All employees were exceptionally friendly and courteous. Mimi was very welcoming upon arrival. Ladies servicing breakfast area were very pleasant and efficient. Hotel near a gas station and close to hwy. Only complaints were one elevator was out of service and water warm but not hot in bath. Being close to hwy, you could hear exterior noises from road.

Everything was excellent except for the number of available parking spaces. There were a few trucks there and since there wasn't any truck parking they took up a number of the spaces parking sideways. so many of us had to use compact car parking and we were all sort of shoe-horned in making it tough to get in and out of our vehicles.

Room had no working phone, room was dirty, bathroom shower was also unclean, the rooftop was not kept up and used for smokers. Nothing like pic. Sheets weren’t clean and looked like someone was in there and they never cleaned room

Pool area was clean and the pool temp was warm for our kids. Peloton in the workout room was a great surprise! Room was large and clean and staff were friendly and courteous.

The room was decent, but the bathroom could use some serious TLC. The shower floor was gross and the shower head had visible mold, which was pretty unsettling. And to top it off, the fridge wasn't working. Just a few areas that need some attention to make the space feel cleaner and more comfortable.

Made terrible mistake of selecting this property after a wonderful beach vacation at a Marriott property. Now wish I would selected another Marriott property. At Hampton, an evening clerk with lackluster personality assigned me to room 706 for the one night. I slept in bed closest to AC/Heater and discovered bites all over my feet, legs and arms the next morning. I Mentioned this to front desk person at checkout. Since swelling & itching was worse when I got home later that day, I sent an email to GM to make sure he was aware and asked if he would discount my bill since I incurred more expenses for OTC meds for the itching & swelling. Thought he would provide good customer service and meet me halfway. His response implied I brought them into this hotel. Never in my 40 years as an adult and professional who have done extensive traveling for business & leisure have I experienced bed bugs in a hotel room or been so insulted by a GM. I’ll never stay at this or another Hampton Inn due to this experience. I’ll also be skeptical of the customer ratings. This is first time they failed me.

There was no hot water for both days. I asked for a refund the second morning and the desk clerk said only the manager could do that, and it was his day off and he couldn’t be disturbed. At $170 night, hot water is required. We’ll see if Expedia does anything.

Arrived late into the evening to a room with a warm to stale temperature. Remote to TV did not work. A used flossing or teeth cleaning device was left on a towel shelf, openly visible. A dried eye contact was stuck to the floor of the shower, also openly visible. Sheets didn’t fit bed very well. Door to room stuck and would not shut completely without us pushing it closed. How can all this be the case?

The staff members at the facilities were great. But the room itself was hot and humid. The AC was supposedly working, but it never cooled off the room and I felt like I was outside. The hallway was the same way and maybe worse. Uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, but they could do better. After check in I questioned the room we were given as it didn’t have the tub described in the room description, rather just a shower. I was told that you can’t believe the descriptions on theirs party sites, such as Hotels.com. That’s it, too bad. Bed was comfortable, and room was nice. My main concern was the shower, which was luke warm at best. Not what I hoped for on a cold morning.

This property delivers the consistently high standards for Hampton Inn. The location is less less than two minutes from I-75. The rooms are large, well-appointed, and very clean. The staff are great; they greet you as if they are personally happy to see your arrive. Like most Hampton Inns, the breakfast is adequate, but with limited options.

Happy with the facility, but very unhappy with the room they gave us which had two flood lights that shined into the room at night. We didn't realize this until it was time to go to bed and we were too exhausted from driving all day to change rooms. The shade was just a light filtering type, and our room was lite up all night, so we didn't get much sleep.

Staff was great and very professional; great experience during check-in/check-out and breakfast on both days was top-notch; hotel advertised bathtub/showers which we did not get; room was “worn out;” chipped paint on one corner of room, worn circles on headboards, stains on sofa & carpet was dirty; and ice machine did not work on our floor- very disappointing for the money we spent for room

We had booked the hotel as part of a a Civil War tour. The hotel was as the embarking point of the tour. Mimi the evening desk clerk was beyond exceptional. Friendly and attentive she greeted every person entering the hotel with a smile and a hello. She should be elevated to a management position. What a great person. The rest of the desk attendants barely acknowledged your presence as they were too busy with their face in the computer screen or chatting with other employees. Also finding out that there was a charge on the bill when checking out for daily parking was a surprise considering I didn’t have a car on the premises!

Very clean, staff pleasant and receptive. Received a text asking how we like our room. There was a function across the street that was very loud. Staff apologized and offered to change our room. It was late so we didn’t but appreciated their offer and concern. Will definitely stay again in our travels

Late in the evening, at around 11 PM, I received a call from the service desk informing me that the reservation I had made through Expedia was being canceled. It was pouring rain, visibility was poor, and I was already en route when they called to say the room I had booked was no longer available. The customer service representatives i spoke with were unhelpful and rude, adding to the frustration. We were traveling with children, and their callous behavior caused us significant inconvenience during an already stressful situation.

Breakfast was provided for all the guests. We went down and witness a horrible interaction between the breakfast attendant and guests: She was rude and talk to the guests like children. Let's just say I never went back for breakfast for the remainder of my visit.

It is pet friendly hotel but very little to know grass to walk dogs on the facility site. The other area for improvement is the breakfast buffet, it was regularly out of food. Your rooms are nice with comfortable beds but you greatest asset is the staff, they were all so helpful. Would stay again

The king bed was excellent. The room was pretty clean. I was able to park my car and motorcycle trailer safely over night. The breakfast options were not that great. Not much fruit. The egg omelette was ok. Scrambled eggs with bacon would have been better.

I didn't like the breakfast. And that surprises me because I am a Hampton lover (for many years). It was not good at this particular location. Tasteless food, thick and dried out oatmeal, bacon that taste like cardboard, and on my last day there I ate later in the morning and there was almost nothing to eat...before it was closing time.
