Location is excellent, lots of good food and shopping centre. Staffs were not attentive enough,; bookes 2 nites but eoom card only activates dor 1 day. Carparkinf card also, did not activate… counter staff shld be more sensitive to such things and frustration of customers…

It was a convenient place to stay as it was opposite KOMTAR. It was a busy hotel so the place needs some regular maintenance.

( ) Property near shipping malls. (-) But the facility need to improve, the seats at lobby surface worn out, the room soap dispenser is not working, sound proof between rooms can hear furniture movement above the room.

Just sharing our experience & observation. We (4pax) checked in to Suasana Suites Hotel Johor Bahru along Jalan Trus on 21/06/2024, Friday. Upon check-in, we realized that only 1 guest lift, out of the 4, is working. There was a notice at the frontdesk dated 11/06/2024, informing that all 4 guest lifts are out of order & only the service lift was available. With 1 guest lift & 1 service lift available at the point of our check-in, we took an average of 40mins to wait for either lift. 2nd guest lift was up & running on 23/06/2024. This incident had compromised our experience with the hotel. There was no effort made for service recovery. The room itself was poorly maintained. Clothes holder behind bathroom door was loose, towel rack was loose, bathroom tap fell off, kitchen tap was leaking, toilet roll holder was loose, cockroach in the living room. We stayed at Level 29, we were able to hear the music from Lepak Corner quite clearly till wee hours on Friday & Saturday. In the morning, the construction sound started as early as 8am. This is my second time here. The first time was in Aug 2023 and I had a good experience- bed was comfortable and room was clean. But I can’t say the same this time round. I will think twice about booking this hotel again.

Great location just next to Zenith mall and opposite Komtar/City Square. Apartment was fully equipped and rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend (:

The area was super convenient with plenty of malls nearby, and the tall building offered a great view. Although the internet connection for the TV in the living room had some issues, the staff were really quick to come up and fix it whenever needed. The breakfast was simple, but it was interesting that they made the noodles from scratch. Overall, it’s a great spot for heading over to Singapore.

Super lots of food options by foot!!!! Bed comfort & amenities can further enhance, no 'DND' signage provide. Hence daily cleaning was done & needed to request for 02 half size towels, which was originally placed in the room upon checking in.

Through out the stay all the lifts were out of order except the service lift. Inconvenience and lack of communication and updates.

Flying pan & wok scratches faulty unable to use. Don't understand why was not change and it is not safe for cooking

The apartment was nice, clean and spacious. The only thing i feel that needs improvement is the smell. Other then that all good

The hotel is ok, if you don't expect a high-end hotel. The room was spacious, although the floor was a bit sticky.

First time staying at this place. The staff are warmth and friendly and kudos to them. The condition of the room is appalling as it appears worn out and not well-maintained, eg: the toilet seats have blue stain that cannot be removed. The corners of the toilet floor are black and we can also see the wires hanging behind the mirror in the toilet. I can only compliment on the professionalism of the staff and the location of the hotel which make up for the poorly-maintained rooms.

Check in process was slow. Receptionist was inattentive. Ants spotted in toilet’s sink and dining table upon entering room.

Room was comfortable. However there is some defects we found in the room need to be improve and I have spoken to the duty manager and housekeeping team. 1. Master room balcony sliding door has a cracked line and fingerprints. 2. Leaking stains found at master bed room ceiling, it is very weird when lying on the bed. 3. Master bed room grouting condition is not up to standard. 4. Living room toilet bowl seat cover loose. 5. Air vent grill seem like falling down. A silicone layer not fill up. 6. Ants coming out from the entrance door frame all the way till kitchen counter. 7. Living room window counter dusty and Fingerprints. (Housekeeping team have cleaned on the spot after received comment) I am happy with my stay and the fast response to the team and the room should need to do preventive maintenance.

The apartment is conveniently located. Only disappointment is the poor sewage system. Foul smell fills the room if toilet door left opened.

I was given at level 33 room 11 Check-in the wifi has no internet connection Check with reception counter and was told it takes a while Later after my dinner, check and found still the same wifi have no internet connection Reception counter told it is the server issues and get back to us but never Called again later & was told technician will come to my room and check Technician came and say it is not hotel server but the service provider outside No notice from the hotel or follow up at all till I check out Very disappointed stay at this hotel. Reception staff counter was unfriendly

Terrible hotel.. won’t be back.. Paid for 3 guests but hotel staff insisted that I had to pay for extra bed at reception even though my booking stated payment made for 3rd guests. Room had horrible smell that lasted throughout the stay even though we used air fresheners, that didnt work. Toilet seat was also broken. Had to call someone to get it fixed. Surprised how big the apartment was. Hall was large and spacious and the toilet had a walk in as well

Aircon in all rooms did not come on at all when we first check in. Had to wait 2 hours and even call maintenance before aircon came on. Aircon was also intermittent throughout the night. Property is very nice and clean though.

1st time stay in the hotel. Good location, breakfast was simple and nice. Front-desk and staff at breakfast were pleasant. Thing to be improve toilet accessory like bidet, shower tap etc were loss and need to be tighten. Other than the toilet every about this is good.

Everything is good, except there is no TV feature to watch Netflix, or option for me to plug my HDMI cable on the tv. Else everything is good!

During midnight 4am, the upper floor keep have thing drop or pulling sofa or tablet sound.

Despite some hiccups at the start and the end, with faulty aircon and power trips (beyond their control), it is still my hotel of choice to bring my mum and grandmother. Attentive and responsive reception and maintenance. Even housekeeping crew is great. 2nd time staying here.

3D2N stay in 2 bedroom apartment. It was the 3rd time we booked at Suasana. Location near to CIQ was one major factor. Reasonable pricing too.

It is smacked in the middle of the city which understandably can get pretty noisy at night

It’s very near to City Square where we will do our usual shopping. It would be great if there is shuttle bus to bring guests to other shopping malls.

Repeat stay. Comfortable accommodation. Convenient location. Walking distance to City Square, Komtar and nice cafe within 10 to 20 minutes.
