Front desk was great. Arrived late and he was great! Was dissatisfied-pinged in breakfast and that there was no carts available to move our holiday luggage. There was one at 1 am when we checked in, but in the morning another guest had it in their room. And was not polite about sharing.

This is the second time we've stayed at Home2 Suites in Ft. Collins. It's very comfortable, clean and the staff is always very friendly. The pool is a good temperature and the gym is convenient. The breakfast is also quite good. I also like where it's located. Not to close to downtown yet not to far. Plus, my favorite shop is very close, The Cozy Cottage. The Texas Roadhouse is right next to the hotel too.

Only complaint would be a better breakfast. Breakfast was good. Could be better. Elevator 1 of 2 was not working. But neither of those would prevent me from coming back, mainly because of your staff. AWESOME!!

Very clean and secure big rooms made it comfortable for the kids and older kids great breakfast and laundry facility was near gym was able to work out and do laundry restaurants were close and movie theater definitely staying again

Hotel sits back off of main road so it was very quiet. Parking area is shared by other businesses but there was ample parking. Check in/out was very efficient. All staff very nice. Room was spacious and clean.

Upon our check-in the room had been cleaned but they re-used the previous guests sheets. I was checking for bed bugs and found several dark hairs on the sheets. They offered us a new room or a change of sheets. Outside of this our stay was excellent and the staff was very courteous.

We didn’t get to enjoy it much, as it was more for a restful one nighter before an event in the area. When we got there the desk clerk was gone, he apologized a lot and luckily it was only for about 5-10 mins. We got a room in the second floor and we’re immediately impressed by the size and amenities. However while unpacking we found smeared blood on the bathroom light switch and in the pocket door handle, which obviously puts anyone at unease for much else. The USB plug next to the bed apparently didn’t work as my phone was dead in the morning. Breakfast was included, but we never got to try and we had to leave early 430am and there was no grab and go option or credit. Throughout the night there was someone pacing and the footsteps could clearly be heard above us as well as some kind of mechanical sound either from outside or in the room above us. Thins floors I guess. I am torn, it was a really nice setup for a hotel with full size fridge and kitchenette, great space, and location. However the noise, and uncleanliness was off putting.

We booked a Queen bed and got a room with a double bed. I talked to the hotel about it and they basically said too bad. I feel like I should be refunded something, the sleep was terrible because the bed was so small. I feel like that was a terrible response from the hotel. If they didn't have enough Queen beds they shouldn't represent that they have them to book. I haven't slept in a bed that small for 30+ years and wouldn't have chosen this place had I known that was what was going to be provided. I also found three bugs in the room. They were alive and walking around, I do not know what kind of bugs they were, but either way, the bugs were found in different locations on different days.

This hotel is very dirty! Sheets were gross and smelled bad; there was a hair ball in the shower and the bed was very creaky. This was the most uncomfortable hotel stay we’ve had.

This hotel is sparkling clean and well set up and appointed. Beds very comfy. Bathroom very clean and the storage space and layout of the room is great. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Breakfast was pretty good, a number of hot options plus a few different breads, cereals. It would have been nice to have a few more fruit options.The room itself was clean, but the bathroom particularly the shower could have been cleaner and a better fan would have helped with ventilation.

Our room was comfortable and clean, although the fan was a bit loud on the air conditioner. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed them. Breakfast had good variety but I would suggest some kind of sweet - cinnamon rolls, danish, etc.

Both beds said we’re supposed to be queen sized and there is no way they were queen. Also one of the beds had a crack in the frame so every time you moved it acted like it was going to collapse. Past that all of the amenities were great and the staff was amazing.

Hotel is nearly new and has a ton of restaurants near by. Room was clean had a nice layout. Beds were a little too hard for my liking but I’m sure fine for most people. Our room had two queen beds along with a pull out sofa bed which was perfect for us. We would stay again.

First...the elevator smelled horribly like smoke. Then, upon getting to the room.... the bed was the worst I've ever experienced. Not only uncomfortable, but squeaked and made weird sounds like no other. Tried to get a different room and front desk said they are all like that. Asked for a refund, but they said they can't accommodate that since it was booked via a 3rd party. Had to chase expedia for 2 hours on the phone to try to get a refund and then list 60 bucks in points on top of it, that they can't refund. What a fiasco. Do not stay here!

Fantastic staff! Every interaction with staff members - from the front desk to housekeeping - was pleasant and professional. Big shout out to Calvin and Isabel who were the best! They truly made us feel like valued guests. Our spacious room was spotless and the amenities were fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft and cozy. Our week-long stay was wonderful.

The staff at this hotel were welcoming as well as efficient. This Home2Suites shares a parking lot with a movie theater & a Texas Roadhouse, but even on the busy CSU finals/graduation week, parking was easy. My room was very spacious, with lots of counter space, a lounging area, and a kitchenette that included essential cooking & serveware. Special thanks to Jill, who was replenishing breakfast and offered me a tray so I could take food to my room and get on a scheduled call. I recommend this hotel as a good value for those visiting Fort Collins.

We never had any room service for cleaning, restocking or anything else. We had to extend our stay and it was not communicated throughly and almost had to leave during the death of a family member. Michael did get it corrected but it was stressful during a very difficult time.

When I went to book the hotel, it said there was three rooms left. I booked my room and then when I got to the hotel, they said that they didn’t have a room for me because they overbooked.

This was our first stay at a Home2 Suites location. The room was wonderful! Lots of space and extremely clean. All hotel employees we met were very helpful, and a big shout out to Calvin at the front desk for his help on questions we had.

Worst hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Night staff was extremely rude and treated me like a vagrant when I tried to sit in the lobby when I could t sleep. Didn’t want to keep my family awake. Never in my life have I been disrespected or talked down to in this way. Will never stay at one of there properties again

The rooms were quite clean, comfortable, and adequately sized. The breakfast area was always exceptionally clean, fully stocked and the staff asked guests if they required anything. The desk staff during all periods of the day (afternoon, late night, and early morning shifts) were always courteous, amiable, and professional. We enjoyed their highly personable nature; they seemed like longtime friends!

The weather was not good during our stay and it was wonderful to have the Texas Roadhouse on one side and the movie theater on the other. What a great location! And, the hotel was just a quick 15 drive from our CSU daughter's apartment. Very friendly staff as well!

The room was very spacious, clean, a nice atmosphere with comfortable beds. The staff were very nice, professional and helpful. The room also had a couple of extra pull-out tables to use. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast that was put out each morning near the lobby. The location of the hotel was great. There is a steak house right next door, which is only a few steps away. There is also a theater, ice cream shop, and a convenient store all within walking distance. We felt safe and secure knowing that the room key was needed to operate the elevator to get to our floor. Only lets you access the floor your room is located on. A smart system which we experienced for the first time. All in all a very pleasant experience at this hotel. We would stay here again in the future.

Visit to Fort Collins for a tour to the college. Although it was not as close to the college and old town as we would like, we would definitely stay there again. Nice big, comfortable room, good service and breakfast.

Breakfast on a real plate ( not paper or plastic), good coffee, buffet options, quick and good. Daily room cleaning. Good heating/air con that can be switched off. Kitchenette is large and clean. Close to various restaurants. i will be back !

The property condition was fine. I did not like the barn-door for the bathrooms in the rooms. If not closed properly, you can see directly into the shower from the outside. The breakfast was sub-par. We stayed two nights, on two separate occasions. We only ate breakfast the first time. The eggs were lukewarm, the sausage and the potatoes were cold. The gravy was barely warm and was very runny.
