovely hotel, not too far from the shops. Walkable distance to the beach!

Service was outstanding - they couldn't be more helpful than they were. Very modern new hotel with roof top deck with great views of the old city. Room was great with windows that opened - only minus was that the sink area was too small. Breakfast was excellent in both quality and variety. Food in the (pool-side) roof top restaurant was hit or miss.

The whole experience was amazing, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the hotel has an amazing rooftop.I highly recommend the breakfast, with such a great selection. I will certainly come back next time I’m in Palma.
