We operate an online check-in system, which allows you to access all the necessary information to enter the hostel and offers flexibility for late arrivals. On the day of check-in, you will receive an email with a link to complete the process. It's very simple, but we will request mandatory information in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021 on Traveler Registration. Hours Check-in: 2 PM - 10 PM Check-out: 10:30 AM Reception: 1 PM - 9 PM Minimum age: 18 years. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the hostel. Please remain silent after 11:00 PM. TERMS AND CONDITIONS A. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS Booking Confirmation: The reservation is confirmed only once full payment has been processed, without exception. Reservations without advance payment or cash payments are not accepted. Rates Include: Accommodation, current taxes, and the specified basic services. Any additional services, upgrades, or exceptional expenses will be billed separately. All transactions are made in euros (€), unless expressly stated otherwise. CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND NO-SHOWS Direct Reservation Modification Change of date or room: subject to availability. Upgrade: immediate payment of the difference. Downgrade: no monetary refund; equivalent services will be offered. LIVING RULES AND RIGHT OF ADMISSION Minimum age: 18 years. Pets: Not allowed. Prohibitions: Smoking, vaping, excessive use of drugs or alcohol, carrying weapons, making disturbing noise, or displaying violent or disruptive behavior. Poor personal hygiene that makes socializing uncomfortable, failure to respect quiet hours, or allowing unregistered persons into the property are also prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund, and the guest may be asked to leave the premises. ROOM CHANGES Room changes apply only to direct reservations and are subject to availability: Upgrade to a higher category: immediate payment of the difference. Downgrade: no monetary refund; Nest Hostels may offer compensation, such as additional services or discounts on future stays. OVERBOOKING RESOLUTION Equivalent Alternative Accommodation (Preferred Option) In the event of overbooking, the guest will be relocated at no additional cost to a property of a similar or higher category, prioritizing other hostels in the Nest chain. Full Refund (Alternative Option) If equivalent options are not available, a 100% refund of the amount paid, including extras or taxes, will be issued within 24 hours of the situation being identified. Immediate Communication and Assistance Nest Hostels will notify guests as far in advance as possible, or upon arrival if the issue has not been identified earlier. Our team will provide direct assistance to resolve the situation quickly, transparently, and respectfully. LEGAL LIABILITY AND APPLICABLE LAW Nest Hostels operates in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consumer Protection) and the tourism regulations in the Canary Islands and Ibiza. The establishment's liability is limited to the amount paid by the guest. Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and under the jurisdiction of the courts where the accommodation is located.
