We stayed at the property for 1 night, 2 adults & 2 kids. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable beds and easy adjustable thermostat. The pool was quite cold, but the kids still used it. The breakfast had many choices and the staff kept replenishing items and keeping the area clean. Definitely recommend.

The staff were friendly and competent, the facility was very clean, there is abundant parking, and we had no issues with noise. Breakfast included omelettes, oatmeal (packets), bagels or toast, yogurt (Greek and regular, both no fat), fruit, and coffee and tea.

Our stay was great. We were in town for a race day at NY safety track. The hotel is approx 20 minutes or so from the hotel. Every morning they have a great breakfast and coffee is also very good. Facilities were very clean and updated. The fire pit at nice is also lovely. We would definitely stay again!

Hotel and rooms were clean, checkin/out was easy, breakfast was standard for this chain but worked for us. The pool was tiny, but luckily not many people were there. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the fitness room but it looked nice.

This was the perfect spot to get to my work event. The bonus was an EV charging station within view of the hotel. Everything is clean and there is coffee and hotwater available 24hrs in the lobby... loving this stay

The only thing that was a little lack luster was the breakfast and the pool. There wasn’t as many options as I expected and only one or two of the food options were bland, but the food was good otherwise and breakfast is free. Online it said the pool was heated but when we went down to swim it was still pretty chilly. They had an outdoor fire pit, easy access to good Resturants and shopping places. The hotel was clean and spacious and the room had a very large tv that could be adjusted and seen all around the room.

The bed was too soft. Pillows were nice. The AC was too noisy should be fixed. There was a roach on the floor in the bathroom near the toilet, alive, that my husband flushed down the toilet. Should spray for bugs. The property was clean otherwise. The dining area was clean. Loved the cinnamon rolls! Plenty of towels in the bathroom. They stopped giving the little shampoo and conditioners. Gave only one little soap for the sink but not one for the shower. However I brought my own. Do not like the shampoos/conditioners that they have in the shower on the wall. Tried it once did not like those on the wall. The hotel was quiet except for the AC. Would stay here again.

The hotel is the cleanest I have been to. The staff at the front desk, a young woman in the morning, is very friendly, polite and considerate. I was in the area for work and I asked for a late checkout. My family checked out for me and the hotel allowed my older parents to stay in the lobby. The cleaning staff does an amazing job.

We thought the complimentary breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and the staff was constantly filling the foods that were running out. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Walls are thin so I recommend using a fan app on your phone to fall asleep :)

The location is great. Just off 88 and easy to get to. The hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast included and there’s something for everyone. Also, there’s a Starbucks in walkable distance. The only complaint is that the floors could’ve been more insulated. EVERY step the guest above took - I heard. Even at 2am.

We were greeted by Livia and Terry, at the front desk, when we checked in on Sunday afternoon. They were so accommodating and helpful! Their positive personalities were appreciated by two weary senior travelers. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. My child got sick the day we were supposed to check in, with flu and vomiting. Stressful enough while going in college tours. This Hotel would not refund my money and manager was quite rude on the phone. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They don’t understand emergencies happen.

We had an amazing 7 night stay for baseball in Cooperstown. Rooms were clean and comfy. The boys really enjoyed the couple of nights they preferred to sleep in the room instead of the bunks. Everything is close by from Wal-Mart, Dick's Sporting Goods, Starbucks and other restaurants. It was just a little over an hour from Albany Int. Airport and 27 min to Dreams Park so it was perfect for us.

I would prefer oatmeal in a vat and brown sugar, nuts, etc to mix in; as opposed to a package. But otherwise like it here. This is our second or third time here.

I loved this hotel very clean, nice modern furniture nice fire pit and backyard, liked the area that there was food areas that you can walk to, the only negative was the breakfast they ran out of a lot of items before 9 am, other than that i loved it nice pool and gym
