Eurostars Ibiza is een prima uitvalsbasis om de Ibiza-Stad en het eiland te verkennen. Het personeel van deze accommodatie is enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk! Nog nooit zo meegemaakt! Tip: boek een Suite met zeezicht. Dan heb je een fantastisch uitzicht, anders zit je aan de straatkant en heb je echt geluidsoverlast. Vooral de maisonnette is fantastisch! Je huurauto kun je niet parkeren bij de acco maar 10 minuten verderop. Is goed te doen. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en top geregeld met allerlei verse producten. Wij hebben geen gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad en bijbehorend terras. Zag er mooi maar klein uit. Maar voor het aantal gasten vast wel prima. Kortom, gewoon boeken en lekker gaan genieten op Ibiza! Eind januari staan de amandelbomen in bloei en is het eiland prachtig en heerlijk rustig!

Pas du tout conforme à ce qui nous a été vendu. Chambre sur rue avec plein vis à vis . Rue bruyante alors que des chambres avec vue mer étaient disponibles. SPA, salle de sport ,piscine et bar tout était fermé. Aucune négociation possible avec le personnel. Couloirs en très mauvais état. A déconseiller. Horriblement cher. Très mal négocié par Expédia. Aucune reponse de vos services à mes 1eres remarques le jour de mon arrivée. C’est une honte. C’est une arnaque.

Too expensive for the quality and the service you receive. The ladies at the reception are friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were also superb. However we were disappointed with the rest. Don’t fool yourself by the pictures. Starting from the pool area: the pool is small, all sunshades are broken and shabby. Sadly the pool bar closes at 20:30 - the time where you would want to sit outside and have a drink and a few snacks.The breakfast gives you a wide variety but the quality and taste of the food is average. The rooms however are really nice. Sadly we didn’t have a pool view. Only a few meters away you have the beach. An approx 15min walk to the city centre. I would not spend the money for 7 nights again…

Die Zimmer in den unteren beiden Etagen sind zur Straße raus und man hat dann die Straße und ein schäbiges altes Gebäude vor sich.Dies findet sich in keiner Beschreibung.Im Gegenteil auf Expedia wird im Zusammenhang mit der gebuchten Kategorie ein Blick zum Wasser aus dem Zimmer dargestellt.Entspricht nicht der Realität. Auch die Lautstärke von der Straße muss man mal erlebt haben, aber leider nicht im Urlaub. Ein Zimmerwechsel mit Aufpreis wurde erst in Aussicht gestellt, dann aber wieder nicht.Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption am Tage war leider nicht sehr serviceorientiert.Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren allerdings sehr freundlich.

We found ourselves on an unusual mezzanine floor between the second and third levels, which was a bit inconvenient given the number of suitcases we had due to our canceled flight. Navigating the stairs with all our luggage was challenging, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful when we checked in. Despite the inconvenience, the hotel's staff were exceptionally lovely and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful and, even though it was a last-minute booking, it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and well-suited for families. The staff went above and beyond by assisting us with our luggage and even providing breakfast at 4:30 AM to ensure we could catch our rescheduled flight. Their dedication and kindness truly made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and family-friendly accommodations.
