立地条件駅近でよい。周囲に食事処などは少ないが電車利用で問題ない。部屋は清潔、ベッドも広く2人で寝るには充分、しかしヘッド以外の動ける場所がほとんどなかった。朝食付きなのはありがたいが、味はよくない。また朝食会場が狭く混雑した。全体的にこの価格なら十分であり、駐車場もあり駅近なので、ベースキャンプとしては充分である。

市川塩浜駅からは2分、舞浜までは2駅でディズニーランドへのアクセスは抜群。部屋はかなり狭くてスーツケースは床で広げ辛い。掃除してるのかなと思うぐらいゴミやベッド下にはホコリがたくさん。お風呂場はピンクカビ。決して清潔とは言わないが、寝るだけと考えると1/1.2と泊まって二人で38000円と値段も安いし、朝食まで付いているのでかなりお得。本館にはローソンもあって便利。てスーツケースを

ディズニーから近く、コンビニも近いので便利でした！加湿器が入室した時から濡れており、いつからこの状態なのか？気になりました。毎回加湿器も洗浄、乾燥して欲しいです。お値段相応で、コスパはいいと思います！

ディズニーに行くのに利用させていただきましたが、スタッフの方がとても親切に情報を教えてくださり無事に目当てのアトラクションに乗れました。ありがとうございます。駅からも近く、コンビニもあり、レストランカルボも美味しかったです。ただひとつ、ポットやカップがあるのにお茶などのティーバッグがないのが残念でした。また利用したいホテルです！

お風呂の換気扇とシャワーカーテンがカビだらけだった点、大人用のスリッパが使い捨てではなさそうで、臭いが気になった点、隣から赤ちゃんの鳴き声が聞こえてきて壁が薄いと感じた点、以上3点だけが残念でした。それ以外は、スタッフの方が話し易くとても親切でくつろげました。朝食バイキングが有り難く、味も大変満足できました。駅近でコンビニも近く、とても便利でした。

綺麗に掃除がされていない。布団のシーツは汚れている。浴槽の蓋には水垢だらけ。排水は黒く、浴室の天井はカビみえて換気扇も汚いままでした。コスパの良いホテルであるがもう少し清潔に保っててほしい。あとエントランスのカウンターに居るスタッフが無愛想だった。

Great cheap location thats close to the Tokyo Disney parks will definitely stay here again Only complaint is the room carpets were a bit rough nothing not super bad but definitely older besides that was excellent Also breakfast was excellent and a nice surprise didnt realize it was included when we booked it

ディズニーに行く前日に使用しました。駅からとても近く、静かでとても良かったです。部屋はとても小さく、ベットが大きくて歩く場所が殆どないといった感じ。小さめのキャリーケースを開けるのにも精一杯だった為広い部屋が好きな方は不便かもしれません。ただ、トイレとお風呂が別で湯船にもゆっくり入れたことが嬉しかったです。価格も良心的でしたのでまた利用させて頂きます！

Got a huge shock upon checking in - halls and carpets on our floor and room looked like a war zone - shocking. No photos to show as we immediately requested a change of rooms. It turns out that they are renovating the two buildings in stages and we were able to be relocated to the renovated area, thanks to Suzuki at reception. It is a good location for Disney but beware - you would only want to stay in the renovated section.

Great cheap location thats close to the Tokyo Disney parks will definitely stay here again Only complaint is the room carpets were a bit rough nothing not super bad but definitely older besides that was excellent Also breakfast was excellent and a nice surprise didnt realize it was included when we booked it

市川塩浜駅からは2分、舞浜までは2駅でディズニーランドへのアクセスは抜群。部屋はかなり狭くてスーツケースは床で広げ辛い。掃除してるのかなと思うぐらいゴミやベッド下にはホコリがたくさん。お風呂場はピンクカビ。決して清潔とは言わないが、寝るだけと考えると1/1.2と泊まって二人で38000円と値段も安いし、朝食まで付いているのでかなりお得。本館にはローソンもあって便利。てスーツケースを

We were put in the older building as we are family of 4 and had bunk bed room. The Annex building is really old and rundown. The hallway carpets are stained and super dirty looking. The room itself is clean but also old.

Got a huge shock upon checking in - halls and carpets on our floor and room looked like a war zone - shocking. No photos to show as we immediately requested a change of rooms. It turns out that they are renovating the two buildings in stages and we were able to be relocated to the renovated area, thanks to Suzuki at reception. It is a good location for Disney but beware - you would only want to stay in the renovated section.
