Clean rooms and excellent staff. The breakfast fast are always rays of sunshine and improve your morning. Would certainly recommend staying here! The normal sized fridge is a big plus as opposed to the dorm ones that never actually fit a take-home container. There are a few things that could be improved. More drink options for the morning, especially tea flavors and a cappuccino machine would be lovely. Also, the bedding is really, really scratchy. The upstairs halls are so hot you could faint getting to your room. Honestly don't know how housekeeping survives, so please consider your guests and use at least some ac in the hallways.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have stayed at this hotel four times previously and are actually staying here again this evening, which will make this our fifth stay. Overall, we have always had a good experience here, which is why we continue to come back. The room was clean, and the hotel as a whole was very clean and well maintained. There is also plenty of parking available, and we felt that the property had good security. The front desk staff was friendly enough and did greet us when we arrived. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was a disappointment when it came to the staff working in the breakfast area. The continental breakfast itself was okay, although I do feel that the breakfast options could be better, especially for a Hilton property. What really stood out, though, was the attitude of the breakfast staff. They were extremely rude and made guests feel as though we were inconveniencing them. At one point, they actually became upset because, in their exact words, “people were drinking too much coffee.” That was honestly shocking to hear from staff in a hotel where guests are supposed to feel welcomed. Our previous stays were about a year ago, and the breakfast staff was much friendlier and more accommodating then. It definitely seems like there has been a change in staffing in that department, and unfortunately, the difference was very noticeable. Despite that experience, we are returning again because we have generally enjoyed this hotel and have had good experiences here.

Not satisfied rooms was dirty I wasn’t happy with my stay

We have stayed here each year for about 5 years and have noticed a decline in quality. Upon check in the room wasn’t fully ready- there was no toilet paper, we were missing towels, the small table was spray painted, and the biggest hassle is there are not enough luggage carts. I think there are 3-4 tops and they are never downstairs. This has happened to us a few times here.
