This hotel is actually part of three hotels sharing the same basic footprint. This review is for the home to suites by Hilton on Cermak. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of my room and of course one of the reasons I booked it was because of the kitchenette in every room which came in very handy. They also provided pots pans, dishware, glassware, etc. I was lucky to be on the 18th floor - my room had a nice view, including a distant lake view of Lake Michigan. One of the best features is a free buffet breakfast daily on floor two. There was a decent variety of options, including waffles, eggs, great home fries , cereal, etc. along with juices and some fresh fruit. One downside is that this location is further south of the main tourist attractions, but that makes the rate more affordable. Also, there is no room service, but there is a restaurant next-door on the 22nd floor that is convenient to use.

No big complaints. I went with my family of 8 (6 kiddos) and spent one night in Chicago to end our long roadtrip. Nice staff. We reserved two rooms and we were able to be roomed next door to each other. Nice kitchenette. Microwave, dish washer, and plates/bowls/cups available for use in room. Portable stove was also an option but we did not need that. Clean rooms. Quiet. Water pressure and temp was great, able to get really hot if desired. Beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool. Free breakfast was okay. It included breakfast sandwich bar, waffle maker station, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruits, scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. All areas had badge/card key restrictions which I appreciated for safety purposes. Paid for $52 parking for the day. Parking is gated surface lot behind the hotel. One restaurant on very top floor but we weren't able to dine during our stay due to a private party. However, tons of food options in walkable distances. Overall, I would come back.

The hotel was perfect for our family. The room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was perfect, even better than home. Our room was right by the elevator but it was still quiet. The location was great too. Several markets in walking distance that we made great use of. There’s also a Starbucks attached to the lobby which is wonderful. We had a short stay and still made use of the pool and daily breakfast which had something for everyone. Most of all the staff was beyond wonderful. The front desk was polite and helpful. And the cleaning staff were so kind and kept everything immaculate.

This location was very nice. All staff from the front desk to housekeeping to dining were extremely nice & helpful. We went to the pool finding the towel holder stocked & the area very clean. The room was very clean as well. I didn’t experience any issues. Even booking the room was flawless. I’m definitely booking with this hotel again.

The staff was very professional and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and so well stocked. The included breakfast was very generous and the breakfast space is beautiful. The location was perfect for getting to the White Sox game. I went for a run in the morning and the surrounding neighborhood was safe and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel! The price was extremely reasonable for the value
